Hotel 2 stelle a Hanoi

Очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, удобный номер, удобная кровать. Спали здесь мы хорошо. Рядом есть стройка, но её особо не слышно. В лифте ананасы, видимо, для запаха. Так сладко пахнут, что хотелось их съесть 😊 довольно хороший завтрак. Нас регулярно спрашивал управляющий, все ли нам нравится, комфортно ли нам.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

Nessun piccolo cuoco elettrico di riso. Se hai bisogno di questo, puoi comprarlo e usarlo, ma non hai l'intenzione di ottenere un appartamento. E'difficile prendere quando te ne vai più tardi. Booked this hotel as it was right next to the Hanoi Railway station ~ 1-2 min walking distance. Staff let us check in afew hours early. Room was very spacious and quite comfortable for a day stay. The toilet was relatively clean although there is some rust here and there. Aircon worked well. Very affordable and a steal. Walkable to Hanoi train street via Old Quarter

What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.

住了10天，感覺挺好的。房主會一些中文。預訂後會發郵件告知大門密碼，房卡位置，取房卡的密碼然後自助入住。我不懂越南語也不會英語，中國人也沒看郵件的習慣，到了地方還是聯繫攜程又聯繫房主幫忙入住的感謝他們！房間很大，有一個大主卧的面積，設施也很全，wifi網速很快，屋裡很乾凈也沒有異味，有陽台和大窗採光很好，我是比較注重房間採光的。挨着一個派出所治安很好。門口50米有兩個小商店，出了過道不遠還有超市

È stato un soggiorno confortevole, quindi ottieni ciò per cui hai pagato. La posizione non era delle migliori perché devi prendere un autobus o un taxi per raggiungere la città vecchia. La receptionist è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Offrono tour e taxi da e per l'aeroporto a prezzi ragionevoli. 10 minuti di taxi per il centro commerciale Aeon che ha la migliore area ristorazione di Hanoi secondo la mia esperienza.

It's a nice place, where many guests stay for a long time, so you actually get to know them if you want. The bedrooms are nice, the kitchen is well equiped, and there is hot water to shower with. The organization from the staff is not perfect, but I liked my time here

It was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.
