We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

There isn’t a photo in this world that would do the view here justice. The trip via Didi was around 90 mins door to door from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. Cost varied between 250-320 Yuan in June ‘26. The host is very helpful organising pick up / drop offs, whilst we used Didi to transfer from the railway station it’s worth checking in with the hotel to see what alternatives there are. The views from the rooms are magical. It doesn’t matter the weather or the season, the ever changing view is always just a moment away from showing you something spectacular. Here there is no good or bad weather. The host is very helpful, he organised transfers to and from the scenic area on demand. The chef made us breakfast to go for the morning and the manager was truly hospitable, above and beyond anything I expected from a small guesthouse. The entire team made our honeymoon trip very memorable. Whilst very little English is spoken in these parts, it should not deter you from coming. The people are patient and helpful, transport is seamless and Didi’s are regular. Everyone is very used to having to use WeChat to talk to foreigners. The hotel is about a half an hour drive from the main entrance to the park. Once inside Jiuzhaigou pay the extra money to take the VIP tour experience to avoid the crowds. Jump off at the last stop to explore the park on foot with whatever time is left before closing if you like. Food is quite limited, so grab some dinner at the town before heading back up into the mountain. This place is breathtaking in my opinion. An unforgettable stay in the mountains I would absolutely love to come back to someday.

Best boutique hotel in Jiuzhaigou! 1/ Ambience: This hotel opened last July 2025 and has a very nice Muji aesthetic. Wooden finishes with a spacious room. We got the 3-sleeper room which has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, including a mini living room and a very cozy toilet. Shower and toilet have separate doors. 2/ Amenities: Hotel has the usual hot water, hot seat smart toilet, floor heating for winter and aircon for summer. We arrived in mid May - weather around 15-25 degree celsius, not in need of heater but they wont allow opening the airconditioner yet. It was manageable and the staff was very accommodating in explaining this to us. 3/ Other amenities- Hot jacuzzi-like pools to swim or soak in: the staff were very attentive and reheated the water whenever we needed! There is a coffee shop to hang around in, and the breakfast is also really good. They allow options to choose from. There is a Yak meat hotpot available to order for lunch or dinner and the serving is generous; food is good. There’s also a common clothes washing machine and dryer with free detergent. There are also ******* costumes free for borrowing. 3/ Free ride going to Jiuzhagou Park- the staff brought us to the park using the hotel van in the 2 days we are here. Once, the driver was out, and the hotel manager drove us instead. As for the ride home, we just called Didi for a 15min drive, costing only around 20RMB and almost no waiting time needed. 4/ Why service is top notch: - As we had an early train ride on our last day and the breakfast is not open yet, the staff prepared a bag of bread and milk for us instead. - the Hotel Manager helped my mom buy lunch through ******* when she was alone in the hotel for the day. He even paid for the food first and we paid him upon coming back. Foreigners can have a good stay especially if you have Wechat issues. Thank you! Wish we could stay longer. The place is relaxing and aesthetic and the staff are top notch!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qinghe Courtyard in Jiuzhaigou. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a peaceful ambience that made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was great, well maintained, and the hot spring was also a lovely highlight after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. What made this stay truly special was the staff. Every staff member we met had such a positive attitude and was genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. Although we spoke English and they mainly understood Chinese, they still took the time to use translation tools and communicate with us clearly. Their effort and hospitality made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was provided, and the hotel also offered a shuttle van service from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, which was extremely convenient. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before we went to the park. At the end of our visit, we asked if they could help arrange transportation back, and they offered to call a carpooling service for us at 60 yuan per person. Since we were a group of three, this was very reasonable for a 90 km ride. The staff even picked up our bags and dropped them off at the park entrance for us, then waited until our carpool ride arrived. This level of service was far beyond what we expected and made our trip so much smoother. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Qinghe Courtyard provided excellent service, great facilities, a clean and comfortable room, and a warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

We recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency. 🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

Really love this place. The service from staff is excellent. The room is clean and comfortable. It is so good to have a bathtub for soothing your feet after long journey. The location is super convenient as it is close to many restaurants, KFC, Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, and bus station. It takes around 10 minutes walking to the entrance if Jiuzhaigou park.

The hotel is modern, new, and also clean. Room is very warm and comfortable. Location is only 15 mins walk to jiuzhaiguo entrance. Breakfast menu has lots of variety and taste delicious too. I also give five star to staff in hotel especially Housekeeper Xiaohan. He helped me with itinerary arrangements and car sharing booking to train station. Without his help, I wouldn’t enjoy jiuzhaiguo perfectly. Overall, I recommend to come to this hotel again. I will definitely come back during autumn season.

Un bel hotel con un grande personale, a pochi passi da Jiuzhaigou. Il ricevitore Xiao Zhu era eccezionalmente gentile e carino, ci controllava sempre, ci dava un buon consiglio, aiutava con tutto, e anche prenotava un taxi per noi. Ci siamo sentiti molto bene curati! La stanza era fantastica, davvero confortevole con una vista stupenda, perfettamente dotata di tutto quello che ci serviva. La decorazione tradizionale è elegante e piena di fascino, e il colazione era delizioso. Molto consigliato!

L'aubergo di Leyu Youth (Leyu Youth Hotel 九 Touristen Center) presenta una struttura ottimale all'interno della città di Zhangzha, con una vicinanza all'ingresso della zona scenica di Jiuzhaigou (circa 10 minuti di auto). L'ambiente circostante si sentiva visivamente composito, integrando la vicinanza del fiume, la topografia montagna e gli stabilimenti di cibo vicini, che potrebbero contribuire a un ambiente tranquillo e spazialmente coerente. Il soggiorno si è svolto dal 3 aprile al 4 aprile (una notte). La configurazione della camera (quattro donne) potrebbe consentire una chiara delimitazione spaziale individuale, con letti, magazzinaggio e zone di circolazione organizzate in modo strutturato e accessibile. Inoltre, gli standard di pulizia sono rimasti in linea con i livelli operativi di base, con strutture sanitarie (toletta e lavanderia) che presentano un elevato livello di igiene. I bagni erano ben mantenuti e l'inclusione di un buon asciugacapelli (Dyson) ha introdotto un grado di raffinazione funzionale non tipicamente associato al livello di alloggio. L'interazione di servizio alla ricezione è stata attenta e accogliente. Il microambiente circostante ha fornito un accesso immediato agli impianti di piccoli ristoranti, ai dettaglianti di comodità e alle vie pedoni lungo il fiume, che potrebbero sostenere le esigenze logistiche a breve termine. Il prezzo totale ammontava a 264 CNY per una notte, corrispondente a circa 66 CNY per persona, il che rappresenta un rapporto prezzo/valore eccezionalmente favorevole all'interno della categoria. Per un soggiorno di una notte con amici, la stanza funzionava in modo efficiente e senza interruzioni, e l’arrangement generale si sentiva pratica e abbastanza comodo all’interno della portata del viaggio.
