Il B&B è situato in posizione strategica, vicino alla zona pedonale di Lao Men Dong. Potrete passeggiare per Lao Men Dong con le sue bancarelle di cibo di strada, ristoranti e souvenir.
Il B&B è molto affascinante, con splendidi giardinetti e un arredamento antico nella camera e nel soggiorno. Il letto è comodo e il bagno è pulito. E la zona circostante è molto bella.
Potete raggiungere a piedi la Porta della Cina (le antiche mura orientali), dove si tiene uno spettacolo serale, un piccolo teatro immersivo da non perdere. Dopo lo spettacolo, potrete salire le scale per raggiungere la cima delle mura e ammirare la città di Nanchino sottostante. Da lì potrete anche ammirare lo spettacolo di luci dalla pagoda del tempio Grand Bao En.
Potete anche raggiungere a piedi la zona panoramica di Qinhai per fare un giro in barca e visitare il tempio di Confucio. Accanto c'è anche una zona pedonale con snack di strada, cibo e souvenir.

Un soggiorno davvero soddisfacente!
La posizione è eccellente, proprio accanto al Giardino del Bosco del Leone (dall'altra parte della strada), e il Giardino dell'Umile Amministratore e il Museo di Suzhou sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Anche Pingjiang Road e il mercato del loto nel Parco della Pagoda Bianca sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. Ci sono molti negozi nelle vicinanze, il che lo rende comodo per mangiare, bere e divertirsi. La camera era pulita e ordinata, spaziosa e confortevole, e il design del tatami era davvero rilassante! Anche il servizio è stato eccellente! La comunicazione è stata facile e piacevole. Se il mio itinerario lo avesse permesso, mi sarebbe piaciuto rimanere più a lungo! 😄

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è fantastica!La posizione è al cancello della metropolitana, e la salita è super comoda per mangiare.La stanza è pulita e luminosa, il letto è molto morbido, e i dettagli sanitari sono molto in posizione.La signorina Reception è dolce, c'è una domanda e una risposta che ha aggiornato il tipo di camera. Appena sono arrivata all'hotel, il ragazzo alla reception è corso fuori per aiutarmi con i bagagli. Anche la ragazza alla reception era molto entusiasta e mi ha chiesto di dire loro di aiutarmi con i bagagli quando fossi uscita. È stato molto gentile con me perché sono una ragazza e non posso davvero portare i miei bagagli. Così ho deciso di restare un'altra notte.
La stanza è esattamente uguale alla foto e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto alto. Ho prenotato una stanza king size normale il primo giorno e una stanza king size con vista sulla strada il secondo giorno. Entrambe sono molto belle, pulite e silenziose. Il panorama fuori dalla finestra è incredibile. Dietro l'hotel c'è il fiume Qinhuai e dalla finestra si può vedere il tempio Da Baoen. A poche centinaia di metri di distanza si trova il Tempio di Confucio di Laomendong, dove ci sono così tanti cibi deliziosi. Consiglio la zuppa di vermicelli al sangue d'anatra Ye Xin! !
La prossima volta che verrò a Nanchino, alloggerò di nuovo qui!

Amore questo hotel e posizione. Passo fuori dalla porta è il bus della città (n. 1). E'bello andare in giro quando il tempo è caldo. Tutto è così locale e abbondante da mangiare. Ci è un negozio di frutta e un prezzo molto buono.
Mantenimento della casa quotidiano e amichevole.
Il personale è molto utile e in grado di parlare inglese.

Overall, i rate this accommodation 3/5. Price was hard to beat and definitely one of the factors i went with this booking.
Location:
Diagonally across a shopping mall (cc mall) - plenty of food options there - bubble teas, pizza hut, sukiya. Burger king (and a convenience store across it) is to your left.
There seem to be another mall undergoing construction , right across the hotel.
Metro train is right below the hotel.
Ground floor of the hotel could really benefit from a major makeover. It's dark and unkept. Would really make a different if they modernised the ground floor. They had 2 escalators but only activated the escalator heading up, and turned off the escalator heading down.
DIDI to the Suzhou Museum, or old city wall is about 20-25mins 1 way, costing about 15yuan.
Room
I had selected a room without windows. Interior design was nice, bed was comfortable.
However, there was no fridge.
I could smell cigarette smoke, i suspect it was coming from through from the ventilations.
The basin/countertop had heaps of marks - Could really benefit from a polish or sorts.
Overall, the bed and linen was comfortable.

