UUtente ospiteHilton Jiuzhaigou Resort è un grande luogo per soggiornare. I lavoratori sono tutti molto gentili e utili. Ci sarà un po 'di barriera linguistica in tutto Aba. Ma, tutti sulla proprietà era molto benvenuto e aiuta a essere fluenti in cinese. Il resort è a 20 minuti di distanza dall'ingresso di Jiuzhaigou. Vicino al resort ci sono varie aziende. Ci sono ristoranti, piccoli supermercati locali, snack e alcuni negozi di abbigliamento. Tutto quello che ti serve durante il tuo soggiorno è camminare a distanza rendendo la proprietà un luogo molto conveniente per stare e poi viaggiare all'ingresso. Un po'più significa anche meno ricco e sconvolgente. Ma siamo arrivati durante il picco fuori fine novembre Dopo aver fatto check-in, avevano un piatto di frutta e qualche snack nella stanza. Questo è stato un bel toccamento. Il desk front è utile e fornisce una mappa di Jiuzhaigou che abbiamo usato durante i nostri due giorni. I lavoratori che aiutano con il bagaglio e vi salutano all'ingresso sono anche molto gentili Molto consiglia questa proprietà. Le camere sono grandi e la posizione è grande. Molto consiglia di sostenere anche i ristoranti e le aziende locali

UUtente ospiteThe room is on a hill slope with a balcony that boasts a great mountain view. It is worth coming here just for the view alone. Buggies are on-call throughout the day for rides between the hotel lobby, restaurants and hotel rooms. Yes, the place is big. The only complaint I have is that the hotel is quite stingy with the minibar. I booked a stay for three nights but the minibar is free only once.

YYLYLYLExcellent mid-sized hotel in Jiuzhaigou - very clean, comfortable and value for money. Very spacious room for 3 persons. Great breakfast with lots of variety, as well as complimentary supper. Not much food options as it lies slighty out of the main town area - but that just means less noise and crowds and perfect for a good night's sleep. Dined at the hotel's restaurant twice - food is ok and consistent with Jiuzhaigou standards, but might be a bit short-handed especially when busy as they even forgot to bring us our rice one evening! They do certainly try to make up for any service lapses which are few and far in between given that we travelled during peak season. All guests get a dedicated WeChat contact that handles questions, service/maintenance requests and supper orders. Mini supermarket just next to the hotel is convenient for snacks and souvenirs. All in all an excellent stay.

YYaoXWould definitely recommend staying at this place! The service at this place is incredible. The owner is very responsive and on the ball. He also fetches us to the entrance of jiuzhaigou when he is available. On top of that, you can also ask him to help you arrange transport and the fees are much better than other 3rd party websites. The staff are also very on the ball and warm. The rooms decor is also very nice and modern. Cleanliness was great too. The location is near the entrance of jiuzhaigou town (pengfeng village). So it is a bit of walk to jiuzhaigou valley entrance. But the service and comfort of the hotel, makes up for that shortfall. It is also at a quieter location. Around 50 metres away from the noisy street. So I think this is a plus point. Food wise, there are a lot of options nearby, so no worries about that. Thanks to the hotel boss once again for the warm service. Much appreciated!

SSam SARKAR⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jiuzhaigou Banshandu Homestay – Personale notabile, Grande posizione & Ospitalità onesta Abbiamo soggiornato a Jiuzhaigou Banshandu Homestay per la nostra visita al parco nazionale, e la posizione non poteva essere più conveniente solo un passo 15-minute alla principale porta di entrata della zona scenica Jiuzhaigou, con molti ristoranti e negozi vicino. La nostra camera era grande, moderna e confortevole, con un letto grande e tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Le uniche questioni erano il riscaldamento e la piombo il riscaldatore non aveva abbastanza riscaldamento, l'acqua non era abbastanza calda, e la pressione dell'acqua bassa. La prima notte, c'era anche un'uscita di energia nella zona, che non ha prodotto energia elettrica o acqua, ma il personale ha agito immediatamente e ci ha trasferiti in un hotel vicino alla porta, in modo da poter riposare correttamente. La cosa che si è resa veramente evidente è la gentilezza, il calore e l’efficienza delle tre ragazze che gestiscono il soggiorno di casa, e quando abbiamo detto che la stanza era troppo fredda, ci hanno portato rapidamente due nuovi bianchetti elettrici, che hanno aiutato molto. E anche se l’uscita di potere non era la loro colpa, ci hanno rimborsato il soggiorno di una notte senza di noi chiedendo un gesto veramente sincero e onesto. Oltre alle questioni relative al piombo e al riscaldamento, abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno e consigliereremmo molto questo posto.

UUtente anonimoA little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

UUtente ospiteL'hotel dove ho soggiornato a Jiuchaigu Il personale è stato cordiale e Xiaoma mi ha inviato tutte le informazioni sull'hotel tramite WeChat. La cosa migliore è stata che il check-out tardivo era gratuito fino alle 15:00. Mi hanno fornito un'auto gratuita per Jiuchaigu. Non c'era un orario di partenza fisso, quindi bastava avvisare la reception e mi avrebbero preparato un'auto normale da 5 posti. Non era un autobus grande, ma sembrava un'auto privata. Non è necessario avvisarmi in anticipo, potete farlo in qualsiasi momento al momento della partenza. Ho prenotato una camera all'ultimo piano, il 4° piano, e il soffitto aperto è più piccolo di quello in foto. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel. Ho mangiato uno spezzatino di yak in un ristorante proprio di fronte all'hotel, ed era delizioso. La parte migliore è stata... Quando sono arrivato a Jiuzhaigou e ho controllato l'ora, sembrava che non sarei potuto tornare prima delle 15:00, così ho chiesto a Xiao Ma: ”Ho già preparato i bagagli, quindi posso fare il check-out non appena arrivo in hotel, ma non credo che potrò tornare prima delle 15:00. Cosa devo fare se non posso tornare entro quell'ora?”. Lui ha risposto: ”Allora il nostro personale entrerà, prenderà i vostri bagagli e farà il check-out per voi”. Mi sono dispiaciuto e sono stato grato, e non avevo nulla da ridire se i miei bagagli fossero stati buttati via, ma... Quando sono tornato, anche i bagagli che non avevo preparato erano ordinatamente impacchettati in una busta di plastica trasparente. Mi sono dispiaciuto e sono stato grato. Per chi soggiorna in hotel, consiglio di preparare i bagagli con largo anticipo prima di lasciare Jiuzhaigou, e di partire con largo anticipo perché Jiuzhaigou è grande. Io sono partito dall'hotel alle 8, ma ho iniziato a visitare la città alle 10... Dato che c'è molta gente, è consigliabile calcolare il tempo di attesa dell'autobus + il tempo per salire sull'autobus + il tempo per passeggiare un po'.

DDaughterofEveThis a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.
