Hotel con colazione a Hanoi

My recent staycation at Classyc Hotel in Hanoi was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and impeccable professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel’s elegant design, blending modern luxury with subtle Vietnamese charm, created a serene ambiance that made me feel both pampered and at home. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, high-quality amenities, and stunning views of Hanoi’s vibrant cityscape. The attention to detail, from the fragrant toiletries to the complimentary local snacks, added a personal touch that elevated the experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected for both work and leisure. The dining options were a highlight. The on-site restaurant served a delightful mix of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was expansive, offering everything from phở to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The facilities, including the serene spa and well-equipped fitness center, were top-notch. The hotel’s prime location in Hanoi also made it easy to explore nearby attractions, though the tranquil atmosphere of Classyc Hotel made it tempting to stay in all day. Overall, my staycation at Classyc Hotel was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and cultural immersion. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape in the heart of Hanoi. In generale, le persone sono molto professionali e amiche, la struttura e la qualità del servizio sono anche soddisfacenti, ma purtroppo, alcuni del personale di questo hotel non hanno avuto l'ospitalità adeguata. Al colazione, andai alla macchina del caffè perché volevo un caffè, e un membro del personale mi disse che lo portavano alla mia tavola; ma un altro ospite prese il caffè, e nessuno mi seguiva o mi aiutava più tardi. Anche quando sono tornato alla macchina del caffè e ho mostrato che ero confusa e che avevo bisogno di aiuto, nessuno mi ha offerto alcun aiuto. Inoltre, passò un agente di custodia che uscì dalla stanza accanto alla porta, ma non mi salutava nemmeno e sembrava inamichevole. Spero che questi punti siano migliorati in modo che i clienti possano godere del soggiorno in questo hotel.

Ottimo servizio clienti da parte del personale. La posizione era ottima e vicina a tutto. A due minuti a piedi dal lago. Avevo prenotato una camera deluxe per i primi due giorni, mi hanno dato una camera più piccola e poi mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto un upgrade. Non so se si trattasse di un upgrade o di un downgrade. Le foto sul sito web mostravano una doccia con cabina, ma i primi due giorni ho avuto una vasca da bagno. La doccia aveva un po' di muffa, ma questa è una pignoleria. A parte il problema con la doccia, è andato tutto bene. Il personale è gentilissimo. Molto gentile, si prende cura di te. Ti conoscono per nome e numero di camera, il che dimostra che sono molto titubanti. Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel a chiunque. Infine, l'hotel che si è offerto di prenotarmi un taxi per l'aeroporto inizialmente mi ha chiesto 400.000, ma ho detto che il Grab era più economico e poi mi ha chiesto 230.000 con lo sconto. Non ho potuto fare a meno di essere deluso dal fatto che mi abbiano proposto prima il prezzo più alto, invece di ricevere automaticamente lo sconto. Avrei sicuramente fatto un'impressione migliore. Non so se fosse la barriera linguistica e se mi abbiano offerto lo sconto, perché vengo dal Vietnam del Sud e il dialetto è diverso al nord. Spero solo di sbagliarmi.

Enjoyed my stay. The location is a bit farther from the center but not too bad. The room was spacious and clean. The drain in the shower was a little slow. Staff was friendly. Overall good stay!

Che posizione fantastica nel mezzo del trambusto! Questo hotel è a conduzione familiare. Abbiamo incontrato il figlio e la moglie dei proprietari che gestiscono la struttura: sono persone adorabili e danno ottimi consigli. Il check-in è stato veloce e impeccabile. Ci hanno accolto con un tè di benvenuto e ci hanno dato una mappa con un briefing dettagliato sui migliori posti dove mangiare e visitare. Hanno persino caricato i nostri bagagli e hanno fatto accendere l'aria condizionata prima che entrassimo in camera, così che fosse fresca all'ingresso. La camera era accogliente e il letto aveva un materasso di supporto, ma io ho un debole per i letti duri asiatici. La colazione era al top in un ambiente bellissimo e ci preparavano le uova al momento. Peccato solo che la porta della doccia non facesse un lavoro migliore nel trattenere l'acqua. Abbiamo provato a prenotarli dopo la cancellazione della nostra crociera nella baia di Ha Long, ma purtroppo erano al completo. Torneremo!