BbernitosL'hotel è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in posizione centrale, raggiungibile a piedi da molte attrazioni vicine. Anche i servizi sono completi e il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. L'hotel non ha ascensore, ma il personale si è offerto di trasportare i bagagli su e giù per 3 piani, il che è stato fantastico.
L'unico aspetto negativo è che a causa dei lavori in corso nella zona e all'esterno dell'hotel, verrai svegliato dai rumori di perforazione e costruzione al mattino. Inoltre, i lavori hanno causato la chiusura al traffico della strada di fronte all'hotel, quindi i taxi non possono entrare. Abbiamo dovuto trascinare i nostri pesanti bagagli lungo la strada polverosa, fangosa e irregolare per circa 50 m fino all'ingresso della strada, il che non è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole.
Senza i lavori, l'hotel è un posto davvero buono e comodo in cui soggiornare. :)

UUtente ospiteI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

LlschungDuring our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit.
The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience.
Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

11391723****L'insonorizzazione era pessima e lamentarsi non aiutava. Tutto ciò che mi è stato consegnato in camera in anticipo era freddo, il caffè era tiepido e mia figlia ha avuto la diarrea. Lo scarico del lavandino era incredibilmente rumoroso. Dal cortile interno della stanza proveniva un cattivo odore, quindi ho dovuto chiudere la porta a chiave per dormire. La mia esperienza è stata pessima; non so perché abbia ricevuto una recensione positiva. Non ho mai avuto una camera così brutta su Trip. Il prezzo non era economico e il design e i servizi erano obsoleti.

CCyfer3185Stayed at this homestay for 3 nights in July which is peak season for summer domestic travel in China. The rooms are comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect of a 4 star hotel - comfortable beds, lounging area, balcony, TV, good toiletries, hair dryer. Other positives were very friendly service staff, hearty breakfast from the cafe with is on the same premise. There’s also local restaurants nearby to dine at which are not bad, just 5-10 mins walk down the road. I also enjoyed waking up to run across the bridge which has a great sunrise view. A lot of tourists visit the cafe for the sunset views. The hotel staff can do room service and bring food ordered from the cafe to your room if requested.
Note though that location wise it is not as close to other cafes and stuff. You’ll need to travel a fair bit if you want to venture and do other things. I wanted a peaceful retreat with a good view but nearer to mainland (compared to the main 西山岛） so this worked for me.
I stayed in 3 different rooms (Rm 1,4,5) for my 3 nights as I had asked for a room with a view but was initially assigned one that was completely blocked by trees. In trying to accommodate my request I ended up having different rooms (to no fault of the staff and property) each night. There are 8 ‘normal rooms’ and one suite room that is round and more suited for honeymoon/romantic occasions. Rooms 3,4,5,6 are the ones with the better view. Room 1 (my first room) has a completely blocked view which is a waste staying by the lake. Rooms 4 and 5 have the best view. Note also that rm 1 and 4 have a skylight that cannot be blocked so by 5 am your room is gonna be bright although they do give you eye shades to help.
There is also no laundry facilities on site.
Only additional feedback to the property would be that they could consider a discount for guests to dine at the cafe, that could encourage guests to have more meals there.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this for anyone looking for an escape for the buzz and want a tranquil place to rest!

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

UUtente anonimoLa festa di Primavera dell'Associazione vede il luogo di riunione senza scatole. Non mi aspettavo che il scatole senza scatole fosse anche molto ricco di Yunnan. La famiglia di Yunnan è venuta senza scatole questa volta. Secondo la raccomandazione degli amici, ha scelto la città antica di Yuhua. Non è grave lo sviluppo commerciale qui, il piccolo ponte fluisce, ha un respiro di vita, ci sono molti punti d'attrazione, vale la pena di essere ricco. L'hotel che soggiorna è proprio al contrario della città antica di Liukou. Lo spazio è caratteristico. Il paesaggio circostante è molto tranquillo. Il colazione del giorno dopo è anche delizioso. Può sentire la buona qualità e il mangiare carne bovina. Il prezzo della casa non è molto adatto. Non andare al centro della città per evitare la gente di vivere nella città antica di Liukou è molto corretto, la famiglia è molto soddisfatta, il giorno successivo la frutta continua.
