Очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, удобный номер, удобная кровать. Спали здесь мы хорошо. Рядом есть стройка, но её особо не слышно. В лифте ананасы, видимо, для запаха. Так сладко пахнут, что хотелось их съесть 😊 довольно хороший завтрак. Нас регулярно спрашивал управляющий, все ли нам нравится, комфортно ли нам.

Il luogo era molto pulito identico alle foto, la persona che si occupa molto gentile, il mini appartamento, era 15 min dal centro a Grab (2,5 euro) supermercato a 20 min camminando, ricordabile per essere 2-3 giorni.

Prenotato questo hotel come era vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Hanoi ~ 1-2 min distanza a piedi. Il personale ci ha fatto controllare in poche ore prima. La stanza era molto spaziosa e molto comoda per un soggiorno di giorno. Che posto perfetto dove soggiornare se si ha un volo in arrivo tardi o molto presto la mattina. Ho trovato il personale estremamente cordiale e hanno usato Google Translate per comunicare. 住了10天，感覺挺好的。房主會一些中文。預訂後會發郵件告知大門密碼，房卡位置，取房卡的密碼然後自助入住。我不懂越南語也不會英語，中國人也沒看郵件的習慣，到了地方還是聯繫攜程又聯繫房主幫忙入住的感謝他們！房間很大，有一個大主卧的面積，設施也很全，wifi網速很快，屋裡很乾凈也沒有異味，有陽台和大窗採光很好，我是比較注重房間採光的。挨着一個派出所治安很好。門口50米有兩個小商店，出了過道不遠還有超市

It was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.
