Hotel in zona Chua Van Lai, Hanoi

We stayed at the Sheraton Hanoi West for six days with our family, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location and condition were great, but what really made our stay special was the friendly and attentive staff. The food was amazing, especially at the Club Lounge and lobby restaurant, where the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Our child loved it so much, they kept asking to eat at the hotel for every meal! We also had a lot of fun at the pool. Even though it was small, we had it all to ourselves, which made it perfect. The spa was incredible too—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Stavo qui per 2 notti in una camera Deluxe e mi sorprendeva la vista della città, e i servizi offerti. La stanza era super spaziosa con cucina completamente attrezzata e frigorifero. La colazione era così bello e fresco. Il pasto leggero al 17° piano, alla fine della serata e del pomeriggio, era assolutamente fantastico. I miei complimenti a Lap, il manager del ristorante 17th-floor (mi scuso se ricordo il suo nome sbagliato), per la sua calda ospitità. Certamente il migliore del meglio!

L'hotel è in un asciugamano dal cielo da dove si può vedere tutto Hanoi. Ero lì durante le celebrazioni del nuovo anno ***** e uno dei migliori luoghi per vedere i lavori di fuoco è stato il lobby e il ristorante dell'hotel. L'hotel ha organizzato anche il ballo del leone per l'anno nuovo. Il colazione è anche molto buono con carichi e carichi di opzioni cucinali. Prova anche la pecan pie al caffè, è assolutamente delizioso. La parte migliore, tuttavia, è la squadra di ospite. Kudos a loro per farmi sentire completamente curato e la mia ragazza. La loro attenzione ai dettagli dei piani di ogni ospite è immacolata. Era la notte del nuovo anno e non riuscivamo a trovare un secchio, perché non c'era nessuno disponibile e avevamo un treno da prendere. Il personale sapeva dove andavamo, perché ci aiutavano a fare il libro. La squadra ha reso il nostro soggiorno felice e sarò certamente tornato.

It was one of my best stays in these 10years. The property gives us laid-back feeling with lake view from huge windows. People nowadays prefer to build up many stories, but this property has 8 layers. This low layered building makes us feel more comfortable feeling. It reminded us we were nature being. From the first touch was great. The club lounge personnel did hard work to meet our request of the room that I had asked them in a last minute. Ms.Sunny, Ms.Thu welcomed us with big smiles and Ms.Tram Le who is a loyalty manager came out to greet us in very polite way. I was really impressed. She is a very thoughtful person that she gave us 120% comfortable feelings even after checking out. She allowed us staying club lounge and spa area until our departure to the airport. (My flight was mid night)!! Everyone was great and kind in the club lounge. Ms.Sua, Ms.Thoa and Mr. Linh Do. They are really kind well noticed. Food was good but most of them are Korean food. If there were more Vietnamese local food, it would be nicer. Our room was beautiful. We were assigned to a suite room with lake view. It was spacious. Interior was calm and cozy. Amazingly, every single person working this hotel is very professional. I know how hard to hire such high-quality service provider nowadays but all of them are on very high standard. Swimming pool and sauna area was very nice. It took off our tiredness in a day. There was huge jacuzzi, sauna and shower room. The swimming pool was warm heated, and we could swim even at nighttime without freezing. The people working there were also very attentive with warm attitude. There is a very local town just in front of the hotel. You just get into a small street inside. It is so much fun to take time to explore there. You will see the local people life there. There are so many small shops like barber, butcher, Vietnamese noodle house, fruits shop, laundry shop, sinh to stand etc. I would like to be back this hotel again. Everything was really nice. If you are thinking where to stay in Ha Noi, I am sure this hotel is the best choice. とても素敵なホテルでした。働いている人、部屋、雰囲気、プール、サウナ、ジム、朝食、クラブラウンジ。全てにおいて平均値が高かったです。 最近ベトナムでは高いビルが流行りでどんどんホテルも高層化していますが、このJWマリオットはあえての8階建て。直前にインターコンチネンタルホテルの６９階に泊まってから来たのですが、この低層仕様がむしろ人間としてほっとする空間であることを痛感しました。また目の前が国際会議場で広々とした池が広がっているので、都市にありながらもリゾートっぽさも感じられ、リラックスできました。 部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしていただき、朝食も本来ならばラウンジでとるはずだったのですが、JWカフェで食べてもいいよ、と仰っていただきました。 ステイを楽しんでほしいから！とチェックインを担当して下さった方が仰っていましたが、本当にその言葉通りすべてにおいて私たちのステイが良いものになるよう心配りを随所でしてくださいました。 ハノイの中心部からは離れていましたが、バイクを借りたので問題ありませんでした。バイクでバッチャンに行ったりオールドタウンに行ったり、西湖の周りを回ったりとかなり忙しく過ごしましたが、日中の街中の喧騒からホテルに帰ってきてリラックスできるギャップが私たちのスタイルには合っていました。 プールは温室温水で夜運動がてら泳ぐには丁度良かったです。サウナエリアも綺麗で、水風呂はありませんが氷の出る部屋（？）と巨大なジャグジー、シャワーの個室が4つとラウンジャー２つ。着替える場所も広く清潔でした。 クラブラウンジも営業時間が長く、プールサウナが22時までで、そのあと水分補給に立ち寄れるので便利でした。また子供の時間制限もなく良かったです。その代わりラウンジの雰囲気を保つため、スピーカーで電話をし始めた方にやんわり注意をしたり、トングを使わずに手でクッキーを取っている人にトングを使ってくださいね、とラウンジの方が優しく仰っているところにプロフェッショナルな姿勢を感じました。大人子供関係なく、きちんとマナーを守ってある程度の静かな雰囲気を保つためにホテルの方

