We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qinghe Courtyard in Jiuzhaigou. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a peaceful ambience that made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was great, well maintained, and the hot spring was also a lovely highlight after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. What made this stay truly special was the staff. Every staff member we met had such a positive attitude and was genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. Although we spoke English and they mainly understood Chinese, they still took the time to use translation tools and communicate with us clearly. Their effort and hospitality made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was provided, and the hotel also offered a shuttle van service from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, which was extremely convenient. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before we went to the park. At the end of our visit, we asked if they could help arrange transportation back, and they offered to call a carpooling service for us at 60 yuan per person. Since we were a group of three, this was very reasonable for a 90 km ride. The staff even picked up our bags and dropped them off at the park entrance for us, then waited until our carpool ride arrived. This level of service was far beyond what we expected and made our trip so much smoother. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Qinghe Courtyard provided excellent service, great facilities, a clean and comfortable room, and a warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel is great. I would like to give a special appreciation to front desk staff 央青 for provided excellent service and he was always quick to respond and assist. The hotel also offers complimentary late-night snacks and the breakfast is very good as well. Also do try their Yak meat hotpot for dinner. The hotel also provide complimentary transfer to the park enterance. Do consider staying at this hotel the next time you want to come to Jiuzhaiguo.

The hotel is beautiful, looks and feels brand new. I loved the local culture influence on the design. The staff was very professional and helpful. The environment is beautiful and clean. The location is great, there are many good dining options around. We got the voucher for the photography session and were super happy with the results! The photos ended up amazingly and we ended up buying much more than we planned to😂 I have 1 point for improvement which is the breakfast. For 5 start resort hotel such as Hilton the choices were quite limited. For eggs part there were only sunny side up. No option for omelets or even scrambled eggs. For the veggies section as well, very dull. No cucumber or tomato even. This is the most basic things in my opinion for a resort hotel of such level. After I asked the restaurant manager for some cucumber and tomato they brought me a nice plate, but I think this shouldn’t be asked for, it should be available for all. Overall we had a great stay and experience, hope my notes will be addressed. Thank you!

We recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency. 🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. Questo bed and breakfast è molto costoso, stavo guardando le sue camere che possono fornire ossigeno a sufficienza, fortunatamente con questa struttura, ho soggiornato nella camera del bed and breakfast per un giorno e mi sono sentito molto meglio. C'è un solo addetto al servizio, nessun servizio, tutto è self-service, ma se gli chiedi qualcosa ti risponderà, stranamente può capitare che qualcuno fumi e giochi a poker in uno spazio condiviso, si ubriachi e ti detragga tutti i punti. Non c'è un robot per le consegne nella struttura, la macchina del caffè istantaneo è rotta, il cibo d'asporto ordinato va ritirato alla reception al piano inferiore, ma la fornitura di materiali è molto generosa, se hai bisogno di qualcosa, puoi tornare alla reception per ritirarlo. La vista non corrisponde alle foto perché il soggiorno è stato piovoso. Inoltre, il problema dell'isolamento acustico è un po' serio, si sentono i rumori provenienti dalla stanza accanto, e di notte e al mattino presto anche il clacson dei veicoli che passano si sente molto chiaramente. L'ambiente è relativamente buio nel corridoio e i rumori provenienti e provenienti dall'esterno attraversano il ristorante, alcune persone si guardano intorno, un po' poco senso di privacy. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è necessario prendere un taxi per raggiungere il punto panoramico, circa 12 yuan. In sintesi, è possibile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è un po' basso, il servizio è scarso, la posizione non è al top, ma la fornitura di materiali è generosa. Il capo è stato molto accogliente. Quando ho fatto il check-in, è uscito per aiutarmi con i bagagli. Non sono riuscito a prendere un taxi dopo aver lasciato la zona panoramica, quindi ero esausto e sono corso indietro a recuperare i miei bagagli. Appena entrato, il capo mi ha dato una bottiglia d'acqua 👍, che ho bevuto tutta d'un fiato perché avevo sete. L'hotel si trova relativamente vicino all'ingresso della gola. Di solito c'è traffico quando si prende un taxi per l'ingresso della gola, quindi è meglio fare qualche passo a piedi, che sono solo pochi chilometri. I servizi delle camere sono nuovissimi e relativamente eleganti. Posso chiamare Xiaodu e risparmiarmi di alzarmi dal letto. È anche molto pulito nel complesso. La stanza si riempie di profumo di tè dopo aver usato il diffusore. I prodotti da bagno sono molto buoni e contengono anche una lozione idratante. Non ho mai avuto questo problema quando ho soggiornato all'All Seasons. L'unico inconveniente è che la stanza è relativamente piccola e un piccolo insetto è caduto quando ho spento le luci e ho guardato il telefono ieri sera, ma sono inevitabili in una zona così panoramica. Nel complesso, sono abbastanza soddisfatto. Ho dimenticato di scattare una foto dell'ambiente circostante. Godetevi lo splendido scenario di Jiuzhaigou.

