Hotel pet friendly a Jiuzhaigou

Siamo arrivati ​​tardi e il commerciante è stato molto premuroso e ci ha contattato in modo che potessimo effettuare il check-in senza intoppi. Durante questo periodo, i nostri genitori ci dicevano continuamente cosa fare e come procedere, il che era davvero commovente. Il giovane dell'hotel aspettò che finissimo di mangiare e ci offrì Hada prima di andare a riposare. Il riscaldamento a pavimento è sufficiente e la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Sono disponibili anche set da bagno e sali da bagno. L'hotel è stato molto sincero (ci hanno anche detto come divertirci durante il pasto). Il giorno dopo non c'era molta gente, quindi l'hotel ci ha preparato una colazione speciale (dovrebbero aver avuto tempo solo quando non c'era molta gente). Dovete assolutamente provare il latte dolce che bevevamo tutti i giorni. Dopo aver fatto un pranzo completo ogni giorno non riuscivamo più a mangiare. C'è una signora nell'hotel che prepara dei deliziosi caffè latte e americani. Vi abbiamo prelevato all'ingresso del luogo panoramico (l'orario è stato comunicato in anticipo al commerciante). Tutto il personale dell'hotel era composto da gente del posto che ha aiutato a contattare l'auto per la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità (a proprie spese). Hanno davvero fornito un servizio attento e premuroso durante tutto il viaggio. Il prezzo è molto conveniente considerando il servizio e le strutture (il riscaldamento a pavimento dell'hotel è disponibile tutto il giorno). Posso solo dire che il capo ha una grande visione. Si può vedere che è stato profuso molto impegno nella realizzazione della pavimentazione e che il materiale è stato lucidato con grande cura. C'è anche un cortile con piscina. Entrando dall'esterno, si potrebbe pensare di essere entrati in un ristorante in stile estetica della famiglia Song. Posso solo dire che questa volta, quando sono venuto a Jiuzhaigou, la sensazione di accoglienza che mi ha trasmesso l'hotel e il panorama del lago Jiuzhaigou hanno reso l'esperienza completa. A proposito, Xiao Qin è molto entusiasta e molto professionale.

We all loved staying here in this beautiful hotel. Traditional decoration on the outside with modern comfort and convenience on the inside. Such a cosy place with thoughtfully designed rooms. Heated floors were incredible during our winter stay. Shower was spacious with instant hot water and strong water pressure. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Short walk to a couple of restaurants and small supermarkets/mini mart. Free shuttle to the entrance of JZG. We also used their paid pick up/drop off service from the hsr station which was very convenient with a good safe driver and car. Felt very well taken care of at this accommodation. Recommended without hesitation for all travellers visiting JZG.

Best boutique hotel in Jiuzhaigou! 1/ Ambience: This hotel opened last July 2025 and has a very nice Muji aesthetic. Wooden finishes with a spacious room. We got the 3-sleeper room which has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, including a mini living room and a very cozy toilet. Shower and toilet have separate doors. 2/ Amenities: Hotel has the usual hot water, hot seat smart toilet, floor heating for winter and aircon for summer. We arrived in mid May - weather around 15-25 degree celsius, not in need of heater but they wont allow opening the airconditioner yet. It was manageable and the staff was very accommodating in explaining this to us. 3/ Other amenities- Hot jacuzzi-like pools to swim or soak in: the staff were very attentive and reheated the water whenever we needed! There is a coffee shop to hang around in, and the breakfast is also really good. They allow options to choose from. There is a Yak meat hotpot available to order for lunch or dinner and the serving is generous; food is good. There’s also a common clothes washing machine and dryer with free detergent. There are also ******* costumes free for borrowing. 3/ Free ride going to Jiuzhagou Park- the staff brought us to the park using the hotel van in the 2 days we are here. Once, the driver was out, and the hotel manager drove us instead. As for the ride home, we just called Didi for a 15min drive, costing only around 20RMB and almost no waiting time needed. 4/ Why service is top notch: - As we had an early train ride on our last day and the breakfast is not open yet, the staff prepared a bag of bread and milk for us instead. - the Hotel Manager helped my mom buy lunch through ******* when she was alone in the hotel for the day. He even paid for the food first and we paid him upon coming back. Foreigners can have a good stay especially if you have Wechat issues. Thank you! Wish we could stay longer. The place is relaxing and aesthetic and the staff are top notch!

This hostel was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely helpful and generous. The animals that roam around the reception desk are the cutest. The breakfast is authentic chinese, simple but savoury. The room was really nicely furnished. Location is good with a great mix of shows, restaurants and shops in the direct vicinity, but it can be quite busy. At night, it is quiet though as the hotel is hidden behind some other buildings.

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. Solo a 20 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso del Parco Nazionale di Jiuzhaigou, quindi la posizione è grande. La stanza era grande, ma poteva essere un po' più pulita. Il personale della reception è molto gentile, specialmente il signore anziano che è stato estremamente disponibile. Anche il paesaggio qui è bellissimo, con un piccolo fiume proprio davanti all'ingresso che offre una vista eccellente. Il soggiorno è stato confortevole e le aree comuni sono spaziose.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'ingresso del parco di Jiuzhaigou, a soli dieci minuti a piedi lungo il fiume. Offre una camera familiare con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, perfetta per chi viaggia con bambini, e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Nota: l'hotel ha un edificio principale e un annesso laterale. L'edificio principale ha un'ottima insonorizzazione e camere più grandi, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Inizialmente avevamo prenotato una camera in offerta speciale nell'annesso, ma l'abbiamo cancellata prima del check-in, poiché l'edificio principale è più confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti con la famiglia, occupando quattro camere in totale. In una camera l'acqua calda non era molto forte e in un'altra lo scarico era un po' intasato, ma per il resto tutto bene.
