Grecia: hotel con Colazione nella provincia di Epiro

Piuttosto vicino al centrodi Ioannina (cittadina molto carina con un bel centro pedonale) questo hotel è stata la nostra penultima tappa. Hotel molto grande con una bellissima hall ,piscina e spa che comunque non abbiamo caduto il tempo di utilizzare. Le camere molto ampie e pulite,personale professionale. Colazione ottima e varia cena al buffet discreta ...in media con gli altri hotel del tour Nota negativa:essendo sotto le vacanze di Pasqua l'hotel era pieno di ragazzi/e piuttosto rumorosi che creavano confusione e scompiglio.

Hotel in mezzo al nulla ma bello. È pacchianissimo 😂, la fiera del kitch, ma la piscina è spettacolare, la palestra è gratis e c'è una piccola spa con molti trattamenti a pagamento disponibili. La cena era davvero buonissima e la colazione altrettanto! Siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti. La sale conferenze sparpagliate un po' in giro sono veramente al limite del brutto 😂 c'è una zona completamente ricoperta di specchi! La cosa più inquietante che abbia mai visto 🙈 Le camere sono molto belle, i letti comodissimi. Da vedere sicuramente 😂

Very nice hotel - a palace compared to the place where I stayed in parga. Nice breakfast, comfy bed and bathroom, very spacious room. I was disappointed that my bathtub didn’t have a plug so I could only have a shower. Location is great -15 min walk to beach, 5 min to the old city centre. The only thing that wasn’t great was that 1 reception team member spoke very little English and this made Comms quite tricky at critical times. That said everyone else was fluent. Will stay again!

My husband and I took a break from our regular Greek trip routine to visit a friend in Ioannina, a beautiful town further north than Athens. There are lots of trees there so many homes have wood elements! We stayed at Kamares Hotel in the middle of town by their lake! It is exceptional. A historic building, it captures the feeling of the ottoman occupation in that the Turks use our Byzantine artistic traditions when designing their buildings. This hotel has genuine antiques including articles of clothing, jewelry and decore relating to that time. The service was genuine and professional. Highly recommend! Please ask for Maria!

L'hotel è situato in una zona non molto interessante, a circa 1 km dal centro. È un'area molto alta con traffico frequente che ci ha reso impossibile dormire con le finestre aperte. Non c'è parcheggio intorno, quindi è necessario trovare il proprio posto nelle strade intorno. La stanza era piccola, un po' troppo semplice, ma pulita. Il bagno è vecchio e ha bisogno di un po' di amore - soprattutto cortine da bagno e sedile igienico. L'AC in camera è posizionata direttamente sopra il letto, quindi è molto difficile impostarlo per raffreddare la stanza calda con finestre chiuse a causa del rumore del traffico, ma non per avere corrente d'aria fredda diretta alla testa. Il colazione è stato accettabile, principalmente sulla base di pasticceria congelata cotta in forno. Non c'è in realtà nessuna cucina, solo una piccola stanza con forni, frigorifero e porta scivolante nascosta l'unica toaletta nella zona lobby/bar. È strano usare il bagno mentre si sente il calore e l'odore dai forni a pochi piedi da voi. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile! Se l'hotel fosse 2 stelle molto sotto il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per esso, non scriverei una recensione così dura. Ma da quando mi aspettavo un hotel di 4 stelle, era una delusione.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel l'ultimo minuto a causa di un'emergenza familiare con nostro padre a essere malato in ospedale Ioannina, abbiamo viaggiato dal Regno Unito non sapendo dove andavamo, nulla di tutto sul luogo. L'hotel non è lontano dall'aeroporto In un'area residenziale che sembra strano, ma la sua chicità è quello che amo! La decorazione e il design interno sono molto contemporaneo e la chicità! La posizione è buona, abbiamo avuto una macchina. Le camere erano pulite, il letto era molto comodo. La cosa migliore dell'hotel era il personale, soprattutto Iannis (John) che era in turno tardivo/notte sul nostro soggiorno e che era così cura e benvenuto, di una sera dopo aver visitato nostro padre in ospedale, ci sarebbe stato divertimento con qualche drink al bar e sul A entrambe le occasioni ha portato dei snack per noi che non avevamo chiesto. Era un gesto così gentile. Forse dovremmo visitare l'ospedale di nuovo nel prossimo, quindi questo hotel è certamente quello che prenoterò di nuovo, Grazie al personale

This traditional Ioannina hotel has had a successful makeover a few years ago and is a very good choice in the centre of the city, notwithstanding issues of traffic noise; we kept windows closed at night and relied on the efficient aircon for comfort. Our deluxe room (an upgrade) was very comfortable; particular praise for the bed! The shower was excellent plus we had a freestanding bath tub. Breakfast is served in an attractive setting; omelettes are excellent and I particularly appreciated a plate of fresh fruit. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly choose this hotel again if revisiting Ioannina, a lively town in a glorious setting on Lake Pamviotis, surrounded by mountains. I also recommend an excursion to the Perama caves, a short local bus ride away.

