Hotel a 5 stelle in Fujian, Cina

Writing this 5 stars review to the concierge 小康， he is the only person who are friendly and helpful during my stay. I was first given a room with bad smoking smell although I asked for the non-smoking room. He instantly went down to change another room for me. And for the following 2 days, he was extremely helpful and polite to help me with my enquiries. The service from the front desk staffs were so unkind. I asked for the direction to the city, their responses were so unprofessional and rude. Not even look at me by saying: ”这个我不是很清楚，你自己查一下”. All of them had no greeting to the guests at all. Unprofessional! As for the room service: the picture updated was their standard on how to keeping the towel after cleaning Will not return to this hotel any more. However, writing this to thank Xiao Kang for his service.

During my stay, I experienced significant issues with the room conditions that affected my overall comfort. At night, the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making it difficult to sleep. Although the staff assisted in changing my room, but the sound insulation of the room door was inadequate. Noise from the corridor could be heard very clearly and loudly, further disrupting rest. Given the price point of the hotel, I find these issues unacceptable and not aligned with the expected standard of comfort and quality. I hope the hotel can review and improve these aspects for future guests.

Staying at the Kempinski Xiamen was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel kindly accommodated a late check-out request, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would especially like to commend Gary at the reception desk, who was outstanding: kind, efficient, and highly professional. That said, my check-in experience was somewhat inconsistent, as one staff member was overly rigid and conducted passport checks in a manner of an immigration officer, although I hold a valid residence permit. Following a brief clarification, communication became limited for the remainder of the process. Overall, however, the positive aspects of the stay far outweighed this minor issue.

Highly recommended. New hotel everything was so great, sound proof of the room was superb can't hear any door slamming from other rooms. Had a comfortable stay. Walking distance to tourist spot, shopping mall with McDonald's

Dopo il check-in abbiamo anche offerto uno spuntino alla frutta ai bambini. Inizialmente avevamo programmato di rimanere per due notti, ma era abbastanza confortevole. La nostra ospite Polly ha prolungato il nostro soggiorno per un'altra notte, quindi siamo rimasti per tre notti. Quando visiti Fuzhou, puoi dare la priorità a Sandi Hilton.

Non male, qualità intercontinentale online, i piatti ed i servizi del ristorante cinese sono molto buoni, si può gustare del cibo delizioso senza uscire, ci sono anche piatti al vapore tra cui scegliere, giusto in tempo per pranzare mentre si aspetta la camera. La stanza è relativamente grande, ma il bagno è progettato con un lavandino singolo e il bagno non ha il lavandino. Tutto il resto è abbastanza buono. PS, la colazione è OK, ci sono noodles locali tra cui scegliere e accanto alle bevande al caffè sono posizionati bicchieri di carta usa e getta. È bello prendere un drink prima di uscire.

Consiglia fortemente l'hotel vacanze dell'aeroporto di Zhuangzhou!L'esperienza di soggiorno è particolarmente sorpresa.Il personale è gentile e cordiale e il servizio è particolarmente attento.La signorina Reception è anche intimamente e gratuitamente per aiutarmi a aggiornare la stanza in camere di lusso e letto matrimoniale, sinceramente piene. La stanza è aperta tutto il giorno, secca e pulita, e è davvero difficile avere un ambiente così comodo nella zona di Yunnan.Dopo essere arrivata alla stanza, ho trovato anche un'ampia frutta di benvenuto, contenitori, frutta strani, uve e mosti di frutta, specialmente attento. L'hotel è buono e ha un buon paesaggio. Il processo di check-in e check-out è veloce e chiaro. Ma ha bisogno di una carta bancaria per un deposito di 500cny. Anche le colazioni sono buone e hanno una varietà di opzioni.

It was an overall good experience. The hotel is an icon ”the Twin Towers” and is conveniently located in Siming, a stone's throw away from Shapowei, a cozy neighborhood filled with nice little shops and plenty of good coffee vendors. Although the hotel is a bit dated but the room still has its grandeur and spaciousness. The check-in counters are on 38/F and the staff are nice and courteous. Our check-in staff, Dora is definitely an exemplary of the high quality service I'd expect of a 5 star hotel. She was extremely professional and follows through with us to make sure we had a nice stay. She definitely made our stay very warm and memorable. We had a dinner at their ”Michelin” Western restaurant Coast, but the experience was not good. There were 3 tables at best, but the staff if any, were too busy looking at their phones. We had to wave many times for them to notice us. We ordered the fish, steak, and another seafood dish. The steak was overcooked and chewy, not what I'd expect from a ”Michelin” restaurant. The fish was barely luke-warm, and the other seafood dish was bland and uneventful. With the high price tag for the dishes, I would not say it's worth it in terms of taste nor in service. The breakfast buffet however was good in terms of variety of selection, as well as in the quality of their waiters. There is also a Lawson convenient store on the G/F of the hotel, and a small shopping mall next door. Their indoor swimming pool is nice and the view is excellent. Just remember to bring your cap as all swimmers require a swimming cap! We had a lovely stay at Conrad Xiamen and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next stay.
