I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Even though I was traveling alone, I felt safe and welcomed. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from the airport. The overall view from the hotel was also lovely. I would be happy to stay here again.

While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.

The room could have been cleaner and it's already showing some wear and tear. We've stayed here multiple times over the last 2 years and I have to stay it's not as nice as before. Location is still ideal though.

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious and they had too many selections to choose from. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended!

It was great trip to Darjeeling. Our room got upgraded by receptionist. She was very humble and kind. She given us the room with mountains view. All staffs were kind and helpful. It was great and comfortable stay. Views from hotel are amazing. Wish to stay again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The ambience was really nice, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and well - maintained. I also loved the 24/7 hot water facility which was big plus. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

FFAZLEE ShamimÈ un hotel molto bello. Buona atmosfera.
Alcuni si lamentano della vista e del rumore della costruzione posteriore.
Ma fortunatamente ho una stanza di fronte, e chi guarda fuori in hotel?
Ma per l'hotel sonoro, le finestre posteriori possono cambiare per le opzioni di protezione sonora.
Camera pulita e decorata.
La colazione è buona, preferirei dire buona se non molto buona.
Le persone di ricezione sono molto utili, ho ricevuto il check-in precoce al 12:30PM.
Distretto di Nearby Shopping.
Come è occupato, si prega di fare un giorno di traffico enorme.

HHtetwaiwaiI stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated.
My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work.
The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport.
Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.

UUtente ospiteHonestly speaking, the hotel was great. The location was a bit far from the airport, BUT it is located at one of the cleanest places in Kolkata, making it a huge plus. Now for the details:
Room: 5/5. The decoration, the ambiance, the wall art.
Lobby and other places: 5/5. Absolutely loved the design and hotel architecture.
Bathroom: 3.5/5. Honestly, it is a basic bathroom, but I expected more from a 5 star hotel, even on the cheaper rooms. There was no bathtub, which I feel is fairly common everywhere I’ve stayed in.
ONE PROBLEM: A major issue I have faced was after turning on the water. It had a smell, which I am guessing is from the river beside it. I feel like the Hotel should add a water filter to avoid this problem, because the smell doesn’t go away until the water is turned on for at least 5-10minutes. If I wasn’t South Asian, I probably couldn’t have taken the smell as easily as I did. I would put this in High Priority to fix for attracting many more customers.
Bar and Food: 4/5. Good collection, great taste but very expensive.
Lastly, a shoutout to Al Jabbar and Al Sahid from the Housecleaning service, they were extremely polite, fast, very thorough with their cleaning and very well mannered. Absolutely a delight to talk to and learn about the local areas.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very rare to find such good hotels, with some minor flaws.

GgerardMolto amichevole personale e buona posizione. Anche se 3 stelle sono un po 'alto. È piuttosto 2,5 stelle. Colazione è stato un buon inizio del giorno, continentale e indiano. La stanza era piccola e vecchia, ac rumore. Ma chi se ne frega; non vai a Kolkata per soggiornare nella tua stanza. C'era una terrazza sul tetto dove potresti mangiare e bere.Tutto in tutta la grande permanenza.
