Hotel con colazione a Hanoi

Il buon hotel è situato in una posizione meravigliosa, le colazioni sono eccellenti e il servizio è fantastico. Gli unici svantaggi che vorrei citare sono la mancanza di parcheggio coperto e la piccola stanza buia, ma abbiamo prenotato la stanza e ignorato questi dettagli. Nel mio prossimo viaggio a Hanoi, mi piacerà restare in questo hotel di nuovo.

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, vicinissimo al lago Hoan Kiem e circondato da ristoranti, bar e supermercati, il che lo rende molto comodo. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente; il personale è stato eccezionalmente gentile e accogliente. La colazione era deliziosa, fresca e pulita. Se dovessi tornare ad Hanoi, molto probabilmente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel.

Questo è un hotel nel centro di Hanoi, molto vicino al Lago dell'Ovest. La stazione degli autobus di My Dinh e la stazione ferroviaria di Hanoi distano 15 minuti di taxi. Ci vuole un'ora per arrivare dall'aeroporto all'hotel a causa del traffico notoriamente intenso di Hanoi. Il personale della reception dell'hotel era cordiale, parlava inglese e un po' di cinese. Anche il personale del ristorante era cordiale e il pho era piuttosto buono. Le camere erano ben attrezzate, ma un po' vecchie. L'effetto rinfrescante del frigorifero era limitato e l'asciugacapelli era solo mediocre. Il bar sul tetto era carino e la palestra era ben attrezzata. Non ho provato la piscina perché l'acqua era fredda. La pulizia era accettabile. Non so se sia dovuto al caldo e all'umidità di Hanoi o a un problema di ventilazione, ma l'intero hotel e le camere avevano un leggero odore di umido. Era molto meglio con l'aria condizionata accesa. Tuttavia, l'hotel dovrebbe controllare gli asciugamani da bagno: uno aveva un forte odore oleoso e rancido. La colazione era molto buona, con pho di manzo in stile vietnamita, baguette e alcuni prodotti tipici della colazione occidentale. Il caffè era eccellente. Infine, la zona circostante sembra essere una zona residenziale con molti piccoli ristoranti e un mercato locale, ma pochissime persone parlano inglese, cinese o coreano. In sintesi, questo è un hotel eccellente per la sua fascia di prezzo, perfetto per i backpacker come noi che amano esplorare la città a piedi. Ci tornerei volentieri in futuro.

Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo situato nel centro storico, comodo per scoprire la vecchia Hanoi e a pochi passi dal lago Hoan Kiem. Il primo non è stato così attraente come previsto, mentre il secondo è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa con il suo tempio e la bella passeggiata che lo circonda. Hotel con un buon servizio per un breve soggiorno.

