Hotel a 3 stelle in Jiangsu, Cina

Questo soggiorno ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative, merita assolutamente cinque stelle. La posizione dell'hotel è estremamente comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dal quartiere commerciale e dalla stazione della metropolitana, rendendo facili gli spostamenti e i pasti. La camera era impeccabilmente pulita, la biancheria da letto morbida e confortevole, e l'insonorizzazione ottima, garantendo un riposo notturno molto tranquillo. Il personale della reception è stato cordiale e paziente, rispondendo prontamente a ogni richiesta. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, tornerò sicuramente qui la prossima volta.

La posizione è fantastica! È tranquilla e non troppo caotica. Potete fare una passeggiata lungo Pyeonggang-ro ogni volta che ne avete voglia. Potete fare una breve passeggiata a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. La colazione è pulita e conveniente. Anche la camera è pulita. È piacevole sedersi in camera o sul balcone in comune e rilassarsi. Anche la vista notturna è splendida, quindi prendetevi una tazza di tè caldo e rilassatevi!

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Just had the most incredible stay at Nanjing Yunshuijian Parent-child Resort Hotel! As a foreigner, I was blown away by the laid back atmosphere and abundance of amenities and activities available. From water sports like boating and jetskiing to numerous campsites and restaurants, this place has it all! My personal favorite spot was the Shark Bar restaurant - the owners and staff are phenomenal! The vibe and atmosphere are unbeatable. Highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance. A huge shoutout to the hotel staff and managers for providing exceptional customer service throughout our stay. La mia famiglia e io abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e le strutture sono davvero buone. Il personale di servizio è estremamente amichevole e molto utile. La posizione è davvero molto buona per il turista perché è molto conveniente valutare un sacco di cibo e foto scattare scenari. La cosa è che non è esattamente facile trovare il taxi vi manderà solo in un luogo vicino e poi dovrete scoprire come andare all'hotel. Ci sono alcune camere sul secondo piano, quindi potrebbe essere un po' stanco per salire le scale, ma siamo stati fortunati a trovare le camere sul pavimento con vista sul giardino. Il colazione è anche fornito, abbiamo mangiato noodles e alcuni condimenti. In generale, consiglierei molto questo hotel.  La stanza è in casa La stanza è in casa La stanza è un po' di merda. Vivere al cima della montagna è una grande esperienza!Dopo che i turisti della zona sceneggiata si sono dispersi, godono solo della bellezza dell'intera montagna, vedendo il tramonto e l'alba.Il processo di facile lunga durata è molto attento, molto felice, portandoci a visitare il palazzo di notte e fare una spiegazione vivace e interessante. La qualità del sonno è anche molto buona. Non ho dormito così bene per molto tempo.C'è un vantaggio nascosto che vive qui: brucia la testa!E'solo quindici il giorno, e brucia la testa a più di sei del mattino. Una bottiglia di noccioline calde per la colazione, e'stato facile fare caffè, e' molto piacevole bere caffè in cima alla montagna. Una volta è difficile dimenticare un viaggio molto felice e fortemente raccomandato di soggiornare (vivere al cima della montagna ha un vantaggio unico. Se sei amici che cercano lo standard di hotel a cinque stelle, non fare di nuovo:)

Room was clean and has a freshly cleaned smell. Always a good sign when hotels are clean. Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room. The downside of the room is that some plug sockets didn’t work. There’s only a total of 3 sockets in the room. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near the subway station and walking distance to Nanchan Street area where there’s a lot of shops. If you’re staying here, remember to come out and see the Nanchan Temple at night. The lights make the temple look magical. Best timing to see it in the evening.

Quando prenota la stanza, sento che va bene in tutti i commenti. Dopo essere rimasti, sento che la decorazione era buona. Quando si lavava, c'era una voce di questo tipo di acqua dolce vicino al bacino. Quando si trovava all'hotel per la prima volta che doveva pagare il parcheggio, tutti gli altri si sentono buoni

Questo soggiorno è stato fantastico! La camera era pulita e ordinata, la biancheria da letto era soffice come una nuvola e ho dormito profondamente tutta la notte. La receptionist è stata incredibilmente disponibile e la vista dal sesto piano dell'hotel, con vista sulla zona del Tempio di Confucio, era incredibile. La colazione era eccellente, con piatti caldi, frutta e snack, tutti deliziosi. La posizione è super comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta!

We stayed in Dec 2025 for 4 nights. This hotel was our first experience with a smart room system. Using voice commands in Mandarin, we could control the lights, television, ventilation (hot or cold), and music through a device called “Xiao Du”. It could also play music, including Chinese classical music, which was very soothing and helped us relax before sleep. Although the room was small, it was cosy, very clean, fresh, and modern. The toilet seat had a built-in heating function that activated automatically, which was particularly welcome during winter. The window faced an adjacent building rather than the main road, which helped keep noise levels low, as traffic on the street could otherwise be quite busy. The television offered a good selection of films, including several free-to-view options from both Hollywood and China. Amenities such as fresh towels were replenished daily, and complimentary items including tea sachets, bottled mineral water, and a can of Coke were thoughtfully provided. A small fridge was also available to keep drinks cool. The laundry facilities were excellent and easy to use. Located on the second floor, there was a large washing machine with automatic detergent dispensing, as well as a large dryer. Both were fast and efficient, which helped keep waiting times short even when several guests were using the machines at the same time. The Cotti Coffee café downstairs was excellent and very convenient for starting the day with a good cup of coffee. There were seats outside where one could sit, enjoy a drink, and watch the world go by — a very pleasant way to begin the morning. The reception staff were generally friendly and helpful. On our checkout day (12 noon on 1 January 2026), a lady at the reception was especially attentive. She advised us on the best way to reach the airport in light of heavy traffic, helped to watch out for our DiDi ride, flagged the driver from across the road when the car arrived, and accompanied us across the street to see us off safely. We were genuinely impressed by her thoughtfulness and professionalism. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. From the nearest metro station, it took us about a ten-minute walk at a relaxed pace. The hotel was easy to find on our first day, even while dragging our luggage. After that, the metro made it very convenient to reach many of the city’s major tourist attractions. We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Nanjing.
