Ungheria: hotel con Colazione nella provincia di Provincia di Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén

It was my second time visiting this Mercure hotel so now I can give a real, valid evaluation. The rooms, wellness, and surroundings all are such beautiful. I would like to raise awareness among the staff especially in the Winestone Restaurant and at the reception. Szilárd, Kristóf and Áron were playing an important role in raising our experience higher in this hotel. They are great people and last but not least professional waiters! Can not wait to come here again in the future!

L'esperienza è piuttosto incoerente, dove alcuni dei dipendenti e il colazione sono la causa delle stelle che cadono dal cielo 5-star. Alcuni dei dipendenti sono al massimo, e alcuni mi chiedo cosa stanno facendo. Il personale di pulizia, per esempio, è meraviglioso. Il personale di spa, dall'altro, non si guarda quasi quando si entra, pochi dicono buon mattino o buongiorno e anche meno sanno cosa è un sorriso. Il buffet del colazione è un assente. Più bella cibo, ma è difficile avere 5-star l'esperienza, perché la selezione è limitata. Ora, non mi sbagliate. L'SPA è molto bello. L'hotel è pulito, i letti sono comodi, il cibo è buono e alcuni del personale si compongono per la mancanza di attenzione da parte del resto. Tutto ciò che devono fare è allenare il personale un po' meglio, insegnargli che un sorriso porta un lungo cammino. Se dovessero mandare il loro manager di F&B in un luogo 5-star a Vienna, Praga o Budapest per ottenere qualche ispirazione, allora forse le stelle non si sbagliano.

The hotel is new, beautiful, well equipped and furnished. The reception and the staff in general are very pleasant and willing to help at any time. The rooms were beautiful, large, comfortable beds, very clean and modernly furnished with tea and coffee making facilities, large LED TV and fast internet. The room includes a large balcony with seating. The bathroom was large with an extra-large glass shower and hotel cosmetics. Breakfast was always the same, with a change in 1-2 dishes, but even so, the changes were often repeated. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The dinners were rich, it was possible to choose from several dishes, but not all of them were deliciously prepared. The meat used to be dry and not well seasoned. But the pasta was perfect, especially the bolognese. Apart from the goulash and broth, the soups had a bland taste. For dinner, you can buy drinks from the bar. But the prices are not high. The bar next to the restaurant offers foreign beers and many mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The drinks were perfectly mixed. The chapter itself is wellness and spa areas. The hotel includes free entrance to the swimming pools, you can use the entire outdoor swimming pool (a couple with a pool with thermal water) with many pools and attractions, as well as indoor pools, which are also with thermal water. There is also a whirlpool. The entire area is very large and beautifully maintained. It is possible to buy pool snacks (langos, hotdogs, kebabs, ...) and there is a pizzeria by the indoor pool. The swimming pool includes classic spa treatment procedures performed by specialists under the supervision of a doctor (with whom you can consult), but these are paid for. The hotel has a large covered parking lot. The only problem is the location, it is far from the center and if the spa is not enough for you, you have nothing else to do there. There is no entertainment in the vicinity (only a sports complex), but you will find what you need in the city. It is far to reach on foot, you need a car, bicycle or taxi. I appreciate that the hotel tries to be environmentally friendly.

L'hotel è facile da trovare e si trova in una tranquilla strada laterale. L'iscrizione è stata rapida e rapida. È possibile ottenere una chiave per la stanza (non ancora carta elettronica). La mia camera singola era al secondo piano. La camera era molto ben attrezzata. Tutto era molto pulito, come anche il bagno. Wifi funzionava bene. Nella TV c'erano anche 3 canali tedeschi. Il livello sonoro è quasi uguale a 0. La colazione era molto buona. Mi prenoterei l'hotel di nuovo.

Il weekend scorso ci siamo fermati e ci siamo divertiti. Il personale era sicuramente amichevole e utile. Ha parlato un buon livello di inglese per aiutare con l'ispezione e l'ordine di birra. La stanza era molto grande e aveva tutti i prodotti necessari. L'elenco è stato rotto durante il soggiorno fuori, ma la stanza è facile da raggiungere attraverso le scale. L'hotel è leggermente più vecchio e ha un senso di primi 90, ma tutto è pulito e tempestoso. La parte principale della città è una passeggiata veloce di circa 10-15 minuti. Il prezzo era affidabile e ragionevole, e in futuro rimarrei lì.

This is not a 4 star hotel! The reception is combined with the bar(?), apparently they have only 27 rooms. It seems that this is a conference center with guest rooms in a residential complex advertised a four star establishment... Pros: comfy bed, good water pressure and a garage if you need one (we didn't... Cons: mediocre breakfast, no phone in the room(!), and high-tech feature called ”unique room access system..” The hotel had a power outage at night while we were there, and we could reach the front desk by making an international call on our non-Hungarian cellphones... no night-lights in the room, it was pitch-black, unable to use the batroom and absolutely no communication from staff. The electricity finally came back... I suggest to install ”traditional” phones or at least have flashlights in the rooms. We had a strange experience and would not return.
