Come viaggiatori esperti, due importanti criteri per la nostra scelta di hotel sono la vista dalla nostra stanza e il servizio. Questo posto supera le nostre aspettative su entrambi i conti. La nostra stanza ha una vista panoramica sulla montagna e una delicata maglia giapponese che scorre nel brisma nel nostro giardino. La decorazione della stanza è deliziosa e in armonia con l'ambiente. Ci sono in realtà molti mappe giapponesi sulle strutture, in diverse forme di rosso e di verde, aggiungendo un sapore unico al profondo majestoso del monte. Il servizio è attento e tutte le nostre esigenze sono state spesso anticipate. Non potevamo gestire cibo speziato, e si è preso molta cura per fornire opzioni non speziate. La zona di cena è pacifica e la presentazione è sempre semplice ed elegante. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il trasporto rapido che ci è stato offerto per diverse attività, sempre con efficienza e un sorriso pronto.Ci sono stati molti piccoli dettagli di servizio pensativo, troppo numerosi per contare qui. Questo posto è tranquillo e tranquillo, e abbiamo passato tempo nel Parco Nazionale, cavalli rode sul bellissimo piatto, e per due pomeriggio si sedeva semplicemente nella nostra stanza o cortile, leggendo e godendo la vista. DDianna Itunin GaoThe hotel is beautiful, looks and feels brand new. I loved the local culture influence on the design. The staff was very professional and helpful. The environment is beautiful and clean. The location is great, there are many good dining options around. We got the voucher for the photography session and were super happy with the results! The photos ended up amazingly and we ended up buying much more than we planned to😂 I have 1 point for improvement which is the breakfast. For 5 start resort hotel such as Hilton the choices were quite limited. For eggs part there were only sunny side up. No option for omelets or even scrambled eggs. For the veggies section as well, very dull. No cucumber or tomato even. This is the most basic things in my opinion for a resort hotel of such level. After I asked the restaurant manager for some cucumber and tomato they brought me a nice plate, but I think this shouldn’t be asked for, it should be available for all. Overall we had a great stay and experience, hope my notes will be addressed. Thank you!

UUtente ospiteI am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had. Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare. We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit. All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes. During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water. They also provided very good and complete amenities. On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable. They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures. They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time. The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese. They also gave us a late check out at 3pm Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou. The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

EEdsjiroBest boutique hotel in Jiuzhaigou! 1/ Ambience: This hotel opened last July 2025 and has a very nice Muji aesthetic. Wooden finishes with a spacious room. We got the 3-sleeper room which has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, including a mini living room and a very cozy toilet. Shower and toilet have separate doors. 2/ Amenities: Hotel has the usual hot water, hot seat smart toilet, floor heating for winter and aircon for summer. We arrived in mid May - weather around 15-25 degree celsius, not in need of heater but they wont allow opening the airconditioner yet. It was manageable and the staff was very accommodating in explaining this to us. 3/ Other amenities- Hot jacuzzi-like pools to swim or soak in: the staff were very attentive and reheated the water whenever we needed! There is a coffee shop to hang around in, and the breakfast is also really good. They allow options to choose from. There is a Yak meat hotpot available to order for lunch or dinner and the serving is generous; food is good. There’s also a common clothes washing machine and dryer with free detergent. There are also ******* costumes free for borrowing. 3/ Free ride going to Jiuzhagou Park- the staff brought us to the park using the hotel van in the 2 days we are here. Once, the driver was out, and the hotel manager drove us instead. As for the ride home, we just called Didi for a 15min drive, costing only around 20RMB and almost no waiting time needed. 4/ Why service is top notch: - As we had an early train ride on our last day and the breakfast is not open yet, the staff prepared a bag of bread and milk for us instead. - the Hotel Manager helped my mom buy lunch through ******* when she was alone in the hotel for the day. He even paid for the food first and we paid him upon coming back. Foreigners can have a good stay especially if you have Wechat issues. Thank you! Wish we could stay longer. The place is relaxing and aesthetic and the staff are top notch!

MML NWe recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency. 🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

BBeeksLa nostra camera era pulita e confortevole, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione a buffet era buona e varia. Suggerirei all'hotel di applicare il divieto di fumo in modo più rigoroso, poiché il piano terra era pieno di odore di fumo. Anche la lavanderia dovrebbe avere più lavatrici, dato che è sempre al completo. Nel complesso, abbiamo apprezzato il nostro breve soggiorno in hotel.

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )
