UUtente ospiteIn questo viaggio a Jiuzhaigou ero già profondamente colpito dalla bellezza naturale, ma non mi aspettavo che l'hotel in cui ho soggiornato avrebbe aggiunto un tocco in più al viaggio!
Appena arrivato all'hotel, sono rimasto subito colpito dallo stile architettonico esterno tibetano-Qiang, dalle decorazioni colorate e dallo stile fortemente etnico. La hall è spaziosa e luminosa e gli affreschi thangka sembrano trasportarmi immediatamente nella misteriosa cultura tibetana. Il direttore del negozio ci ha offerto calorosamente un drink di benvenuto. Il check-in è stato non solo rapido ed efficiente, ma ci ha anche presentato i servizi dell'hotel e la guida turistica di Jiuzhaigou. La camera con vista che ho prenotato aveva una vista fantastica. Nella camera, l'arredamento in stile tibetano si sposa con i comfort moderni, la biancheria da letto è morbida e confortevole e anche gli articoli da toeletta sono di ottima qualità. Anche le opzioni di ristorazione dell'hotel sono eccezionali. La colazione è ricca e varia e anche gli spostamenti sono comodi. L'hotel mette a disposizione un servizio navetta da e per la zona panoramica, che consente di risparmiare molto tempo ed energie. Anche la governante dell'hotel è stata molto accogliente. Aveva sempre un sorriso luminoso sul viso. Mi ha illustrato con entusiasmo le caratteristiche dell'hotel e ha chiacchierato con me di curiosità locali. Questo sincero entusiasmo dissipò all’istante la fatica del viaggio. Questa volta, nell'hotel fuori Jiuzhaigou, ho potuto godere di una doppia festa: uno splendido panorama e un servizio impeccabile. La prossima volta che verrò a Jiuzhaigou, sceglierò di nuovo questo posto!

WWei Lun TeohWe had a really memorable stay at this hotel. Although it is about 20 minutes away from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the experience here more than makes up for the distance.
The view from the room was absolutely amazing. It was snowing during our stay, and we could see the snow covered mountains right from our room, which made the whole experience feel very special. The ******* style room added to the charm, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We also loved the sound of the bells ringing gently as the wind blew, which created a very peaceful and unique atmosphere.
The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and responsive throughout our stay, always ready to help with anything we needed.
One of the highlights was the horse riding experience. It was a lot of fun riding up the hill, and we even got to see a hairy cow, a wild rabbit, and even a wild boar along the way. The view from the top was spectacular and definitely something we will remember.
Breakfast was also very enjoyable, especially the noodle soup which was delicious and comforting in the cold weather.
One thing to note is that there are no shops or restaurants nearby, so it is best to buy your snacks and essentials before arriving. We also hope that a TV could be added to the room in the future for an even more comfortable stay.
Overall, the beautiful views, unique experience, and amazing service made it well worth it.

DDianna Itunin GaoThe hotel is beautiful, looks and feels brand new. I loved the local culture influence on the design. The staff was very professional and helpful. The environment is beautiful and clean. The location is great, there are many good dining options around. We got the voucher for the photography session and were super happy with the results! The photos ended up amazingly and we ended up buying much more than we planned to😂
I have 1 point for improvement which is the breakfast. For 5 start resort hotel such as Hilton the choices were quite limited. For eggs part there were only sunny side up. No option for omelets or even scrambled eggs. For the veggies section as well, very dull. No cucumber or tomato even. This is the most basic things in my opinion for a resort hotel of such level. After I asked the restaurant manager for some cucumber and tomato they brought me a nice plate, but I think this shouldn’t be asked for, it should be available for all.
Overall we had a great stay and experience, hope my notes will be addressed. Thank you!

UUtente ospiteI am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had.
Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare.
We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit.
All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes.
During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water.
They also provided very good and complete amenities.
On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable.
They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures.
They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time.
The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese.
They also gave us a late check out at 3pm
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou.
The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all.
I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

MML NWe recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency.
🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness
From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay.
💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality
The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay.
We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort.
A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay.
🍳 Delightful Dining Experience
The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing.
In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

UUtente ospiteIl personale si trovava molto confortevole, anche se c'era una barriera linguistica tra noi. Il personale si offereva anche di portarti dei pasti di notte. Il personale di pulizia vi salutava sempre al mattino. La stanza era pulita, tutte le strutture erano state espresse e vi servivano anche con mele e arance gratuite. In generale, sarei sicuramente venuto qui in futuro e consigliere questo hotel ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

UUtente ospiteThe highlight of our stay was definitely the comfortable bed—the linen was incredibly soft.
However, we did experience a few issues. The biggest concern was the heater/air-conditioner in the room, which didn’t seem to work properly. The room felt very boiling, and even after setting it to “cool,” it didn’t get any better and made weird noises, which made it uncomfortable through the night.
We were also given a twin bed setup, considering we are couple purposes in our booking. It would have been nice if this had been confirmed with us in advance through the app.
Additionally, the listing on Trip.com advertised hot spring amenities available all year round. However, upon arrival, we were informed that access depends on specific room types or that the public area was closed due to the cold season. This felt a bit misleading.
On a positive note, breakfast and tea/coffee were provided in the lobby, which we appreciated.