/!\ Avoid this hotel. We would never recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. Stayed 18-20 April 2025: 3 days, 2 nights. 1/ Overbooking situation - cancellation the day before landing My friend and I booked two separate rooms to stay at this hotel, the day before the check in, my friend's booking got cancelled by the hotel without information. We had contacted the hotel several times in vain, then it was confirmed that they have overbooked the hotel which caused to trouble to start with our holiday. Hotel Director of sales M. Victor N. did replied by email on the checking day 18/4 few hours before that ”we don't know the fact. You can make your reservation on our website now.” The remaining option on 18/4 morning was a ”suite” 14 times higher rate than our initial booking... Therefore once arrived at Hanoi, we wanted to get a refund of my remaining booking but the hotel reception lady Mrs Ruby was not helpful at first and rude towards us. Her non hospitality professionalism and communication led us feel very unwelcomed (no smile, no thank you, speaking vietnamese with her colleague in front of us). May need to review if she really should stay at the reception as this is client facing interaction and should be solution driven. She strictly insisted that she doesn't know why we only got one room left and my booking was non refundable even tough they did cancelled my friend's one few hours ago. After negotiation, she kept saying as it is non refundable, either we stay, either we book another room. At that moment, there was an another room not the Suite one that just got available ”King room” and if we could pay the price difference which is higher than our initial paid booking and need to stay together in the same room. As we just started the holidays and to not loose the money that we could not get refunded, we paid the difference to change to that room. We paid in cash to get that room. We thought that was going to be just one off issue/misunderstanding and could start our holidays. Note: If you pay in credit card they will charge 3% additional. The exchange rate is more convenient to change at jewelry gold shop in Hàng Bac street (5 mins walk), the rate at the hotel is too high, don't change there. 2/ Cleanliness As we got this better king's room with window, we were expecting that to be at least clean and suitable for 2 pax. The bed sheets and cushions were yellowish, the floor was not vacuum (dead bees staying there whole stay), the slippers are dirty, the wall is stained and some unfinished renovation. The worst is the shower/bathtub, once you shower, it will flood to the room, we had to put towels to absorb the water in the room. You have to ask for towels if they clean your room as they will forget. 3/ Breakfast Be aware that it is from 6:30am to 9:30am, the breakfast is correct as a mini buffet Overall this hotel is average, the positive points are the location and the other gentleman receptionist allowing us to have a ”late check out” at noon instead of 11am, as if after noon they will charge one night more. The hotel should stop with overbooking rooms that will cause unnecessary stress situation for everyone and need to be renovated. To be honest, you can have much more great options nearby, CLEAN and with great hospitality service. As part of holidays and for a decent price, just book another hotel to avoid negative start for your holidays. Enjoy your stay in Hanoi and in Vietnam! PS: on some platform it is indicated there is a gym but there is none. And the hotel team is aware of these comments as we filled the same to their paper review form.

Cách hồ hoàng kiếm khoảng 10p xe máy, gần khách sạn nhiều quán cà phê và quán ăn nhật. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Wifi phòng mình yếu, load rất chậm, với 4g cũng bị yếu. Chỉ tiếc wifi yếu. Phòng tắm nước mạnh, mau nóng. Khá tuyệt nhưng bị 1 điểm cái thoát nước sàn lại ở phía bên ngoài cách chỗ tắm xa nên mỗi lần tắm dễ bị tràn nước ra sàn ngoài. Bù lại thuận tiện đi lại và được chào đón thân thiện và ăn sáng ngon nên ok ạ.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

Ottimo ubicazione; solo 900m porta a porta tra hotel e aeroporto T2. Nonostante i diversi feedback negativi sulla pulizia; la mia stanza era assolutamente senza spot e molto pulita. L'unico feedback che ho è l'esca che devo salire all'ingresso principale e un altro all'ascensore. Fortunatamente, questa volta non ho avuto un grande bagaglio con me. In generale sono molto felice con l'hotel e lo userò di nuovo quando transito a Hanoi.

Ho soggiornato in tre hotel diversi in tre giorni e questo è stato il più soddisfacente. La posizione era comoda e vicina a molte attrazioni, come la stazione ferroviaria e il mercato notturno, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Ho commesso un errore nella scelta della camera: ne volevo una con finestra, ma al mio arrivo non ce n'era una disponibile. Anche pagando un supplemento per un upgrade, non c'erano camere con finestra libere. Il bagno era discreto, ma ho notato una certa mancanza di cura nei dettagli. C'erano adesivi sul muro del bagno non puliti e due flaconi etichettati ”shampoo”. Non c'erano pantofole usa e getta, per fortuna avevo portato le mie. Tuttavia, l'arredamento mi è piaciuto. Non tornerò nei due hotel precedenti, ma la prossima volta prenoterò una camera con finestra! Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile. Non ho avuto tempo di fare colazione in hotel questa volta, ma spero di poterlo fare la prossima volta! Inoltre, il bollitore elettrico in camera sembrava rotto; fate attenzione a questo aspetto!

Che posto perfetto dove soggiornare se si ha un volo in arrivo tardi o molto presto la mattina. Ho trovato il personale estremamente cordiale e hanno usato Google Translate per comunicare. La camera era immacolata e offriva un rapporto qualità-prezzo fantastico. Offrono la colazione a un costo aggiuntivo, molto ragionevole, e il loro caffè freddo è superbo, lo consiglio vivamente. Un posto ideale dove soggiornare per una notte.
