L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, la receptionist è stata molto gentile e si trova proprio accanto a Pingjiang Road e Guanqian Street. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche molti punti di ristoro, il che rende molto comodo spostarsi. La stazione della metropolitana è vicinissima, a pochi passi. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate, completamente attrezzate e dispongono persino di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Consigliatissimo!

La posizione è fantastica! È tranquilla e non troppo caotica. Potete fare una passeggiata lungo Pyeonggang-ro ogni volta che ne avete voglia. Potete fare una breve passeggiata a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. La colazione è pulita e conveniente. Anche la camera è pulita. È piacevole sedersi in camera o sul balcone in comune e rilassarsi. Anche la vista notturna è splendida, quindi prendetevi una tazza di tè caldo e rilassatevi!

Facilità: la camera è grande, 2.4 metri di letto per la prima volta, si può dormire insieme in quattro punti, e dovrebbe essere molto conveniente portare due bambine.Ma sento che la stanza è vuota, non è buona progettazione, è sprecata.Il divano è molto scomodo. Salute: buono. Una volta, ho sperimentato il costume cinese gratuito: non ho ricordato alla reception, ho dimenticato. Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e le strutture sono davvero buone. Il personale di servizio è estremamente amichevole e molto utile. La posizione è davvero molto buona per il turista perché è molto conveniente valutare un sacco di cibo e foto scattare scenari. La cosa è che non è esattamente facile trovare il taxi vi manderà solo in un luogo vicino e poi dovrete scoprire come andare all'hotel. Ci sono alcune camere sul secondo piano, quindi potrebbe essere un po' stanco per salire le scale, ma siamo stati fortunati a trovare le camere sul pavimento con vista sul giardino. Questa volta tre famiglie che camminano con i loro amici sono stati alloggiati nel palazzo di Yuan Mountain, tutti aggiornati e l'esperienza è piena!Il popolo è nel palazzo di Yuan Yuan, dove si trova la giornata di Yuan. La finestra è la vista e la vista di Yuan Mountain. La mattina può vedere il sole e la notte, il cielo stellare può essere visto e la vista è sfinita. This is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review. As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities. In short: Room# 8431 & 8331 Check-In on 04-Sep Check-Out on 09-Sep Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel. Room & Cleanliness: Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached. Ammenities & Facilities: A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms. By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites. Breakfast: Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption. Surroundings: There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also. Overall, we had a good stay.

The lobby is well heated. A coffee machine is found in the lobby. This is the only hotel that provides one in the lobby of the seven hotels that we stayed in. The coffee machine offers only espresso and americano. On arrival, we opted to push our luggage on the ram so as to avoid lifting them while walking up the steps. But the entrance of the ram was blocked by e-scooters etc. We complaint to the front office staff and the problem was later rectified. We were handed tooth brush by the front office staff upon check-in. Only 1 key card was given. Most hotels give 2. There are storage compartments for luggage available. But you have to do it yourself via some apps. Guests should not have to do this themselves. Service ranges from average to poor. Universal socket is not provided in the room. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Refrigerator is cold. There’s both air-conditioning and heating. Therefore, guests have a choice. Auto-door closer is not installed for the room door. So we had to make sure that our door is locked when we leave the room. Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. Toothbrush, shower cap, comb, hand towel etc was not replenished in the following day. Consequently, we wrote a list of the items and things that we needed done and place it on the bed for the room attendant to carry out. We normally switch off all the lights in the room when we sleep. We only have the shower cubicle and toilet lights on. This can’t be done. We have to choose between all lights off or some lights on in the room as well. Consequently, we didn’t sleep well for five nights. Range and quality of food is poor. Quantity is small. Milk and yogurt are dispensed from machines. Restaurant is heated. Knife is not offered. I wanted one to spread the butter on the toast. However, forks are provided! I had to switch on the toaster myself. I didn’t know how and a staff showed me. Then the staff asked me to switch it off after use. This is my first encounter with such a ridiculous breakfast situation! It is not my responsibility to switch off the toaster after use! Service is poor. There are moments when the entire restaurant is void of service staff. They are either in the kitchen or dish-washing area. There’s only one coffee machine and when it runs out of milk etc, one has to wait for a few minutes. This is below our expectations. Brown sugar is not offered. Butter was placed, in the same basket, with the jam. There were so few that I missed it. It’s strange for breakfast table to have partitions especially after covid.

We stayed in Dec 2025 for 4 nights. This hotel was our first experience with a smart room system. Using voice commands in Mandarin, we could control the lights, television, ventilation (hot or cold), and music through a device called “Xiao Du”. It could also play music, including Chinese classical music, which was very soothing and helped us relax before sleep. Although the room was small, it was cosy, very clean, fresh, and modern. The toilet seat had a built-in heating function that activated automatically, which was particularly welcome during winter. The window faced an adjacent building rather than the main road, which helped keep noise levels low, as traffic on the street could otherwise be quite busy. The television offered a good selection of films, including several free-to-view options from both Hollywood and China. Amenities such as fresh towels were replenished daily, and complimentary items including tea sachets, bottled mineral water, and a can of Coke were thoughtfully provided. A small fridge was also available to keep drinks cool. The laundry facilities were excellent and easy to use. Located on the second floor, there was a large washing machine with automatic detergent dispensing, as well as a large dryer. Both were fast and efficient, which helped keep waiting times short even when several guests were using the machines at the same time. The Cotti Coffee café downstairs was excellent and very convenient for starting the day with a good cup of coffee. There were seats outside where one could sit, enjoy a drink, and watch the world go by — a very pleasant way to begin the morning. The reception staff were generally friendly and helpful. On our checkout day (12 noon on 1 January 2026), a lady at the reception was especially attentive. She advised us on the best way to reach the airport in light of heavy traffic, helped to watch out for our DiDi ride, flagged the driver from across the road when the car arrived, and accompanied us across the street to see us off safely. We were genuinely impressed by her thoughtfulness and professionalism. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. From the nearest metro station, it took us about a ten-minute walk at a relaxed pace. The hotel was easy to find on our first day, even while dragging our luggage. After that, the metro made it very convenient to reach many of the city’s major tourist attractions. We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Nanjing.

We had a great time at Nanjing Xinjiekou Deji Square Branch. We stayed for a total of 4 nights, service was prompt and the room was cosy and spacious. The complimentary laundry option was big plus point and we also drank good coffee while waiting for our laundry to be done. They also provide oranges and little snacks to all guests who makes the stay more memorable. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will recommend to our friends and relatives who wants to visit Nanjing 👍👍👍
