L'ambiente dell'hotel è assolutamente meraviglioso. L'acqua scorre silenziosamente sotto le finestre a tutta altezza e dalla finestra si può ammirare la Pagoda del Grande Tempio Bao'en che brilla di notte. Le camere sono pulite, ordinate e confortevoli. È a pochi passi dalla via pedonale Laomendong, dal Tempio di Confucio e dal Grande Tempio Bao'en. Se dovessi tornare a Nanchino, sceglierò sicuramente questo hotel e lo consiglierò ai miei amici.

Al Yunlan, vicino a Pingjiang Road, la delicatezza del Jiangnan è stata portata direttamente nelle camere. La camera doppia con letti singoli è elegantemente arredata, con uno stile in legno naturale e dettagli vintage che creano un'atmosfera perfetta. La sensazione di tranquillità in mezzo al trambusto è davvero rigenerante. È vicinissimo al Giardino dell'Amministratore Umile e al Museo di Suzhou. Il proprietario è caloroso e attento, e ci ha consigliato anche specialità locali e itinerari di viaggio. Un'esperienza eccezionale, la prossima volta che verrò a Suzhou alloggerò di nuovo qui!

La struttura è bella, vicinissima al centro pedonale e turistico.
La camera è piccola ma va benissimo per un soggiorno di qualche giorno, unico vero problema i filtri dell'aria condizionata sporchi quindi impossibile accendere l'aria perchè emetteva un cattivo odore.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per le ottime recensioni quando abbiamo portato i nostri parenti anziani a Suzhou. Il servizio e l'ambiente ne sono valsi decisamente la pena. La receptionist ci ha offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera per via della nostra età, e tutti gli snack, le bevande e l'acqua in bottiglia erano gratuiti. Cinque stelle! Torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta. L'hotel si trova in Guanqian Street, non lontano dai luoghi panoramici. Si può persino raggiungere a piedi il Giardino dell'Umile Amministratore! Anche la stazione della metropolitana di Lindun Road è molto vicina, a circa 400-500 metri, il che lo rende molto comodo per gli spostamenti.

Very convenient location, so close to metro station. The staffs are friendly and helpful! The hair dryer is so good, I will say the best one I have used compared to the other hotels, better than a much expensive 5 star hotel 's hair dryer I stayed in Singapore .

La camera era molto più grande di quanto mi aspettassi e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Arredata con gusto con legno naturale e bambù, la finestra era inondata di luce naturale.
Il personale è stato davvero gentile e si è prodigato per aiutarmi a risolvere un problema con una consegna. Mi hanno anche aiutato a portare i bagagli su e giù per le scale, dato che non c'è l'ascensore.
La posizione è centrale rispetto ad alcuni importanti siti d'interesse: c'è una fermata dell'autobus a pochi passi e una della metropolitana a un isolato di distanza, perfette per raggiungere questi luoghi.

L'ambiente della stanza è buono, è un po'non isolato. Qualcuno ha sentito chiaramente la strada.
La stanza è molto calda, ma l'interruttore della luce non è tutto utile. Le finestre sono molto luminose e abbastanza luminose.
E' conveniente andare ovunque vicino al centro di Liangcheng
La debolezza è che non si isolerà il suono. Devi andare alla ricetta per attivare la scheda di camera per più di un giorno o non posso smontare l'ascensore, ma l'atteggiamento della ricetta è buono.
Se l'acqua del bagno può arrivare più velocemente al canale di scarico, il ciclo dell'acqua è un po' lento.
Tutto il resto è molto soddisfatto. Ho vissuto un hotel ad alto rapporto prezzo a Liancheng, Hong Kong. L'installazione del 7o piano è un po'più alta del prezzo del vecchio 56o piano, ma l'ambiente è molto meglio del 7o piano

L'hotel è confortevolmente situato vicino all'ingresso di Nanchangjie e non è lontano dalla stazione metropolitana. La stanza è pulita e il personale dell'hotel è tutto tipo. BbernitosL'hotel è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in posizione centrale, raggiungibile a piedi da molte attrazioni vicine. Anche i servizi sono completi e il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. L'hotel non ha ascensore, ma il personale si è offerto di trasportare i bagagli su e giù per 3 piani, il che è stato fantastico.
L'unico aspetto negativo è che a causa dei lavori in corso nella zona e all'esterno dell'hotel, verrai svegliato dai rumori di perforazione e costruzione al mattino. Inoltre, i lavori hanno causato la chiusura al traffico della strada di fronte all'hotel, quindi i taxi non possono entrare. Abbiamo dovuto trascinare i nostri pesanti bagagli lungo la strada polverosa, fangosa e irregolare per circa 50 m fino all'ingresso della strada, il che non è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole.
Senza i lavori, l'hotel è un posto davvero buono e comodo in cui soggiornare. :)

UUtente ospiteI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Check-in Experience
We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee.
Accommodation
We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit:
Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property.
RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games.
**Ratings**
Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities.
Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout.
Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days.
**Things to Consider**
It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center.
If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include:
- ATV rides
- Fishing area
- Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter)
- Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry)
- Train ride (30 RMB)
The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car.
**Challenges We Faced**
My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available.
However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

KKuang KuangÈ iniziato male: siamo stati lasciati alla fine di Daru Lane e l'hotel era proprio di fronte al ponte Shengli. Purtroppo c'erano dei piccoli lavori di riparazione lungo Pingjiang Road che porta all'hotel, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare una deviazione per Pingjiangli, Xiaojia Lane e il ponte Xuegao.
Siamo stati accolti con un'ospitalità cordiale e calorosa. La receptionist ci ha fornito dei buoni per la colazione extra, ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e ci ha mostrato la nostra camera. Ci ha dato indicazioni su dove chiamare un taxi e sui punti di sbarco più vicini all'hotel. La zia addetta alle pulizie è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e dotata di aria condizionata potente.

