everything is excellent.. unfortunately they have a separate building for smoking room type (I guess) and the elevator on that building were tiny it only fits 1 people at a time

Cleanliness is satisfactory, but there's room for improvement in the quality control of the linen to ensure a spotless condition before being handed over to guests. The staff are friendly and helpful. Despite the hotel being full on the first day, they accommodated my room preference on the second day. However, there seems to be a new security team who are adequate, but we miss the friendliness and helpfulness of the previous team. The food is decent, and the kids enjoyed the in-house Horisteak, although it's a bit pricey. Nearby the lobby, there's an ”Ankringan” with more affordable options, which we found classy and convenient. The ambiance is pleasant, especially with the refreshing scent of lemongrass in the lobby. The welcome drink and snack are satisfactory. Parking was a bit congested due to the public holiday during Hari Raya, but the security team was helpful in assisting us. Regarding amenities, we have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the towels need to be replaced consistently. We received new, thick towels on the first day, but subsequent days provided us with the same old towels similar to the ones we reported two months ago (they informed us it's under management preparation for replacement). Secondly, it would be great if bath foam with a Saga scent and shampoo with a peppermint scent were provided, as they would complement the lemongrass ambiance of the hotel and provide a more luxurious feeling. The current shampoo and bath foam are not matching the ambiance of the hotel.

Fully satisfied staying here. I emailed the hotel earlier to reconfirm my booking, since i'll be arriving from overseas and i got a prompt confirmation reply. Location was excellent. Just 1km away and walkable to Plaza Indonesia and Tanah Abang Mall. Sarinah Mall, Bundaran HI MRT Stn and the Jakarta Car Free Morning route were virtually at the hotel's doorstep. The room was spacious enough with super comfy bed. The only snag was the glass-walled bathroom. When my room mate went to the toilet at night and switched on the lights, i will be woken up. The hotel staff was attentive and courteous. The breakfast buffet spread was also commendable.

Era un po' deluso nell'hotel, perché ho prenotato la data sbagliata per il mio amico, ma non è stato permesso di cancellare la data, doveva pagare in contanti al check-in e non ho portato molto contante, perché l'hotel che ho prenotato è solo per transito, camera decente ma non fumare 🚬

La posizione è ottima, ma ovviamente Giakarta è rumorosa anche di notte. Hotel molto pulito, letto comodo, grande TV. Purtroppo la cassaforte e il bollitore erano rotti. La colazione non era una grande scelta o qualità. Personale cordiale. Ma va bene per 1 notte.

Favehotel was so strategyc. It is located in front of Block M area. Many foods and merchants are nearby. The AC was so cool. The toilet was also very clean. Everything was so clean.

Review: 3.5/5 My stay was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

La struttura dell'hotel era bella, ma la zona di notte era la peggiore e pericolosa.È una moschea vicina e sembra non solo /sounds. I miei 6 giorni 5 notti erano insonnevoli con tutte le preghiere e i suoni intorno a me, NVR sapeva che le barriere dei suoni erano così cattive.Anche il bagno senza sapone. Era difficile per me fare il bagno e lavare, nel complesso direi che non andrà davvero a questo hotel di nuovo. L'equipaggio era bello, ma le cose erano regolate per la ricerca di regolare e non regolare bene, anche il WiFi è stato tagliato presto, che è come tenere la login e fuori e solo 2-3 dispositivo collegato.

Il hotel è stato soggiornato a causa di una casa completa a Harris. La posizione non è buona come niente molto vicino. Durante il mio soggiorno, l'hotel è stato confezionato con studenti e bambini e il livello sonoro è così alto anche dopo mezzanotte. Il suono in camera è stato quasi 0. Non rimarrà a meno che non ci sia altra scelta.
