Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and helpful, with Alin at the front desk standing out for exceptional service. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped—the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the view was fantastic. The facilities are excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. The hotel is located in a great area. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was beautifully prepared, and the birthday surprise completely caught me off guard — such a lovely touch that made the celebration even more meaningful. Travel around from this location is also convenient with Didi. Every detail, from the service to the overall experience, reflected such care and professionalism - truly 5-star service in every sense. Abbiamo goduto molto dell'hotel. Il buffet per colazione era molto pieno dopo le 830, quindi consigliamo di arrivare prima. La selezione di cibo era molto buona e variabile. Ci siamo goditi il parco acquatico e molte guardie di vita e personale intorno. Il servizio di messaggio concierge è molto utile su WeChat. Per il checkout, abbiamo solo messo le tasti nella casella per il checkout espresso. Nota: gli ospiti dell'hotel possono entrare nei parchi 1h prima dell'ora ufficiale di apertura.

Stavo due volte quest'anno a Angsana Zhuhai. Ricompensante esperienza e grandi colazione selezioni. Il concierge è stato più utile durante il nostro check-in all'hotel con richieste fuori. 👍👍 Il servizio in camera è stato il più reagente alle nostre esigenze. Il personale della valletta e della porta anteriore è stato più rispondente durante la nostra arrivo e quando abbiamo dovuto andare a cena durante la pioggia, ci offre anche l'hotel ombrello immediatamente. Lo spazio era confortevole e spazioso, il servizio eccellente e al di là di ogni aspettativa. Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e abbiamo apprezzato molto le strutture dell'hotel. Peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte! I bambini si sono divertiti un mondo in piscina e non volevano più andarsene. L'alloggio dispone di due camere da letto (una padronale e una per gli ospiti) e la disposizione del soggiorno e della sala da pranzo è eccellente! Cenare e chiacchierare con gli amici nell'area salotto della camera è stato così piacevole che non c'è stato alcun bisogno di uscire a mangiare fuori. La prossima volta che verremo a Guangzhou, soggiorneremo sicuramente per più giorni. Hanno persino assistito nel rispedirci un oggetto dimenticato in hotel, un servizio che merita assolutamente 6 stelle! 😂 Un grazie di cuore a tutto il personale dell'hotel, il cui servizio è stato impeccabile e premuroso!

Questo hotel ha una posizione comodissima, e le ragazze della reception e del ristorante non solo sono belle, ma anche dolci e gentili. La palestra è ben attrezzata, la sala colazione è sempre pulita e ordinata, e le tagliatelle Crown e le uova strapazzate fresche sono deliziose. A cena c'è un buffet con gamberi di fiume freschi a volontà, e il personale di sala è attento e premuroso, consegnando anche i pasti in camera. La cosa più sorprendente è che l'aria nella stanza circola benissimo; basta aprire la finestra per sentire una fresca brezza, senza alcuna sensazione di aria viziata. È stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole!

Mi hanno offerto gratuitamente un upgrade a una suite con vista sulla torre, e il personale della reception è stato molto gentile, aiutando l'anziano a effettuare il check-in. Anche il servizio clienti è stato eccellente e le pulizie sono arrivate molto velocemente. Tutta la stanza aveva la moquette, quindi i bambini potevano correre liberamente. La persona che ci ha ricevuto alla reception era un bel ragazzo molto paziente, attento e premuroso di nome Joe Torres (il cinese del ragazzo straniero è in realtà. molto bene) 👍👍👍 Ho visto che avevo due persone con me. Siamo una persona anziana con un bambino.
