Il nostro bagno è più come un bagno comune. Probabilmente a causa della stagione non picco, durante il nostro soggiorno, solo un tubo è stato riempito di 4. E' condiviso tra uomini e donne, quindi dovrete essere nella vostra vestita di nuoto.
Il pranzo è sicuramente un bisogno di ottenere come cibo più vicino è circa 10 minuti a piedi e le negozi non si apre presto.

L'hotel non è lontano dal punto panoramico. La signora ci ha contattato in anticipo e ha avuto un'auto per venirci a prendere in tempo. La risposta del servizio è stata molto rapida. La prima impressione è che l'ambiente dell'hotel sia molto confortevole la zona non è affollata ma ci sono piatti da asporto e taxi. La stanza ha il sistema di smartphone Xiaoai, ero troppo stanco quando sono tornato in hotel la sera e ho ordinato direttamente il cibo tramite WeChat per essere consegnato in camera. Non ho provato le sorgenti termali perché ero troppo stanco e sono andato a dormire direttamente. Consiglio vivamente questo servizio ed è molto conveniente~

This hotel beside halal restaurant which is convenient for me and 15-20 minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Other shops like KFC, Chagee also just next building to this hotel.
The receptionist really helpful even though she doesn't know how to speak English. Location for bus pickup nearest is Moon Bay parking lot which is 700m walk.
Room is really spacious and cheap. You may hear the sound outside of the room people walking or use toilet (if you don't mind)

Overall the hotel is very good. Room is spacious and furniture is in good condition. However just note that:
1) the shower area doesn’t have anything for you to hang your clothes or towel that will not make tour clothes wet. They have a little hook for you to hang stuff but because the shower area is small, whatever you hang there will become wet. Because I went in March and its still very cold, it would be good for them to have something for us to hang even the robes that will not get wet and do not have to come out with our wet body, enduring the cold.
2) the make up room service did not clean the room thoroughly as we can still see some bog chuck of dust floating around the floor.
Besides the above, the food at the hotel restaurant is fantastic and delicious. Service is excellent for the staff in the restaurant as well as the front desk. 小田gave us good service and provided the necessary info upon check in. There is a mini mart besides the hotel too and is very near to the JiuZhaiGou scenic area. Definitely would recommend this hotel! 👍🏼

We had a great stay at this hotel in Jiuzhaigou! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. A good option for Jiuzhai
I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention
Pros:
- Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets
- The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡
- Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception.
- The room is spacious and bed is comfortable.
- The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful.
- They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier.
Cons:
- The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime.
- As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣
- The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

LLiusanyiSiamo arrivati tardi e il commerciante è stato molto premuroso e ci ha contattato in modo che potessimo effettuare il check-in senza intoppi. Durante questo periodo, i nostri genitori ci dicevano continuamente cosa fare e come procedere, il che era davvero commovente. Lo chef avrebbe dovuto terminare il lavoro alle 21:00, ma ha parlato con l'hotel e ci ha preparato in anticipo una pentola di zuppa. Era davvero sontuoso. Il giovane dell'hotel aspettò che finissimo di mangiare e ci offrì Hada prima di andare a riposare. Il riscaldamento a pavimento è sufficiente e la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Sono disponibili anche set da bagno e sali da bagno. L'hotel è stato molto sincero (ci hanno anche detto come divertirci durante il pasto). Il giorno dopo non c'era molta gente, quindi l'hotel ci ha preparato una colazione speciale (dovrebbero aver avuto tempo solo quando non c'era molta gente). Dovete assolutamente provare il latte dolce che bevevamo tutti i giorni. Dopo aver fatto un pranzo completo ogni giorno non riuscivamo più a mangiare. C'è una signora nell'hotel che prepara dei deliziosi caffè latte e americani. Vi abbiamo prelevato all'ingresso del luogo panoramico (l'orario è stato comunicato in anticipo al commerciante). Tutto il personale dell'hotel era composto da gente del posto che ha aiutato a contattare l'auto per la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità (a proprie spese). Hanno davvero fornito un servizio attento e premuroso durante tutto il viaggio. Il prezzo è molto conveniente considerando il servizio e le strutture (il riscaldamento a pavimento dell'hotel è disponibile tutto il giorno). Posso solo dire che il capo ha una grande visione. Si può vedere che è stato profuso molto impegno nella realizzazione della pavimentazione e che il materiale è stato lucidato con grande cura. C'è anche un cortile con piscina. Entrando dall'esterno, si potrebbe pensare di essere entrati in un ristorante in stile estetica della famiglia Song. Posso solo dire che questa volta, quando sono venuto a Jiuzhaigou, la sensazione di accoglienza che mi ha trasmesso l'hotel e il panorama del lago Jiuzhaigou hanno reso l'esperienza completa.
A proposito, Xiao Qin è molto entusiasta e molto professionale.