Il servizio pulito della stanza del ristorante e dell'elettricità del bar e della stanza dell'ospite è abbastanza buono. Le strutture della stanza sono complete e spaziose e luminose.L'ambiente dell'hotel è tranquillo e confortevole, il giardino è bello e pulito.Il gusto dei due ristoranti è buono e ragionevole. Il servizio è particolarmente accessibile e il pranzo raccomandato è anche molto soddisfacente. Il rapporto prezzo dell'hotel è molto alto. L'unica carenza è che la scelta della colazione non è di qualità generale. L'altra posizione è troppo lontana dal centro della città. Il turismo non è molto conveniente, è adatto per viaggi di business o vacanze

Our stay at Vinhomes was very pleasant and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and update regarding the check in process. Most amenities were provided aside from toothbrushes/toothpaste, which was great for us as we had quite a bit of laundry to be washed. Location was just 3 mins walk to Vincom shopping mall where all necessities and shopping can be done! Really enjoyed our stay at Vinhomes, will be back next time :)

I was amazed at the hotel. The room was beautiful and large, has a minibar, a nice tv and breakfast was served. The breakfast consisted of a normal Vietnamese breakfast including eggs, some sweets and fruits as well as, café, juices and water the hotel was very clean and the bathroom well stocked. The front desk was extraordinary. Very helpful in helping me find places to change money, including drawing me a map. I checked in for an extra night unaware my friends out of town had rented me a private car to drive me 150 kilometers north of Hanoi. I checked out thinking I had lost the money for the extra night. To my surprise they refunded me 3/4 of the price. The are is full of shops and restaurants, also within walking distance to attractions. I want to thank the front desk for their help. I will stay there upon my return south.

A brand new hotel that’s been running for about 7-8 months. Staff were friendly but not too experienced in reaching out to customers for extra mile. They could be proactive enough to offer new visitors a more memorable experience. For example, they would ask you to pay more for an upgrade if you wanted. They have available rooms around but it was not that easy they could upgrade you easiest in any easygoing action. Restaurants were all closed on Chinese New Year Eve of 2024 Feb. 9. All food have to be ordered for in room service and you’d have waited for 45-60 minutes for arrival time. Nail files were not available. The door design of bathing rooms had some issues. Gym reception staff were not around and you’d have to take care of yourself. Some staff were not able to follow up for something they promised to do so for you.
