"L'hotel dove ho soggiornato a Jiuchaigu Il personale è stato cordiale e Xiaoma mi ha inviato tutte le informazioni sull'hotel tramite WeChat. Per chi soggiorna in hotel, consiglio di preparare i bagagli con largo anticipo prima di lasciare Jiuzhaigou, e di partire con largo anticipo perché Jiuzhaigou è grande. Io sono partito dall'hotel alle 8, ma ho iniziato a visitare la città alle 10... "We had a great stay at Rezen. The location is 5' walk to the scenic spot. There are many food options nearby like McDonald's, Mina hotpot and local restaurants. Hotels provide toothbrushes and gifts for my kids. Amenities provided including facial masks, toothbrushes, combs and razors. The room is clean and the hotel smells nice. There is laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Breakfast options are 👍. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange transfers between the hotel and huanglong station at a good price. Overall, we had a great stay at Rezen."

"the hotel exterior is ******* styled. the interior is modern and comfy. the room has a magnificent view of the mountain and partial view of the river. the river is clear and beautiful. the hotel is located near to the entrance to jiuzhaigou. there are many eateries around. the hotel gave a complimentary coupon for dining at their restaurant. the food portion is big and food is delicious. the aircon/heater is old, needs to be updated, luckily the weather is not very cold. the young staff are energetic, friendly and approachable."

"Easy to locate , the name of the hotel is prominent. Room is definitely clean and bed comfy. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast shop available just next door. Walking distant to Jiuzhaigou scenery park but hotel offer a free car ride to the entrance. The ticket service counter and pick up point of bus to Huanglongjiuzhai station or Songpan is just opposite, where you can also find a lot of food options and chained cafe like lurkin, CHAGEE kfc. Location is good."

"If you’re looking for a stay that feels special and different from all those typical commercialised hotels, this is the one. We stayed in the suite and it was amazing. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even a hot jacuzzi in the living room. The whole space was really big, with some nice traditional design touches. It’s great for families and definitely worth the price. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The boss even invited us to have tea with him in the evening, which was such a nice surprise. He gave us great suggestions for places to visit, and honestly, they were way better than what we originally planned. He even took pictures of us with his camera and gave us printed copies to keep, which was so thoughtful. The lobby felt very cozy and welcoming. There were lots of cats and dogs walking around, which was perfect for us since we love animals. The location was also just right. It’s only a 10-minute drive to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, so it’s convenient but still peaceful, away from the busy crowds. It’s also right across from the theatre that plays the romantic Jiuzhai show, which is great if you’re planning to watch it. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Easily a 10 out of 10 experience.
