Hotel 4 stelle a Jiuzhaigou

In questo viaggio a Jiuzhaigou ero già profondamente colpito dalla bellezza naturale, ma non mi aspettavo che l'hotel in cui ho soggiornato avrebbe aggiunto un tocco in più al viaggio! Appena arrivato all'hotel, sono rimasto subito colpito dallo stile architettonico esterno tibetano-Qiang, dalle decorazioni colorate e dallo stile fortemente etnico. La hall è spaziosa e luminosa e gli affreschi thangka sembrano trasportarmi immediatamente nella misteriosa cultura tibetana. Il direttore del negozio ci ha offerto calorosamente un drink di benvenuto. Il check-in è stato non solo rapido ed efficiente, ma ci ha anche presentato i servizi dell'hotel e la guida turistica di Jiuzhaigou. La camera con vista che ho prenotato aveva una vista fantastica. Nella camera, l'arredamento in stile tibetano si sposa con i comfort moderni, la biancheria da letto è morbida e confortevole e anche gli articoli da toeletta sono di ottima qualità. Anche le opzioni di ristorazione dell'hotel sono eccezionali. La colazione è ricca e varia e anche gli spostamenti sono comodi. L'hotel mette a disposizione un servizio navetta da e per la zona panoramica, che consente di risparmiare molto tempo ed energie. Anche la governante dell'hotel è stata molto accogliente. Aveva sempre un sorriso luminoso sul viso. Mi ha illustrato con entusiasmo le caratteristiche dell'hotel e ha chiacchierato con me di curiosità locali. Questo sincero entusiasmo dissipò all’istante la fatica del viaggio. Questa volta, nell'hotel fuori Jiuzhaigou, ho potuto godere di una doppia festa: uno splendido panorama e un servizio impeccabile. La prossima volta che verrò a Jiuzhaigou, sceglierò di nuovo questo posto!

The place was extremely beautiful, true to picture. Even though the location itself was a little tough to get to, the host readily fetches us to and fro our destinations. Host is always punctual and takes care of us. Breakfast was also provided during the stay. If you’d like to, you can also dine at the restaurant. The food was amaze amaze amaze. The place was extremely clean and spacious, definitely worth your stay. There’s no other place that gave us such an experience and we would definitely be back again!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qinghe Courtyard in Jiuzhaigou. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a peaceful ambience that made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was great, well maintained, and the hot spring was also a lovely highlight after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. What made this stay truly special was the staff. Every staff member we met had such a positive attitude and was genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. Although we spoke English and they mainly understood Chinese, they still took the time to use translation tools and communicate with us clearly. Their effort and hospitality made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was provided, and the hotel also offered a shuttle van service from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, which was extremely convenient. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before we went to the park. At the end of our visit, we asked if they could help arrange transportation back, and they offered to call a carpooling service for us at 60 yuan per person. Since we were a group of three, this was very reasonable for a 90 km ride. The staff even picked up our bags and dropped them off at the park entrance for us, then waited until our carpool ride arrived. This level of service was far beyond what we expected and made our trip so much smoother. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Qinghe Courtyard provided excellent service, great facilities, a clean and comfortable room, and a warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

This hostel was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely helpful and generous. The animals that roam around the reception desk are the cutest. The breakfast is authentic chinese, simple but savoury. The room was really nicely furnished. Location is good with a great mix of shows, restaurants and shops in the direct vicinity, but it can be quite busy. At night, it is quiet though as the hotel is hidden behind some other buildings.

Orange hotel (Jiuzhaigou) is excellent in overall areas. I and family stayed with Deluxe suite 2 nights in Apr 2026. The room is very clean, neat, big, very nice layout with full amenities even safety mass for emergency case. Services by all hotel's staff is so great. They all are helpful staff. Hotel shuttle van is also provided a good service to/from hotel-JJK. Hotel restaurant is great as well, big one, good service and tasty. We tried Yak Meat Shabu. I love this hotel. 👍

Questo bed and breakfast è molto costoso, stavo guardando le sue camere che possono fornire ossigeno a sufficienza, fortunatamente con questa struttura, ho soggiornato nella camera del bed and breakfast per un giorno e mi sono sentito molto meglio. C'è un solo addetto al servizio, nessun servizio, tutto è self-service, ma se gli chiedi qualcosa ti risponderà, stranamente può capitare che qualcuno fumi e giochi a poker in uno spazio condiviso, si ubriachi e ti detragga tutti i punti. Non c'è un robot per le consegne nella struttura, la macchina del caffè istantaneo è rotta, il cibo d'asporto ordinato va ritirato alla reception al piano inferiore, ma la fornitura di materiali è molto generosa, se hai bisogno di qualcosa, puoi tornare alla reception per ritirarlo. La vista non corrisponde alle foto perché il soggiorno è stato piovoso. Inoltre, il problema dell'isolamento acustico è un po' serio, si sentono i rumori provenienti dalla stanza accanto, e di notte e al mattino presto anche il clacson dei veicoli che passano si sente molto chiaramente. L'ambiente è relativamente buio nel corridoio e i rumori provenienti e provenienti dall'esterno attraversano il ristorante, alcune persone si guardano intorno, un po' poco senso di privacy. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è necessario prendere un taxi per raggiungere il punto panoramico, circa 12 yuan. In sintesi, è possibile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è un po' basso, il servizio è scarso, la posizione non è al top, ma la fornitura di materiali è generosa. Prima di uscire, il piede sinistro è stato chiesto al cameriere di fargli avere una benda.

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhaigou! We requested rooms next to each other with a connecting door and the hotel arranged it perfectly. Breakfast was nice with a good variety and they even had coffee in the breakfast area, which we really enjoyed. The location is also convenient because it’s easy to find food nearby. We also tried the photography service with ******* style outfit which is free for 1 pax/room, and it held at Hilton Resort the nearby sister hotel and it was a fun and memorable experience. Special thanks to Huang Dan (黄丹) from the front desk. She was extremely helpful in answering our questions about transportation and helped arrange a car to the train station with a reasonable price. She made sure everything was smooth and worry-free for us. The car was clean and the driver knew the area very well. Overall, a very pleasant experience. 5 stars and highly recommended! Thank you ❤️

A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

Un bel hotel con un grande personale, a pochi passi da Jiuzhaigou. Il ricevitore Xiao Zhu era eccezionalmente gentile e carino, ci controllava sempre, ci dava un buon consiglio, aiutava con tutto, e anche prenotava un taxi per noi. Ci siamo sentiti molto bene curati! La stanza era fantastica, davvero confortevole con una vista stupenda, perfettamente dotata di tutto quello che ci serviva. La decorazione tradizionale è elegante e piena di fascino, e il colazione era delizioso. Molto consigliato!
