"In sostanza, ha un buon prezzo e una buona posizione. Se fosse solo un soggiorno, gli darei cinque stelle. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Pro: Posizione, vista sulla città (questa era una camera con vista all'ottavo piano), tranquillità, ospitalità e personale alla reception onesto. Contro: Vorrei dire che non ce ne sono, ma l'ultimo giorno ho prenotato un taxi dall'aeroporto di Noi Bai. Costava 300.000 VND. Tuttavia, quando sono arrivato all'aeroporto di Noi Bai, qualcuno mi ha chiesto dei soldi. Si è comportato come se non stesse mentendo. Era un normale Matsuda rosso, non un taxi. Ho pagato 300.000 VND in anticipo alla reception. Chissà se era un taxi illegale? È difficile per noi giapponesi capirlo. Tuttavia, all'aeroporto, sono stato costretto a pagare altri 200.000 VND. Temevo di arrivare in ritardo per il volo, ed era la prima volta che incontravo un truffatore del genere in Vietnam. Avrei dato loro una mancia di diverse decine di migliaia di dong. Era un po' troppo, vero? Dopo circa cinque minuti di insistenza, finalmente mi hanno chiamato. Mi hanno rimborsato immediatamente i 200.000 dong. Hanno persino buttato via il conto con un'espressione insoddisfatta, il che non ha fatto che aumentare la mia frustrazione. Mi chiedo se l'autista sia stato ingannato dall'hotel o se l'hotel stia ingannando l'autista. Di solito mi fido delle reception degli hotel e pensavo che fossero affidabili. Si è trattato di una collusione tra l'hotel e l'autista? Per evitare di essere ingannati, vi prego di non pagare all'autista l'importo specificato. Se usasse un sistema di biglietteria, lo capirei."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner is incredibly kind and went above and beyond when I wasn’t feeling well, he personally took me to the emergency room and even offered me some medicine just in case. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and local food spots. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I felt warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hospitality and helpfulness here truly made a difference in my trip. Highly recommend!"

KKaty RogGood hotel, stayed because I arrived late in the evening. I walked there in about 15-20 minutes (not the most pleasant walk in the dark, but I wanted to walk and had problems with the taxi app).
They checked me in in a minute, the room was clean, the bed linen and towel were snow-white, the mattress was quite hard. The room had 2 bottles of water and a hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shower gel). The hot water pressure is good, the water flows next to the toilet (like almost everywhere in Asia). Overall, it was quiet. For breakfast I took coffee and scrambled eggs, they also gave me a bottle of water (50k dong). Taxi Maxim to the airport is 20k dong (I went there to catch the express bus n86 to the city center, 45k dong), because the closest bus to the hotel makes a lot of stops along the way).
From the hotel they offer a taxi to the city for 250k dong (in taxi Maxim the price is 243k, I don’t know about Grub, so the price is normal).
Cons:
- Only general lighting, not enough bedside lightin;
If you go on foot: almost immediately to the right of the airport there is a sidewalk. Walk along it, then you need to cross a wooden bridge. Several times you will have to go to the side of the road. Then you need to go through a payment terminal for cars. Go straight until you see a sidewalk. At the beginning of the perpendicular street, where you need to turn to go to the hotel, there is a pedestrian crossing across the road.

Next was the shower, by god the pressure is enough to wash your spray tan off and even you get tired of showers quickly, after about 2 minutes, the shower starts becoming a bath. If the lip on the door was at least half a meter higher, it could have made for a pleasant soaking session, but unfortunately leave that high-pressure hose on for longer than 3 minutes and you'll be staying in Atlantis. Oh and if you're like me and like clean hair. Bring your own shampoo, I have seen rocks lather better than this sudless blue sap in the shampoo bottle.
tl;dr No cutlery. Only bowls for Africa.
It started off very pleasant. Very speedy response to the Whatsapp message stating I'm outside, here's your room number code. Flick the switch for the power, press the light switch to activate the water heating for when you shower. No problem, loving it. The first issue arise when I wanted to eat some of the yoghurt I bought the night before, fantasizing about this breakfast I opened the cupboards in the kitchen to find each cupboard completely barren and without cutlery. They have bowls, boy do they have bowls. Unfortunately the bowls were too big to fit in the yogurt container to use as a spoon or else I would have been sorted.

DDawei 007What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.

JJUST FINEAdatto per un soggiorno di una notte durante il transito, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto. La stanza è spaziosa e conveniente per questo prezzo. L'unico inconveniente è che l'acqua calda proviene da uno scaldabagno elettrico, che può essere utilizzato solo per circa 8-10 minuti prima di diventare freddo, e anche la pressione dell'acqua è relativamente bassa

UUtente ospite住了10天，感覺挺好的。房主會一些中文。預訂後會發郵件告知大門密碼，房卡位置，取房卡的密碼然後自助入住。我不懂越南語也不會英語，中國人也沒看郵件的習慣，到了地方還是聯繫攜程又聯繫房主幫忙入住的感謝他們！房間很大，有一個大主卧的面積，設施也很全，wifi網速很快，屋裡很乾凈也沒有異味，有陽台和大窗採光很好，我是比較注重房間採光的。挨着一個派出所治安很好。門口50米有兩個小商店，出了過道不遠還有超市

SSanaIt was comfortable stay so you get what you paid for. The location was not the best because you need to take a bus or taxi to get to the old city. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. They offer tours and taxi to and from the airport in reasonable prices. 10 min taxi to Aeon mall which has the best food court in Hanoi in my experience.

LLiminLa prima notte di questa volta sono venuto a Henn, l'hotel è nella vecchia città, la posizione geografica è eccellente. Da l'hotel si può camminare circa 15 minuti a piedi fino alla cattedrale di Huanghu e Henn. Ci sono anche molti posti per mangiare vicino. È molto adatto per i turisti vietnamiti.

UUtente ospiteIt was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.
