"Ho prenotato questo hotel esclusivamente per la sua comodità a raggiungere a piedi il Parco Nazionale di Jiuzhaigou. È davvero comodo, ed è il punto di forza principale di questa struttura. Sorprendentemente, la pulizia della camera era impeccabile, c'era tutto il necessario. Anche se la stanza era un po' piccola, per quel prezzo e quella posizione, cosa si può chiedere di più? Ha superato le mie aspettative. È possibile lasciare i bagagli in deposito in hotel, ci sono termosifoni e bottiglie d'acqua nella zona comune, ed è facile ordinare cibo da asporto, con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Per i viaggiatori che vanno di fretta, soggiornare qui è l'ideale. La camera è dotata di dispositivi smart, la TV può essere utilizzata per lo screen mirroring e c'è un WC intelligente. Il bagno è separato in zona asciutta e zona bagnata. L'unico difetto che potrei trovare è l'insonorizzazione non perfetta, ma l'atmosfera vivace è piacevole e all'ora di dormire tutto si è tranquillizzato. Dopotutto, la maggior parte delle persone che soggiornano qui lo fa per alzarsi presto e andare a Jiuzhaigou... Per la sua praticità, è un ottimo hotel."

"My family had a an excellent 4D3N stay in this cozy hotel! The interior of the hotel is gorgeous with all wooden furnitures. The lounge and the yard are lovely. There is wood fire every night at the yard for guests to relax and keep warm. The receptionist girl and driver are so helpful and friendly. They provide transport to the jouzhaigou national park and pick up service from the coach drop off point.
The room is spacious and designed with furnitures in high quality. I can tell that the owner has put in lots efforts in making the room a comfortable and Joy able stay for the guests.
This hidden gem has all you need and within 500m you can reach a street full of eateries. Highly recommended!"

UUtente ospiteMolto soddisfatto del soggiorno. La camera è confortevole e anche la biancheria da letto è comoda. Sebbene la struttura non si trovi all'ingresso della zona panoramica, la famiglia ospitante può organizzare il prelievo dall'ingresso del fossato, il che è molto comodo per un viaggio di soli dieci minuti. Rispetto al rumore di Mizoguchi, questo posto è tranquillo e ordinato. Il servizio è abbastanza buono, il feedback è rapido e premuroso. Anche la ristorazione dell'hotel merita di essere elogiata. La cucina è preparata al momento e le verdure sono tutte coltivate dagli agricoltori della zona circostante. La freschezza e il sapore sono caratteristiche che chi vive in città non può trovare. Abbiamo semplicemente rinunciato ai ristoranti vicino a Goukou e ci siamo goduti diversi pasti qui. Se tornerò a Jiuzhaigou in autunno, sceglierò sicuramente Linshuijian.

WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

UUtente anonimoMobili molto moderni con buone strutture. Dispongono di un lavastoviglie e di un asciugacapelli con detergente per gli ospiti. Anche i snacks forniti nella stanza sono gratis. Ci sono un elenco completo di cose extra che si può richiedere per ... anche pennello per lavastoviglie. Il colazione mi ricorda il set di pranzo muji che è molto ben posato e sano. Il personale è molto ospite e ci ha aiutato a organizzare per cavalcare e ridendo. Sono andati anche il miglio extra per farci super ghiacciare quando le nostre scarpe erano andando via. Il servizio di ricezione è stato consegnato per noi, perché abbiamo bisogno di prendere un treno precoce.

MML NWe recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency.
🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness
From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay.
💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality
The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay.
We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort.
A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay.
🍳 Delightful Dining Experience
The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing.
In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

UUtente ospiteGreat room with amazing scenery, however the bed is kinda of hard. The some staff isn't friendly especially the driver and the location isn't strategic. There is no restaurant or anything near the hotel, the only choice is the hotel canteen. The hotel also really far from the JiuZaiGou Scienic Area, and the transportation services given by the hotel isn't escort you the scienic area but just drop you to the nearest bus station. Also, you need to use taxi service to return to the hotel from the scienic area. Overall, its a place with great scenery and room, however the some staff arent friendly and the location is really bad.

UUtente ospiteLa nostra esperienza al Grand Rezen è stata fantastica. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per visitare il Parco Nazionale di Jiuzhaigou e ci siamo fermati per 2 notti. Appena entrati, il servizio è stato eccezionale. Il nostro maggiordomo Xiaohan (小韩） è stato incredibilmente attento e proattivo nell'assicurarci un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante, arrivando persino a controllare le nostre condizioni a fine giornata e offrendoci dei lavapiedi (che sono stati fantastici). Dato che camminare nel parco nazionale era molto faticoso, ha anche organizzato un'auto per riportarci alla stazione (a pagamento), cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Inoltre, ogni mattina ci dava le previsioni del tempo e ci consigliava di vestirci più caldi! Servizio impeccabile :)
Anche il servizio a cena è stato fantastico, il personale è stato molto gentile e interattivo, assicurandoci un'esperienza culinaria confortevole. Un ringraziamento speciale alle due cameriere che hanno dovuto gestire il nostro limitato pasto cinese: sono state fantastiche!

SSurat SephongReally love this place. The service from staff is excellent. The room is clean and comfortable. It is so good to have a bathtub for soothing your feet after long journey. The location is super convenient as it is close to many restaurants, KFC, Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, and bus station. It takes around 10 minutes walking to the entrance if Jiuzhaigou park.

The surrounding environment felt visually composed, integrating river adjacency, mountainous topography, and proximate dining establishments, that could contribute to a calm and spatially coherent setting. The stay took place from 3 April to 4 April (one night). The room configuration (four women) could enable clear individual spatial demarcation, with beds, storage, and circulation zones arranged in a structured and accessible manner.
Furthermore, cleanliness standards remained at a consistent, baseline operational level, with sanitary facilities (toilet and washroom) presenting an elevated standard of hygiene. Bathrooms were well-maintained, and the inclusion of a good performance hair dryer (Dyson) introduced a degree of functional refinement not typically associated with the accommodation tier. Service interaction at the reception was attentive and accommodating disposition. The surrounding micro-environment provided immediate access to small-scale dining establishments, convenience retail, and riverside pedestrian pathways, that could support short-duration logistical needs.
The total price amounted to 264 CNY for one night, corresponding to approximately 66 CNY per person, representing an exceptionally favourable price-to-value ratio within the category. For a one-night stay with friends, the room operated efficiently and without disruption, and the overall arrangement felt both practical and sufficiently comfortable within the scope of the trip.