UUtente ospiteA relatively new accommodation near 九寨千古情, it is an especially happening area at night with lots of food options, and souvenir and simple grocery shopping choices. It is not difficult to find 金哈达 if you follow the directions on a map and the 姐姐 at the counter is very warm and friendly. When I told her that I'm leaving early the next day, and the location of boarding the bus is far by foot from the accoms, she offered to help call the bus driver to ask if the bus can wait for me at a nearer location so that it is more convenient for me. She was very earnest and sincere about helping me when she talked on the phone. She offered to send me to the pick-up location at 6am in the morning when she was still up waiting to receive other guests at 12am! Thank you for your hospitality, from online on WeChat to in-person interactions.
The room is big and clean, the hot water works well and is strong, amenities are all proper. WiFi, toiletries, hair dryer, air-con, bed heater, bottled water, slippers, enough charging points etc. are all good. There is a courtyard outside too, but unfortunately my stay is too short for me to enjoy the view. I recommend this accommodation to anyone else who is looking to stay overnight in jiuzhaigou, especially if you are planning to visit both jiuzhaigou and watch the play at 千古情

Finding it is a little bit hard, having to head up the hill, but they know this already and have someone around the area to assist.
Place is clean, and they provide all amenities without holding back. Quality of the amenities are really good.
If you do get the breakfast, it is a really homey cooked meal.
During our stay, they would put our breakfast as a takeaway if we didn’t have time to eat it, they helped us organise transportation. They really made our stay a ‘home away from home’ type feeling, which we did not expect in terms of how far they went for us.
Probably the most memorable, after they organised the bus, the hotel staff walked with us to the meeting spot, which was around 5 minutes from the hotel itself, just to make sure we would make it in time and that we had the correct bus (even provided extra food for the journey). Unbelievable service.
Should we return to Jiuzhaigou village area to see the valley, we will 100% return to this place. It is slightly further away than some of the other hotels we noticed that are close to the valley, but this one simply made our trip that much easier.

UUtente ospiteThe location of this inn is literally in the centre of the town, which provides easy access to restaurants (for ******* food and BBQ, can ask for recommendations from the inn owner Xiao Bi or Mr Feng) and the most famous show ”Jiu Zai Qian Gu Qing” (highly recommended even if you can't speak Chinese)(15 mins walk). Although it is a bit distant from the national park entrance (10 mins driving distance), the owner Mr. Feng offered free transportation taking us there and picking us up.
The owners were really friendly and helpful. There is an in-house restaurant which serves local specialties such as highland beef hotpot and wild mushroom free range chicken hotpot. The home-made honey yogurt barley wheat bread was super delicious. We had to leave early for a bus back to Chengdu (7.45am), Xiao Bi made an effort to get up early to cook us noodles for breakfast.
Beautiful scenery around the Inn. The inn was converted from a traditional ******* property. The rooms were decorated and furnished in a Chinese style and each bed comes with its own panda. The inn provides disposable towels every day, which is probably not everyone's cup of tea, as they are quite small if you have long hair, but there is a hair dryer available.
This inn is for people who like to enjoy the slow pace of life in the Highlands (you can't rush physically as you could easily get out of breath due to low oxygen levels) and who like social interaction with other travellers and inn owners.
The owners are not English speaking but they have no problems communicating with non Chinese speakers using a translation app.

In primo luogo, vogliamo apprezzare Nick Pan (direttore generale) per averci aiutato a organizzare il nostro trasporto dalla/alla stazione ferroviaria. È molto bello ricevere una risposta rapida con lei, signore, e anche la sua capacità di parlare inglese è molto utile. In secondo luogo, a Mina (amministratore del Front Office, se non sbagliamo) che ci ha guidati durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni. Le tue informazioni sono molto appoggianti di noi. Infine, a Bryan, che ha preso un lungo cammino per prendere e mandarci dalla stazione ferroviaria. Avete buone abilità di guida e buona atteggiamento. IVA, grazie per il caffè caldo a metà della prima neve di quest'anno a Jiuzhaigou. Inoltre, grazie a tutti i funzionari del receptionista per aver aggiornato la nostra camera in una bella suite. Non è solo una grande stanza, ma anche una camera di lusso e confortevole. Questa è la nostra prima volta che siamo venuti a Jiuzhaigou, e tutti voi l'avete fatto una memoria straordinaria. L'hotel stesso è in buona posizione. Connessione con la zona di cibo e negozio complesso. Molti ristoranti intorno, in modo che possiamo gustare il delizioso cibo locale. UUtente ospiteSi trova in una posizione molto conveniente che vicino al teatro dello spettacolo, intendo camminabile. E molti ristoranti sono intorno, non preoccupate di mangiare o bere.
L’hotel è anche tranquillo pulito quanto soddisfa le aspettative del Giappone. Il personale è super amichevole, si sentono liberi di chiedere loro qualsiasi aiuto se avete bisogno.
Mi è piaciuto davvero il colazione.
Molto raccomandato.
Sono certa che tornerò.

WWilliam(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

CCHOU TinghungUn gruppo di 10 persone ha prenotato una camera doppia. Siamo arrivati all'hotel alle 21:00. La differenza di temperatura tra la mattina e la sera a Jiuzhaigou è enorme stufa in camera quando siamo entrati. La colazione era piuttosto abbondante. Non è lontano da Jiuzhaigou. È anche molto vicino all'ingresso, a 500 metri di distanza. Sono rimasto lì per 2 giorni e sono rimasto soddisfatto.
