Hotel 2 stelle a Hanoi

Очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, удобный номер, удобная кровать. Спали здесь мы хорошо. Рядом есть стройка, но её особо не слышно. В лифте ананасы, видимо, для запаха. Так сладко пахнут, что хотелось их съесть 😊 довольно хороший завтрак. Нас регулярно спрашивал управляющий, все ли нам нравится, комфортно ли нам.

Front desk stayed awake and made sure to check me in early hours of the morning and helped me get a taxi to my new hotel.

Ciao, ho soggiornato per 3 notti. L'appartamento era carino, ma era sporco, c'erano macchie ovunque, capelli e insetti che volavano. Era tranquillo. C'è un fiume nelle vicinanze, lungo il quale si possono correre 3 chilometri in una direzione. Buona accessibilità ai trasporti pubblici, con il BTR 01, in 10 minuti si è in centro.

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Hanoi. A pochi passi si trova la famosa Hanoi Train Street. Il personale è molto gentile e mi ha aiutato a cambiare il tipo di letto al mio arrivo. Tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare qui in futuro.

住了10天，感覺挺好的。房主會一些中文。預訂後會發郵件告知大門密碼，房卡位置，取房卡的密碼然後自助入住。我不懂越南語也不會英語，中國人也沒看郵件的習慣，到了地方還是聯繫攜程又聯繫房主幫忙入住的感謝他們！房間很大，有一個大主卧的面積，設施也很全，wifi網速很快，屋裡很乾凈也沒有異味，有陽台和大窗採光很好，我是比較注重房間採光的。挨着一個派出所治安很好。門口50米有兩個小商店，出了過道不遠還有超市

Personale super cordiale, servizio lavanderia e sicurezza impeccabile. Puliscono spesso la camera ogni giorno. Ma non è stato perso nessun oggetto. Sostituiscono spesso gli asciugamani. L'armadio fa un rumore strano quando si chiude o si apre, il che è un vantaggio. È fuori dal centro città, il che è un vantaggio se si cerca pace e tranquillità. Le persone lì non parlano inglese fluentemente, ma prendono sempre l'iniziativa di usare i loro telefoni come traduttori, dato che noi turisti non parliamo vietnamita.

Camera doppia vista città. Davvero ampia, pulita e curata nei dettagli Molto luminosa, letti comodi. Unico difetto: molto molto calda poiché situata all'ultimo piano mansardato. Presenti però aria condizionata e ventilatore che hanno permesso un soggiorno ottimale. Bagni condivisi sempre puliti, personale molto gentile. Presenza di cucina condivisa e di un bollitore con tazze in camera.

It was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.
