We are in group of five people with two foreigners from the UK and Thailand, it was amazing time for us to experience onsen in China, the overall atmosphere was great and fun. The area of eating and onsen is quite crowded and noisy, but this is Chinese Style. Don’t use the Japan standard here, then you will enjoy the area and chill a day. Overall the operating code is excellent.

Near to luohu station. Very near to Renmi south station exit A line 9, about 100m walk. A lot of eateries, about 15 mins. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, great place to stay. Offer hand made coffee, just request from customer service counter.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Will definitely be returning on my next visit!

I stayed here on a transit trip. The hotel was very clean and there were many delicious restaurants nearby, so I enjoyed it very much. The receptionist also spoke good English, so I felt at ease. I took the subway to get to the hotel, but it was a little difficult to access. It's more convenient to take a taxi. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, so it's a good idea to use it.

Great location very near to Baohua metro station, which was just one station away from Baoan Central station, an interchange station betw. Line 1 and 5. Moreover, Linhai station was just on the next station accessing to Qianhai Marine Bay view area, as well as the large shopping mall was just ＜10 min walk from hotel. Generally the hotel lobby looked grand and room came with cosy layout. The room was clean and spacious. We had booked this hotel for our short break before catching our midnight 3am flight. Well, we would look forward to come back again for our next trip.

A hotel with good hospitality that makes you feel very welcomed upon entering the lobby. The lobby has a nice tea smell and at the lobby the staff will serve you tea when you’re waiting at the lobby(you can also request yourself). The lobby is equipped with sockets for device charging. You can also store your baggage for free before & after checkup at their baggage room. They can also help you to receive and store parcels (e.g. from Taobao) up to 1 month. The room overall is very clean, all amenities are still very new as I heard they just renovated few months ago. The room is very much sound proof and you can only hear voices from outside when you are very near the room door. Room cleaning is top notch and the staff will refill the tea bags for you every day as there are tea sets in our room. The room has warm lighting and you can choose the level of brightness of the room. My room has 2 mirrors with lights. The sink is separate with the bathroom which is convenient when you are staying with more than 1 people. Would recommend to stay in this hotel as it has a strategic location which is super near to the metro station (less than 100m) There are also convenience shops and shops that sells food/breakfast at the same street. Check-in time is at 2pm and you can also delay check-out up to 2 hours upon request👍🏻 Mineral waters given every day after room cleaning is also more than enough, with 8 bottles of water every day (4 bottles in the fridge and another 4 beside the kettle). We can also get free smaller mineral waters at the lobby.

Modern and beautiful hotel. Staff were polite and check in was a breeze. Comfortable and clean room with breathtaking view that overlooks the city. Breakfast spread was good. Love the bathtun. Definitely will visit again!

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

it was an amazing experience staying in the genpla hotel. all the staffs are very friendly, helpful. the place is very new, clean and spacious. the house keeping even wrote me a personal note and gave me extra pencils and paper because i asked for one more pencil once. They are very thoughtful, the service is way better than the 5 stars international hotels. the hotel is also close to a mall and mtr. very convenient. i highly recommend to friends and everyone!

Really love the kind and meticulous cleaning lady on my floor , we booked total of 4 rooms for 4 nights , the room has been kept clean . Love the peaceful sound proof rooms and the 落地窗。 The luxury standard in my opinion is as good if not better than the Ritz . Front desk could do with more smile and sharing of extra information on the club benefits . We weren’t using the benefits as we were not aware . Upon visiting the club lounge on our third day , we notice it was under utilised, we are the only clients . It’s one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. We didn’t use the bath tub at all but it could easily fit 4 adults . What a relaxing and lovely experience indeed .

Estremamente comodo! Di fronte all'hotel si trova il mercato di cibo fresco. Nello stesso edificio dell'hotel, c'è un meraviglioso ristorante cinese al livello 3 che serve superbi piatti di pesce e cucina cantonese. La loro anatra arrosto è il loro piatto pluripremiato! Da provare assolutamente. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

Location is excellent, way closer (3-5minutes walking distance) than I thought it would be going to RongChong mall. Room view was pretty looking at the mall and could see the airport from a distance. Service at the front was decent. Breakfast was included and it had a good diversity. Noodles and eggs can be ordered individually. However, gym room is kinda small with limited equipment. Overall, it was worth the money to choose this hotel comparing to the 3 stars hotels nearby.

As one of the better hotels in that area, of the 4 nights we stay, the room make up never have the cups washed or spoon cleaned. The scale was broken, and the cabinet door holding the fridge need to be opened to keep the fridge cool. The bedsheets were never changed despite we did not put the “no change sheet” card on the bed. Also the mattress was quite hard. However in view of the convenience to Bonski, it might be still a good choice to stay in.

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

Il personale era attento e ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse confortevole. Le pulizie erano rapide e accurate e il servizio in camera era rapido ed efficiente. Il trasporto pubblico è facilmente accessibile, rendendo comodo esplorare la città. Considerando il livello del servizio, delle dotazioni e delle tariffe, abbiamo ritenuto che il prezzo fosse molto ragionevole. Offriva un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'unico piccolo inconveniente era che la connessione Wi-Fi era occasionalmente lenta durante le ore di punta. Hai bisogno di una VPN. Torneresti? - Si assolutamente.

La posizione di questo hotel è stata fantastica! È al cuore di Pechino Lu dove si trovano molte attrazioni turistiche, es. il Grande tempio Buddha. Il servizio dell'hotel è eccellente. Ho informato inavvertitamente Taobao di inviare le cose che ho comprato all'indirizzo sbagliato dell'hotel. Il manager dell'hotel era così gentile. E' andato all'altro hotel per raccogliere le mie cose per me! Certo un servizio fantastico! Grazie signore 🙏 Tornero' in questo hotel per il mio prossimo soggiorno.

Absolutamente amava il nostro soggiorno.  ci siamo trasferiti con un bambino di tre anni. Lo ha goduto tutti i suoi pezzi. L'hotel ha un occhio per i dettagli per i bambini. Ad esempio, ha scarpe da bagno per bambini, bagni da bagno,  e anche lo shampoo e gel lavaggio dei bambini.  La parte più stravagante è il colazione che avete così tanta scelta e  si può godere il colazione accanto ai pinguini della vita reale  come una vista.  Si consiglia di rimanere qui quando si visita il parco Chimelong con i bambini e si consiglia anche sicuramente il colazione.

We fully enjoyed this stay in Hotel L. The front desk staffs 小敏，小陈等等are both friendly and helpful. They always smile when approached and offer unlimited assistance to our enquiries. We also wish to thank the housekeeper especially 范女士, she works with details and clean every corner of our room. In addition, she guided us to things which we would need. Tipico hotel business. La reception è ubicato al 3 piano di un palazzo nella zona di Gonfie, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla frontiera con Macao. Le camere si trovano tra il 15 e il 20 piano. La mia stanza era assolutamente SENZA finestre, quindi un po' oppressiva. Letto comodo, bagno spazioso ma l'assenza di finestre, almeno per noi italiani, inaccettabile. Va bene per una notte.  Value per money OK Colazione abbondante, con servizio essenziale

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

It was my birthday, I want spend time in nice and quite place, relax in deep bathtub and, eat street food. I had all of that. Hotel close to New Summer Palace, big mountain park and port. I enjoyed my small vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We truly appreciated the hotel arranging a cake for me and providing a playground pass for my child. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The service was professional, thanks to the check-in staff and the concierge. The hotel is quite new, and it was convenient to have the mall on the hotel's second floor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Jisoo at the children's playground was exceptionally polite and patient.
