Hotel con balcone a Jiuzhaigou

"Ho prenotato questo hotel esclusivamente per la sua comodità a raggiungere a piedi il Parco Nazionale di Jiuzhaigou. È davvero comodo, ed è il punto di forza principale di questa struttura. Sorprendentemente, la pulizia della camera era impeccabile, c'era tutto il necessario. Anche se la stanza era un po' piccola, per quel prezzo e quella posizione, cosa si può chiedere di più? Ha superato le mie aspettative. È possibile lasciare i bagagli in deposito in hotel, ci sono termosifoni e bottiglie d'acqua nella zona comune, ed è facile ordinare cibo da asporto, con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Per i viaggiatori che vanno di fretta, soggiornare qui è l'ideale. La camera è dotata di dispositivi smart, la TV può essere utilizzata per lo screen mirroring e c'è un WC intelligente. Il bagno è separato in zona asciutta e zona bagnata. L'unico difetto che potrei trovare è l'insonorizzazione non perfetta, ma l'atmosfera vivace è piacevole e all'ora di dormire tutto si è tranquillizzato. Dopotutto, la maggior parte delle persone che soggiornano qui lo fa per alzarsi presto e andare a Jiuzhaigou... Per la sua praticità, è un ottimo hotel."

"Everything is great except for laundry service and breakfast. For laundry service, their dryer is terrible! We put our clothes to dry for over 3 hrs and it was still soaking wet. As we had to check out the next day. We spent over an hr drying our clothes using hair dryer. For breakfast, nothing special. Food was cold and repetitive but the hotel staff was really nice to made me a cup of coffee."

"As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。"

"Very good room, excellent service provided by the hotel staff, free shuttle to and from Jiuzhaigou scenic park, even when we faced issues such as no WeChat/no China number, the shuttle driver is still able to recognise us and bring us back to the hotel after our trip. The room is warm and comfortable, the hotel provided free milk for us to drink with a welcome note. When we are leaving, we did not book any shuttle bus service to Huanglongjiuzhai station as we didn’t know we had to do it 😂, the receptionist helped us with the booking! They were all so friendly, I would totally recommend this hotel to our friends and families visiting Jiuzhaigou."