Avevo bisogno di una buona notte di prova senza rumori provenienti dalla strada. Secondo l'impiegato, questo era possibile al settimo piano. La stanza era a soli cinque metri dalla strada e credo che l'occupazione fosse al massimo del 25%. E questo è un dato reale. La finestra del bagno non si chiudeva nemmeno. Ho chiesto un'altra stanza lontana dalla strada e con finestre che si potessero chiudere. Mi è stata offerta un'altra stanza. Anche questa era una finestra rotta, ma l'ho riparata in modo che ora sia chiusa. Ho alzato il sistema di chiusura a lato della finestra, ma è caduto, quindi ora la finestra non si apre più. Finestra piccola. C'è anche una finestra grande. A causa delle grandi finestre, queste stanze sono considerate executive. Non mi sono mai preoccupato del fatto che le dimensioni delle finestre influenzino il livello gerarchico. Ma dall'altra parte della finestra c'è un muro ed è un buco molto inquietante in cui ti fissi. Non mi sono sentito davvero executive per questo. Ma ho comunque avuto l'unica notte di riposo di cui avevo bisogno per riaprire normalmente gli occhi. È inquietante quando sei così stanco che non riesci più ad aprire gli occhi. Occhi grandi e grossi il giorno dopo. Improvvisamente la ragazza più giovane dietro la reception si avvicina a me con un tono di voce estremamente umile, dicendomi che in realtà si tratta di una camera executive. Mi sono letteralmente chiesto se avessero avuto l'atteggiamento vigliacco di vendermi un upgrade. Non importa, il trasloco è comunque previsto. Hanoi è una città molto polverosa. Voglio dire estremamente polverosa. Così polverosa che il danno e il malessere che causa visitare questo posto non rendono la visita davvero degna di essere vissuta. Inoltre, il comunismo è assolutamente ciò che non mi si addiceva affatto. Sono socialmente più sviluppato. In generale ho avuto l'impressione che i dipendenti fossero amichevoli, ma è il loro lavoro. Non il loro lavoro essere aggressivi, come mi è capitato una volta quando ho chiesto quali fossero gli sport che piacciono di più ai vietnamiti. Ma questo era il giorno del check-out. E la risata sinistra del receptionist verso il tassista dopo che mi hanno spinto a pagare di più per quello che avevo ordinato online mi ha completamente svegliato. Ma è anche strano dire che il nuovo proprietario è meno attento e nel frattempo cerca di vendermi più notti e dirmi di tornare. Non capisco assolutamente questo modo di gestire la situazione. Chiedere un extra del 30% per un check-in anticipato. Ho visto di sì quando ho prenotato una o due notti, ma quando ho prenotato una settimana, l'ho dato gratis. Nel mio caso, capisco che avrei dovuto pagare di più per quel check-in anticipato di 3 ore. Ma la mia spiegazione era chiara. Ho bisogno di riposare e di sdraiarmi normalmente, invece di camminare per strada e sfinirmi ancora di più. L'opzione offerta non aveva nulla a che fare con l'attenzione al cliente. Un altro abuso da parte dei clienti nella forma più estrema possibile. E questa è stata la seconda sistemazione ad Hanoi in cui si è verificato questo abuso. Ne avevo solo due, in effetti. Sì, hai ragione, compagno di viaggio. Orrore, orrore da viaggio. Ora arriva la recensione materialistica: Letti nuovissimi, fantastici e sani al 100%. Pulizia impeccabile e anche quando si rifiuta la pulizia della camera, succede comunque. Devo assolutamente farlo. Un plauso alla donna delle pulizie. La sala di benvenuto è piacevole. La doccia è bella. C'è molto rumore nella parte anteriore dell'edificio, ma ho visto solo una stanza e so che le donne seguono il programma degli estintori europeo e l'ho sperimentato in modo estremo in Vietnam. Mi fa persino sentire... intorpidita dal Vietnam. Ma è un buon segno. Mancano 7 giorni e almeno ho sperimentato un po' quello che ha sperimentato l'esercito americano a quei tempi. Per me, l'intorpidimento dal Vietnam è più simile a un turno di servizio. Vedo una porta rossa e vorrei dipingerla di nero. I comunisti non sono la mia gente.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

