Hotels con internet a Hanoi

La seconda notte per me e ancora impressionato con il Bar di Rooftop una bella vista del lago Hanoi

Situato in una zona tranquilla del Quartiere antico, questo hotel ci ha dato il miglior servizio degli hotel a cui abbiamo soggiornato. Il personale era molto attento e le strutture erano grandi. La piscina al tetto era pulita con grandi viste. Ci sono state molte opzioni di tutte le varie cucine (sushi, cinese, thailandese, continentale, caldo ovest) al colazione, molte scelte di fo vegetariani e una scelta di diversi caffè, tra cui il decaffè. La palestra era di base ma molto ben mantenuta e si può facilmente fare un allenamento lì. Il servizio aeroportuale è costoso, quindi abbiamo scelto di organizzare i nostri trasferimenti e tour con un'altra compagnia che era più conveniente. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e rimarremo ancora se siamo a Hanoi.

La camera era bella e pulita, e il personale era molto amichevole, utile e accogliente! La piscina sembrava sporca, quindi non ho provato, ma il tetto forniva una grande vista della zona! Sicuramente rimarrei.

Ho avuto meno di 24 ore a Hanoi, quindi la posizione era cruciale. Questo posto è perfetto. Nella tranquilla piccola strada nel cuore di tutto ciò che non poteva essere più perfetto. Lily è sorprendente! Così utile. La stanza era perfetta con un letto super comodo. Così pulito e gentile. La doccia era bella e calda anche. A un prezzo così economico, folle!!! Cosa altro puoi chiedere!!

Hotel in ottima posizione,camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa per due amici,personale sempre gentile ed educato,pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta e consigliare in maniera disinteressata. Una menzione speciale alla signorina tran(spero si scriva così),una reception così preparata e professionale difficilmente si trova. Se la nostra esperienza in città è stat positiva è anche grazie a lei.

All very good. Excellent service. Lovely people. They went above and beyond to make me feel special. Mymy found what airline I was flying on internally when my travel agent failed to do so. The girls in the restaurant know how I love my eggs. They had unexpectedly run out of gas and had a fresh bottle coming ”any minute”. I poked my head in the kitchen and the chef was standing over a boiling pot holding the egg pan. THAT'S CARING.

Entrata impressionante con una breve passeggiata per qualsiasi cosa si desidera/necessita a Hanoi. L'ingresso è stato un brindisi quando siamo arrivati a mezzogiorno. Il lobby di livello 1 e il ristorante di livello 2 sono opuliti e ben serviti con personale competente e fluente inglese. La stanza che avevo era ben presentata, molto pulita e ben servita. Grande cucchiaini!! Bagno piccolo, ma funzionale con una doccia grande a due vie. Il denaro può essere scambiato alla ricezione a circa il tasso di mercato. Il colazione al livello 2 ha qualcosa per tutti. Vietnamita, pasticceria occidentale e eccellente. Frutta fresca e un grande bar a noodle. Il personale di attesa e cuochi sono esperti e possono creare molto di tutto su richiesta. Il menu di servizio in camera è spartano ma ragionevolmente prezzi e ben presentato e consegnato caldo. Pasta, pizza, hamburger e (senza dubbio) Ph. Per coloro che non conoscono il caffè vietnamita, fissare la cintura prima di provare. Questa bevanda sveglierà il sonno più profondo in secondi. Servizi concierge sono efficaci e non intrusivi. Il mini-supermarket si trova a circa 100 metri dalla porta anteriore, dove si può trovare il razzo che si dimentica tra le altre necessità. In cinque minuti a piedi troverete molto di tutto quello che potete pensare. C'è un tetto bar e piscina al livello 10 e, per essere onesti, questo è un po' deludente. La piscina funziona, ma i dintorni sono un po' stanchi e potrebbero fare con un upgrade. Non un spettacolo in alcun modo. L'ascensore funziona, l'elettricità è al 100% disponibile e il wifi è veloce e coerente. Il servizio di lavanderia è veloce e ragionevolmente costoso. Se vuoi lavare fuori, ci sono diversi servizi disponibili vicino a USD$1.50 per chilo. La mia squadra di 3 è rimasta qui per 12 giorni e ha goduto molto delle strutture e dell'ospitalità. Mi fermerò di nuovo in qualsiasi giorno della settimana!!

I had stayed in this hotel for 2 visits. The first visit was from 6 Nov (1 Night) and the second one was from 9 Nov to 11 Nov (2 Nights). For the first visit, i booked a Triple room with Balcony. The room was ok and i did not have any complaints. However, my second visit turned out to be extremely disturbing for us. We had booked a Family Suite. We reached the hotel at around 2 pm, but our room was not ready. In fact, the front desk guy could not even locate my reservation. To give him some time, I went out for lunch and returned back after an hour. The frnt desk guy showed me my room which was supposed to be a family room (according to him). However, there was some luggage in the room. As such, I refused to enter the room since I did not want to enter into trouble with the other guest, whose luggage was kept in his room. So, I informed him to give me some other family suite, which he could not give. SO, we had no choice but to occupy the triple room with Balcony for our stay. Obliviously, we requested the front desk to refund back (not the entire money - but the difference between the two rooms). However, he refused to do it and spoke very rudely and asked us to cancel the room. However, I did not want to waste my money since it was a non redundable booking and I had on option but to stay in the hotel. We asked for face napkins (A basic thing which every 3* hotel is expected to have). However, they did not have any such thing. The breakfast was also very basic and not to the bare minimum standard of a 3 star property. Seeing the limited options for veg (not the hotel's fault that some of us are veg), we asked for honey. However, the hotel did not even have honey, which is to be applied to the bread. And this is only the beginning of the story. The hotel forgot to collect payment from us for our first visit. I returned back to India and the front desk staff contacted me for the payment. By that time, I had posted a very brief feedback about the property on some booking portal. I readily agreed to pay and made the payment. The moment the payment was made, the tone of the frot desk staff changed dramatically. He started calling me names and threatened to broadcast my negative feedback everywhere in Vietnam (i have whatsapp to prove my claims about this). However, I refused to take back my feedback and have gone ahead to post it on tripadvisor. I will not advise anyone to stay or not to stay in this property since everyone is his or her best judge. However, i felt that a front desk guy threatening people for giving a honest feedback does not go down well in any service industry. The basic thing which they could have done is to speak to us to understand our concerns and resolve it to the best of their ability. However, they chose the other way of threating to defame my name unless I do not take back my review on the othe site.

Hotel is in a great location and we had a comfortable stay. Our room was a two bedroom with a kitchen, which was nice and spacious with two kids. Bathrooms had a couple of spots where moisture was getting at the corners and paint was peeling. Also one of the beds has a whole in the headboard. We are pretty easy going so none of that bothered us or affected our stay.

Assez calme pour Hanoï, tout reste relatif. La cathédrale n'est pas loin ainsi que son clocher. Balcon très peu exploitable. Pour le reste, le nécessaire est là et c'est propre. Petit déjeuner agréable, personnel au top.