Well, perhaps I'm not fair using the word ”they” in the title, since every single member of the hotel stuff, have been extremely polite. The girls in the spa, the technician, the receptionists, everybody: They have been amazing. So, the destruction, was one man's work only: the hotel owner's, himself. And of course, his guidelines-directions, that the hotel is following, should be held responsible also. I will try to be comprehensive, because if I right in detail everything that happened, I will not be over writing until...tomorrow. I had booked an executive suite for me and my wife for our wedding anniversary (3 nights). The room, costing itself 200€ per night, had a problem with heating: no matter what we tried, the temperature would not rise above 21 degress celsius during our first night (anniversary night). Hotel stuff was informed. Wasn't able to fix this also. When we woke up the next morning, and the heating was operating the whole night, the problem remained. I asked if we could switch to another room with no heating problem. Two different hotel employees, had confirmed already that there was a problem with the heating of my initial room. The receptionist agreed to meet my demand and offered us the chance to switch to the junior suite. But, when I asked how much should I pay, she said that we would have to pay THE SAME price, just like if I was staying in the executive suite , for 3 nights. I responded that this is non-sense, and she replied that she notifies us about the decision the hotel owner himself had made. I requested to see him. And request was granted. Comprehensively: I said that 1) It is non-sense to ask us to pay for the junior suite the same price to the executive suite, which is, among others, 22 square metres larger as a room, especially since the problem was at THEIR end. We already have suffered enough with all this of course, and he should consider this also and leave us transfer to junior suite in peace, for God's shake. He replied in an amazingly rude, hostile and careless manner that :there was no problem with my initial room. The heating system is controlled centrally by the hotel. So I can't modify the temperature myself, because, what if I wanted to reach 30 degrees celsius in my room? So the problem is mine and it is my choice to change room. So I have to pay the whole initial booking, which concerns 3 nights in an executive suite. After alI, I chose their hotel to come, the didn't force me to. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS. And I wouldn't believe that this could happen in a 5 star hotel in my country. I said that, if so, then 1) Why this is not refered in your website? That we have to stay ”cool” in a winter destination like Zagorohoria and the heating is modified centrally depending on the preferences of the person in the reception? 2) Why then, two different employees of yours confirmed that there is a problem with the room? And why your employees didn't tell me that the heating is controlled

Well I owed this one to the hotel. Stayed here even in the hard times of Covid when they created a safe shelter for all the people who still had to travel to work. Even in those hard times they maintained the level at the highest level. I have stayed in this hotel more than 40 times. Quality remains the same , service the same , breakfast still working fine for me ( they could offer a free fresh orange juice though would be highly appreciated during breakfast) . In general terms a very safe choice for ioannina just a few minutes from the city centre and in an excellent location for visiting around.

Great Hotel, across the Lake, only 2km from center, with super & spacious renovated rooms, great breakfast - dinner and very polite/professional service!!! Highly recommended for couples, family and business. We visited for the annual 30k lake run.

The amount of breakfast was so little, and some bread are cold, but the service was good.

One of the best hotels in Greece. The service we had was fantastic, from the friendly reception to the breakfast staff. Minor complaints: The parking garage is around the corner from the hotel, but it's easy to access. Our balcony door did not seal fully, so you can hear the traffic a bit.

We had two superior rooms for one night in the week leading to Chris**as. It was all very lovely, comfortable, stylish and representative of the area without the over-the-top heavy/wooden look that is so traditional for Metsovo and done to excess elsewhere. The rooms were spacious and had a little balcony with only a side view unfortunately. That, and the fact that some very noisy residents kept us awake way past midnight (indicating that the walls are rather thin), are my only criticisms. The bathrooms were really spacious and the products Caudalie (with minimal plastic packaging). The breakfast was exceptional, with great variety and high quality products, made in situ or sourced by local farmers and their own cheese making business. A great way to start your evening is by having a drink at the cosy bar serving wines and tsipouro from the hotel vineyard. We also visited the shop on the premises and were given a little (20’) tour of the winery. The prices at the shop are excellent, at a small discount. (The same wine that was around €25 in the shop was being sold for €10 more in one of the local produce shops in the town square.) The Romanian lady at reception was very helpful and pleasant, as was all the other staff we came across. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon ourselves.

Bel hotel di montagna con uno strepitoso il panorama sui monti del Pindo. La nostra stanza era piccolina ma aveva il camino e perfino una vasca idromassaggio, che tuttavia riduce parecchio le dimensioni del bagno già non grandissimo. Gli spazi comuni sono invece ampi e piacevolissimi sia all’interno che all’esterno, dove c’è una piccola piscina ed una vasca idromassaggio entrambe con vista sui monti. L’hotel ha anche una spa, che non abbiamo utilizzato per mancanza di tempo e perfino un cannocchiale per ammirare il cielo stellato. La colazione è buona ma non eccellente come mi sarei aspettata per il livello dell’hotel, il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, ama molto chiacchierare. Molto comodo il parcheggio coperto.

Excellent hotel in the center of Metsovo. Very clean and nicely decorated room, comfortable bed and pillows and excellent mountain view from the balcony. Beautiful SPA with huge tot tub, sauna and hammam. Convenient private parking and easy access to all floors by elevator. Breakfast was very rich and delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and caring. Will definitely recommend to friends.
