Hotel con balcone a Jiuzhaigou

Abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza a Jiuzhai Yunshang. Come viaggiatori esperti, due importanti criteri per la nostra scelta di hotel sono la vista dalla nostra stanza e il servizio. Questo posto supera le nostre aspettative su entrambi i conti. La nostra stanza ha una vista panoramica sulla montagna e una delicata maglia giapponese che scorre nel brisma nel nostro giardino. La decorazione della stanza è deliziosa e in armonia con l'ambiente. Ci sono in realtà molti mappe giapponesi sulle strutture, in diverse forme di rosso e di verde, aggiungendo un sapore unico al profondo majestoso del monte. Il servizio è attento e tutte le nostre esigenze sono state spesso anticipate. Non potevamo gestire cibo speziato, e si è preso molta cura per fornire opzioni non speziate. La zona di cena è pacifica e la presentazione è sempre semplice ed elegante. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il trasporto rapido che ci è stato offerto per diverse attività, sempre con efficienza e un sorriso pronto.Ci sono stati molti piccoli dettagli di servizio pensativo, troppo numerosi per contare qui. Questo posto è tranquillo e tranquillo, e abbiamo passato tempo nel Parco Nazionale, cavalli rode sul bellissimo piatto, e per due pomeriggio si sedeva semplicemente nella nostra stanza o cortile, leggendo e godendo la vista. Ho avuto un momento di epifania, pensando alla grandezza delle montagne. Il luogo che rende questo luogo un soggiorno magico per noi è Lung Lung e Luna. Grazie Lung Lung e Luna! There isn’t a photo in this world that would do the view here justice. The trip via Didi was around 90 mins door to door from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. Cost varied between 250-320 Yuan in June ‘26. The host is very helpful organising pick up / drop offs, whilst we used Didi to transfer from the railway station it’s worth checking in with the hotel to see what alternatives there are. The views from the rooms are magical. It doesn’t matter the weather or the season, the ever changing view is always just a moment away from showing you something spectacular. Here there is no good or bad weather. The host is very helpful, he organised transfers to and from the scenic area on demand. The chef made us breakfast to go for the morning and the manager was truly hospitable, above and beyond anything I expected from a small guesthouse. The entire team made our honeymoon trip very memorable. Whilst very little English is spoken in these parts, it should not deter you from coming. The people are patient and helpful, transport is seamless and Didi’s are regular. Everyone is very used to having to use WeChat to talk to foreigners. The hotel is about a half an hour drive from the main entrance to the park. Once inside Jiuzhaigou pay the extra money to take the VIP tour experience to avoid the crowds. Jump off at the last stop to explore the park on foot with whatever time is left before closing if you like. Food is quite limited, so grab some dinner at the town before heading back up into the mountain. This place is breathtaking in my opinion. An unforgettable stay in the mountains I would absolutely love to come back to someday.

Best boutique hotel in Jiuzhaigou! 1/ Ambience: This hotel opened last July 2025 and has a very nice Muji aesthetic. Wooden finishes with a spacious room. We got the 3-sleeper room which has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, including a mini living room and a very cozy toilet. Shower and toilet have separate doors. 2/ Amenities: Hotel has the usual hot water, hot seat smart toilet, floor heating for winter and aircon for summer. We arrived in mid May - weather around 15-25 degree celsius, not in need of heater but they wont allow opening the airconditioner yet. It was manageable and the staff was very accommodating in explaining this to us. 3/ Other amenities- Hot jacuzzi-like pools to swim or soak in: the staff were very attentive and reheated the water whenever we needed! There is a coffee shop to hang around in, and the breakfast is also really good. They allow options to choose from. There is a Yak meat hotpot available to order for lunch or dinner and the serving is generous; food is good. There’s also a common clothes washing machine and dryer with free detergent. There are also ******* costumes free for borrowing. 3/ Free ride going to Jiuzhagou Park- the staff brought us to the park using the hotel van in the 2 days we are here. Once, the driver was out, and the hotel manager drove us instead. As for the ride home, we just called Didi for a 15min drive, costing only around 20RMB and almost no waiting time needed. 4/ Why service is top notch: - As we had an early train ride on our last day and the breakfast is not open yet, the staff prepared a bag of bread and milk for us instead. - the Hotel Manager helped my mom buy lunch through ******* when she was alone in the hotel for the day. He even paid for the food first and we paid him upon coming back. Foreigners can have a good stay especially if you have Wechat issues. Thank you! Wish we could stay longer. The place is relaxing and aesthetic and the staff are top notch!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qinghe Courtyard in Jiuzhaigou. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a peaceful ambience that made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was great, well maintained, and the hot spring was also a lovely highlight after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. What made this stay truly special was the staff. Every staff member we met had such a positive attitude and was genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. Although we spoke English and they mainly understood Chinese, they still took the time to use translation tools and communicate with us clearly. Their effort and hospitality made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was provided, and the hotel also offered a shuttle van service from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, which was extremely convenient. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before we went to the park. At the end of our visit, we asked if they could help arrange transportation back, and they offered to call a carpooling service for us at 60 yuan per person. Since we were a group of three, this was very reasonable for a 90 km ride. The staff even picked up our bags and dropped them off at the park entrance for us, then waited until our carpool ride arrived. This level of service was far beyond what we expected and made our trip so much smoother. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Qinghe Courtyard provided excellent service, great facilities, a clean and comfortable room, and a warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel is great. I would like to give a special appreciation to front desk staff 央青 for provided excellent service and he was always quick to respond and assist. The hotel also offers complimentary late-night snacks and the breakfast is very good as well. Also do try their Yak meat hotpot for dinner. The hotel also provide complimentary transfer to the park enterance. Do consider staying at this hotel the next time you want to come to Jiuzhaiguo.

We recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency. 🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

A very peaceful stay with a beautiful view. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. After check-in, the staff will drive you to your room by car since it’s a bit far from the main reception. If you need transport or a personal driver to travel around, you can also request it from the hotel before heading to Jiuzhaigou — they will provide a trusted contact so you’ll feel more secure. Overall, everything was good and perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

L'accento del nostro soggiorno era certamente il comodo letto, il legno era incredibilmente morbido. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto qualche problema, e la maggior preoccupazione era il riscaldatore/condizionatore d’aria nella stanza, che non sembrava funzionare correttamente. La stanza si sentiva molto calda, e anche dopo averla impostata “raffreddata”, non si è potuta migliorare e ha fatto strani rumore, che lo hanno reso incomodo per tutta la notte. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un set di letti gemelli, considerando che siamo due scopi nella nostra prenotazione. Sarebbe stato bello se fosse stato confermato con noi in anticipo attraverso l'app. Inoltre, l'elenco delle appartamenti di primavera calda pubblicizzate Trip.com è disponibile tutto l'anno. Tuttavia, al momento dell'arrivo, ci è stato informato che l'accesso dipende da tipi specifici di stanza o che l'area pubblica è stata chiusa a causa della stagione fredda. Questo si sentiva un po'fuori di testa. Su una nota positiva, il colazione e il tè/caffè sono stati forniti nell'aula, che apprezziamo.

Location is about 30 minute walk to the park entrance - just along the river. Lots of places to eat around as well as a small supermarket. Beds were extremely hard - only two nights was ok. Also very squeaky everytime you get up the ladder / move. Host who checked me in was friendly and helpful despite our language barrier.