Abbiamo anche fatto un tour a piedi del Museo di Suzhou, del Giardino dell'Umile Amministratore e del Giardino del Bosco dei Leoni.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed in Dec 2025 for 4 nights. This hotel was our first experience with a smart room system. Using voice commands in Mandarin, we could control the lights, television, ventilation (hot or cold), and music through a device called “Xiao Du”. It could also play music, including Chinese classical music, which was very soothing and helped us relax before sleep.
Although the room was small, it was cosy, very clean, fresh, and modern. The toilet seat had a built-in heating function that activated automatically, which was particularly welcome during winter. The window faced an adjacent building rather than the main road, which helped keep noise levels low, as traffic on the street could otherwise be quite busy.
The television offered a good selection of films, including several free-to-view options from both Hollywood and China. Amenities such as fresh towels were replenished daily, and complimentary items including tea sachets, bottled mineral water, and a can of Coke were thoughtfully provided. A small fridge was also available to keep drinks cool.
The laundry facilities were excellent and easy to use. Located on the second floor, there was a large washing machine with automatic detergent dispensing, as well as a large dryer. Both were fast and efficient, which helped keep waiting times short even when several guests were using the machines at the same time.
The Cotti Coffee café downstairs was excellent and very convenient for starting the day with a good cup of coffee. There were seats outside where one could sit, enjoy a drink, and watch the world go by — a very pleasant way to begin the morning.
The reception staff were generally friendly and helpful. On our checkout day (12 noon on 1 January 2026), a lady at the reception was especially attentive. She advised us on the best way to reach the airport in light of heavy traffic, helped to watch out for our DiDi ride, flagged the driver from across the road when the car arrived, and accompanied us across the street to see us off safely. We were genuinely impressed by her thoughtfulness and professionalism.
The hotel’s location is another major advantage. From the nearest metro station, it took us about a ten-minute walk at a relaxed pace. The hotel was easy to find on our first day, even while dragging our luggage. After that, the metro made it very convenient to reach many of the city’s major tourist attractions.
We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Nanjing.

UUtente ospiteWe had a great time at Nanjing Xinjiekou Deji Square Branch. We stayed for a total of 4 nights, service was prompt and the room was cosy and spacious. The complimentary laundry option was big plus point and we also drank good coffee while waiting for our laundry to be done. They also provide oranges and little snacks to all guests who makes the stay more memorable. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will recommend to our friends and relatives who wants to visit Nanjing 👍👍👍

La decorazione dell'hotel è stupenda, crea un ambiente tranquillo e visivamente piacevole. La nostra camera era spaziosa e bellamente progettata, offrendo un giardino tranquillo dove ci piaceva un comodo sonno notturno. E 'in realtà un fantastico luogo per rilassarsi e rilassarsi.
Uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno è stato il piacevole tè pomeriggio, soprattutto i snack cereali che erano così deliziosi che abbiamo chiesto al personale dell'hotel di aiutare a comprare e a mandare alcuni in Shanghai per portarci a casa. La loro disponibilità a accogliere la nostra richiesta ha aggiunto un particolare toccamento alla nostra esperienza.

JJohn JFnice big rooms which is hard to find in Nanjing. the front desk service is great they respond to your request immediately. breakfast is good, especially the noodles and wanton is delicious. Just outside the hotel there is a McDonalds and many convenience stores and also restaurants. lots of parking spaces. the bed and the pillow are very comfortable, they change the bedsheets regularly. the negative side, the sound proofing is very bad can hear people talking from another room but they provide free ear plugs, the hygiene needs to improve a lot, the first room I had have a very strong urine smell coming from the toilet but they changed my room but the next room the shower drain was not cleaned and the bathroom was clogged. i informed the front desk and they informed the house cleaning immediately but the house cleaner did nothing and i have a flooded bathroom for 2 days, this was only sorted out when i told the house cleaner myself when i saw her, disappointed with the house keeper as she told me just remove the drain cap instead of her to clean the clogged drain. the floors is also not cleaned as it’s very dirty. was cleaned only after the 6th day of my stay. supposed to be non smoking hotel but still people smoke in the rooms. there is free washing machine and dryer but the dryer takes 2 hours to dry and still will not dry completely, the washer takes 48 minutes to wash cloths and there is only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer. lucky I stayed during the off seasons so not many people. overall stay is good. for the hygiene I would suggest the management to check on the hygiene of the rooms regularly which very important .

The welcome is very warm and I could check in early. The staff is also able to speak English very well!
The room itself is spacious and gorgeous. The lighting on the mirror is the best I had so far in china. The afternoon tea was delicious and the goodbye gift very cute.
The metro station is just a few steps away and you can walk nearly everywhere.