Un po' inaccessibile. Ma non è un problema prendere un Didi ai punti turistici. Ha un posto fantastico di pecora tostata a piedi! E un negozio di comodità proprio lungo il parco auto. Le letti sono comodi e spaziose. La doccia è calda! I ricevitori erano molto freddi, ma il personale della sala da pranzo era utile.

Il personale era così gentile e accogliente.Ha avuto una grande esperienza qui. Molto impressionato con questo hotel. La pulizia è di topnotch, grande posizione, e il servizio è sorprendente. Anche le strutture sono molto buone. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui! La vista è bella, come un milione di stelle. Amo la dolcezza, è molto deliziosa! 🥰

1. Location was within walking distance from the Jiuzhaigou park. However, taxis cannot park at the street which it's located hence I had to walk a small distance. 2. The room is shared between eight bunks, rather than four bunks which was implied in the description. 3. In my original booking, i specified my preference for smoke-free room. Unfortunately, some of the bunk mates which I was sharing accomodation with smoked in the room and the whole room constantly smelled of smoke. It affected my sleep cycle and my health. I recalled the room had a non-smoking sign, but it was not strictly enforced by the hostel management. 4. The card for the personal locker did not work, and I had to constantly approach the front desk for assistance to unlock the locker. 5. Front desk staff was approachable and helped to boil water for me when I needed to top up by bottle. 6. One time toilerties such as toothbrush and paper towels are provided. 7. Cleaniness of bathroom can be further improved. Seems a bit dusty.. The lighting is also very odd and could the bathroom illuimination could be further optimized. 8. The major plus point is the complimentary breakfast, which has a wide variety of food including noodles, fried rice, youtiao, pastries, cakes, fruits, coffee machine, etc. This is considerably better than other hostels.

We stayed at Howard Johnson for 3 nights in mid April. This is an old 5 stars hotel. It is a very big hotel (probably the largest in Juizhaigo). The room I was allocated was clean. The two beds were very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were well maintained and clean. Because it is an old hotel, the furnishing etc is like that of a old 5 stars hotel. Not the modern type. The room is very big, with a lounge area next to the fire place (artificial). Our room had the valley view. Upon check in we were given a welcome gift set consisting of nuts, cakes and fruits - a very thoughtful gesture. The breakfast buffet is varied and had sufficient choices. Good variety and adequate. Besides the usual Chinese fares, they do have bread, eggs, sausage, bacons etc. We booked the room with buffet dinners. The dinners were very decent and adequate choice. I like the steamed fish and the beef offal and some small local biscuits as part of the desert. We like the buffet dinners because it save us from hunting for dinners during the evening (after a long day at the Juizhaigou Park). Nevertheless, there are many food outlets and restaurants and convenient stores very near the hotel. There is even a bakery a short walk away. Unlike certain other hotels, finding outside food can be a problem. It is very easy to call a Didi to go to and from the hotel to the Juizhaigou Park. Costs us between 13 to 24 yuan per way, depending on the time and the jam. The Park is about 6.5 km away. Avoid the taxis because the fare can be very much more expensive. The good thing about this hotel is that the bus to and from the high speed train station can stop directly opposite the hotel. It is one of their designated stops. The Romantic Show Centre is next to this hotel.
