Hilton sempre um show de hotel! Salvitti e Marcelo excelentes na acolhida! A gente se sente em casa!

L'ambiente è buono, molto vicino all'aeroporto e a Eden Sue, molto conveniente, la colazione è molto buona, raccomandata!Più importante è il ritardo nella partenza con l'atteggiamento di provare, e la promessa è molto felice.L'ambiente è buono, c'è un po'di guasto, ecc.

We stayed here the 2nd time after 12 years. Picked a similar room as we had 1st time: ocean view king suite. It is a bit more expensive than their cheapest rooms, but EXCELLENT value for money. We had room on the 12th floor directly overlooking the waves with two windows. As the hotel and beach is to the south, you get BOTH sunrise and sunset view from your room...see photos attached:) Room is good size, reasonably fresh with only a bit of age and spots here and there. Cleaning is ok, and hotel is in excellent safe area with direct beach access. We much prefer Barra da Tijuca anyway, against the overhyped and crowded, expensive copacabana. But each to his own. Hotel itself (lobby etc) is nice, staff is great, restaurant has very good food. The cocktails of their bar at ground floor as well as by the pool are excellent quality and cheap (as usual in Brazil). HOWEVER... a big however... After booking directly via their ”secure” website, via Amex card, my card details were either sold or re-used by somebody at the hotel staff, as BEFORE our actual trip began, it started being used at various (online?) shops in Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte and even in Madrid. I had already a 600 euro hit (in some 10 different fraudulous shoppings) before i realized and blocked it. Lucky with Amex's good insurance policy i did not lose money directly on this, nevertheless i ended up with no Amex card on my 2-weeks Brazil trip as oi didnt have the new one yet, and in general it gave a bitter taste to this stay. Because of this i have to reduce the rating. So a word of advice: Book this hotel with confidence, BUT book it via a well-known room broker website, NOT directly thru the Windsor website!

Massive impressive lobby, but all the seats and armchairs need reupholstering or cleaning, very grubby to sit in. The pool is very small, and the facilities there are quite poor by other hotel in the area. No separate changing rooms or locker room. No showers after gym activities. The bedroom is large, a bit dated in style. No tea or coffee maker, no kettle, no complimentary water, for me, unacceptable in a 5*hotel. The bed is massive but the sheets don’t fit. So we spent twelve nights constantly re making the bed. Very poor sleep as a result. For god sake, make the beds smaller, or the sheets and blankets bigger. Overall we enjoyed our stay, despite these shortcomings. Concierge staff were the most helpful and friendly. Check in staff, not so much. Very cold and aloof.

Uno dei migliori hotel a 5 stelle in cui sono stato fino ad oggi. Su 10 servizi, siamo stati accolti con il Checkin con due bicchieri di champagne, colazione impeccabile con Sashimi fresco. Per non parlare della migliore vista di Copa con una piscina sul tetto. Posto bellissimo e complimenti al gruppo Windsor.

Amazing hotel - perfect location on Ipanema beach, outstanding service, stunning pool area for sunsets & drinks. Bed quality is beautiful - I had an amazing nights sleep. While the front rooms with ocean view are bigger / better, then courtyard rooms are also good with great air conditioning, bathroom products, etc. 3rd stay here - will stay again!

L'hotel Fairmont gode di un'ottima posizione sulla spiaggia di Copacabana. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato tante imperfezioni per un hotel che si dichiara di 5 stelle. La stanza soffre i segni del tempo, poco pratica, bagno non perfettamente funzionante e, spiace scriverlo, pulizia poco accurata. La prima colazione ha tanti prodotti ma non sempre eccellenti e mai variati: tutto sempre uguale. Inoltre il servizio dei camerieri è poco attento e professionale anche in presenza di pochi ospiti. Abbiamo trovato invece molto disponibili e gentili gli addetti alla portineria - facchini compresi - e il personale della Concierge. Ricordiamo che si tratta di un 5 stelle il cui prezzo non è certo economico per i servizi resi

Great infrastructure and a most amazing beach.Rooms were very well appointed with golf course view or sea view options. Outstanding fitness centre and well located pool. The hotel is dislocated from Buzios downtown The service was challenging because the staff struggled immensely with English and were not really focussed on international travellers.Having said this they were friendly and made special effort to accommodate our requirements. Definitely worth a visit.

Bel rapporto prezzo/ qualità Ottima posizione con spiaggia privata Carinissima la passeggiata in bicicletta sulla pista ciclabile, per Leblon, Ipanema, copacabana. Camere grandi con vista mare. Ottima lobby e staff attento

Un albergo vecchio, pulizia veramente scarsa, moquette sporca, macchiata. Personale cordiale, eccetto Daniel della reception che ti guarda con aria di superiorità e per ogni cosa è un problema. Colazione varia, ma qualità non pari ad altri alberghi a di pari categoria di Copacabana. Per me è stato un ripiego non avendo trovato posto dove alloggio di solito ed essendo un MARRIOT ho accettato di scendere lì, ma delusione totale, non all’altezza di altri MARRIOT nel mondo. La bonvoy card come se non si avesse, nessun riguardo, dalle 12 che sono arrivata stanza assegnata alle 15, con odore di chiuso, moquette sporca. Le finestre non si aprono e ricambio aria solo attraverso ricircolo interno. Immaginate con moquette cosa può essere se non pulita. Letto confortevole. Consiglio ai commerciali della catena una valutazione seria e un restayling dell’albergo. Bagno con doccia vasca e tenda, può essere un cinque stelle? Porte rovinate, penso di aver detto a sufficienza.

Very relaxing stay at this hotel. The location right across from the beach was great. And what an amazing beach. Sunsets were incomparable. Much cleaner and far more chill than Copa or Ipanema. The service on the beach was excellent, staff were very attentive and quick.. The food in the lobby bar was also excellent with good options for a vegetarian. Another added bonus were the free bikes to go for a cycle along the coast.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni al Fasano Angra per rilassarsi e ricarrare prima del nuovo anno. Nonostante il clima più grigio, ci siamo divertiti. Pros: 1) Belle e confortevoli camere con prodotti di bagno di lusso. Il tubo era celeste. 2) Il servizio era grande. Sorridimento speciale a Ana alla ricezione. Era estremamente utile. 3) abbiamo fatto un viaggio a barca di giorno intero e sono stati aggiornati a una barca più grande di quanto avremmo prenotato inizialmente. Molto consiglia una barca di giorno se siete in Angra. 4) Spa è stato meraviglioso. 5) L'hotel ha una natura quotidiana passeggiate che sono complimentari per gli ospiti. Ci è stato divertito la corta passeggiata verso un trappolo. Cons: Il resort era in corso una serie di preparazioni pre-nuovi anni mentre eravamo lì, il che significava che in vari punti durante il giorno che cominciava circa 8:30/9 AM, c'erano periodici incolli, e così via, il secondo ristorante in proprietà era chiuso a causa del lavoro in corso. Sebbene questo non fosse il più scomodo, avremmo apprezzato di essere stati informati in anticipo, e/o fornisce un tipo di alloggio a causa della disturbo. Una sola opzione di ristorante completa sul sito invece di due (ad eccezione della piccola panaderia/bakery vicino ai negozi dell'hotel) ha fatto una differenza. Ciò significava anche che il principale ristorante dell'hotel aveva aspettato fino ad un'ora ogni sera, probabilmente aumentato dal fatto che era l'unico ristorante completo aperto. Come hanno osservato altri, il ristorante è isolato e in una comunità di prigioni. I nostri due giorni, tre notti erano perfetti, ma non sono sicuro che ci vorrebbe più tempo.