/!\ Avoid this hotel. We would never recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. Stayed 18-20 April 2025: 3 days, 2 nights. 1/ Overbooking situation - cancellation the day before landing My friend and I booked two separate rooms to stay at this hotel, the day before the check in, my friend's booking got cancelled by the hotel without information. We had contacted the hotel several times in vain, then it was confirmed that they have overbooked the hotel which caused to trouble to start with our holiday. Hotel Director of sales M. Victor N. did replied by email on the checking day 18/4 few hours before that ”we don't know the fact. You can make your reservation on our website now.” The remaining option on 18/4 morning was a ”suite” 14 times higher rate than our initial booking... Therefore once arrived at Hanoi, we wanted to get a refund of my remaining booking but the hotel reception lady Mrs Ruby was not helpful at first and rude towards us. Her non hospitality professionalism and communication led us feel very unwelcomed (no smile, no thank you, speaking vietnamese with her colleague in front of us). May need to review if she really should stay at the reception as this is client facing interaction and should be solution driven. She strictly insisted that she doesn't know why we only got one room left and my booking was non refundable even tough they did cancelled my friend's one few hours ago. After negotiation, she kept saying as it is non refundable, either we stay, either we book another room. At that moment, there was an another room not the Suite one that just got available ”King room” and if we could pay the price difference which is higher than our initial paid booking and need to stay together in the same room. As we just started the holidays and to not loose the money that we could not get refunded, we paid the difference to change to that room. We paid in cash to get that room. We thought that was going to be just one off issue/misunderstanding and could start our holidays. Note: If you pay in credit card they will charge 3% additional. The exchange rate is more convenient to change at jewelry gold shop in Hàng Bac street (5 mins walk), the rate at the hotel is too high, don't change there. 2/ Cleanliness As we got this better king's room with window, we were expecting that to be at least clean and suitable for 2 pax. The bed sheets and cushions were yellowish, the floor was not vacuum (dead bees staying there whole stay), the slippers are dirty, the wall is stained and some unfinished renovation. The worst is the shower/bathtub, once you shower, it will flood to the room, we had to put towels to absorb the water in the room. You have to ask for towels if they clean your room as they will forget. 3/ Breakfast Be aware that it is from 6:30am to 9:30am, the breakfast is correct as a mini buffet Overall this hotel is average, the positive points are the location and the other gentleman receptionist allowing us to have a ”late check out” at noon instead of 11am, as if after noon they will charge one night more. The hotel should stop with overbooking rooms that will cause unnecessary stress situation for everyone and need to be renovated. To be honest, you can have much more great options nearby, CLEAN and with great hospitality service. As part of holidays and for a decent price, just book another hotel to avoid negative start for your holidays. Enjoy your stay in Hanoi and in Vietnam! PS: on some platform it is indicated there is a gym but there is none. And the hotel team is aware of these comments as we filled the same to their paper review form.

I’ve chosen this place because it was close to the airport. The first thing is I assumed that because it’s close it’ll be really easy to get there after arrival, but actually taxi drivers don’t want to go there because for them is better to get more money from the trip to the city center then driving you for five min to this hotel. Then after finally arriving the staff that will meet you won’t have any hint of a smile on their face and will treat you like you’ve pissed them off only with your disturbance of their peace, the morning shift by the way was exactly the same. The room itself was ok, just as I assumed by the pictures but with the closer look you can see that lots of breakage and damaged stuff in the room

Front desk stayed awake and made sure to check me in early hours of the morning and helped me get a taxi to my new hotel.
