We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qinghe Courtyard in Jiuzhaigou. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a peaceful ambience that made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was great, well maintained, and the hot spring was also a lovely highlight after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. What made this stay truly special was the staff. Every staff member we met had such a positive attitude and was genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. Although we spoke English and they mainly understood Chinese, they still took the time to use translation tools and communicate with us clearly. Their effort and hospitality made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was provided, and the hotel also offered a shuttle van service from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, which was extremely convenient. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before we went to the park. At the end of our visit, we asked if they could help arrange transportation back, and they offered to call a carpooling service for us at 60 yuan per person. Since we were a group of three, this was very reasonable for a 90 km ride. The staff even picked up our bags and dropped them off at the park entrance for us, then waited until our carpool ride arrived. This level of service was far beyond what we expected and made our trip so much smoother. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Qinghe Courtyard provided excellent service, great facilities, a clean and comfortable room, and a warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. Prima di arrivare, eravamo bloccati a causa di un precedente veicolo didi con pneumatici piatti, che ha causato molta ansia se potessimo vedere la vista bella dell'hotel. Purtroppo, abbiamo perso la vista dell'hotel, perché era buio. Quando siamo arrivati, il posto è molto bello e pulito. Ci sono stati accolti dal personale Anna al front desk, che ci ha spiegato molto chiaramente il controllo dettagliato, e quando il sole sorgerà il giorno successivo. Siamo molto grati di averci sostenuto Anna nel nostro soggiorno, che ha reso piacevole la birra! ☺️ La stanza ha anche una vista molto bella e pulita, quindi consigliamo di scegliere una che ha la vista sul pavimento.

La nostra esperienza al Grand Rezen è stata fantastica. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per visitare il Parco Nazionale di Jiuzhaigou e ci siamo fermati per 2 notti. Appena entrati, il servizio è stato eccezionale. Il nostro maggiordomo Xiaohan (小韩） è stato incredibilmente attento e proattivo nell'assicurarci un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante, arrivando persino a controllare le nostre condizioni a fine giornata e offrendoci dei lavapiedi (che sono stati fantastici). Dato che camminare nel parco nazionale era molto faticoso, ha anche organizzato un'auto per riportarci alla stazione (a pagamento), cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Avevo un ottimo soggiorno per il viaggio delle nostre famiglie a Jiu Zhai Gou. Molto vicino all'ingresso della porta a Jiu Zhai Gou. Inoltre una camera molto pulita e confortevole. Tutti i membri del personale sono così amichevoli e aiutanti. Almeno a pochi ristoranti e supermercati, proprio dietro l'hotel. Molto consiglia a chi vuole un hotel abbastanza pulito per il viaggio a Jiu Zhai Gou.

We stayed at Howard Johnson for 3 nights in mid April. This is an old 5 stars hotel. It is a very big hotel (probably the largest in Juizhaigo). The room I was allocated was clean. The two beds were very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were well maintained and clean. Because it is an old hotel, the furnishing etc is like that of a old 5 stars hotel. Not the modern type. The room is very big, with a lounge area next to the fire place (artificial). Our room had the valley view. Upon check in we were given a welcome gift set consisting of nuts, cakes and fruits - a very thoughtful gesture. The breakfast buffet is varied and had sufficient choices. Good variety and adequate. Besides the usual Chinese fares, they do have bread, eggs, sausage, bacons etc. We booked the room with buffet dinners. The dinners were very decent and adequate choice. I like the steamed fish and the beef offal and some small local biscuits as part of the desert. We like the buffet dinners because it save us from hunting for dinners during the evening (after a long day at the Juizhaigou Park). Nevertheless, there are many food outlets and restaurants and convenient stores very near the hotel. There is even a bakery a short walk away. Unlike certain other hotels, finding outside food can be a problem. It is very easy to call a Didi to go to and from the hotel to the Juizhaigou Park. Costs us between 13 to 24 yuan per way, depending on the time and the jam. The Park is about 6.5 km away. Avoid the taxis because the fare can be very much more expensive. The good thing about this hotel is that the bus to and from the high speed train station can stop directly opposite the hotel. It is one of their designated stops. The Romantic Show Centre is next to this hotel.
