All in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer. It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

La camera è super pulita e abbastanza grande. Il bagno era anche super. È proprio davanti all'hotel c'è un fermo degli autobus, quindi è stato molto pratico.

Purtroppo il bagno nella prima stanza dopo la doccia ha profumito completamente urina. Probabilmente l'odore è venuto fuori dal flusso. La stanza è stata scambiata dalla ricezione immediatamente senza discussione. Altrimenti ero super soddisfatto! Grazie all'adesione al H Rewards Club abbiamo ricevuto un biglietto per i trasporti pubblici di Heidelberg ogni giorno!

Controllo veloce senza problemi, e anche controllo fuori. La camera era come avevo previsto. Il bagno con WC e doccia è un po' chiuso, ma per 1 notte e persona, si può fare, soprattutto perché il rapporto prezzo/prestazione è molto buono. La colazione ha offerto anche tutto quello che avevo previsto. Per un breve soggiorno a Karlsruhe, l'hotel è sempre consigliabile.

Excellent location just 2 minute walk from airport. But there are two Movenpick hotel so pls check which one you booked. Room is large and clean. Bathroom is excellent Restaurant is too busy so service is so so

Inizialmente avevo letto le recensioni e pensavo che l'atteggiamento del personale nei confronti del servizio non fosse buono e che la stanza fosse piccola. Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che la stanza non era affatto piccola e il pavimento del bagno era riscaldato. L'atteggiamento del personale della reception è stato molto buono. Lo svantaggio è che c'è un solo cuscino e la trapunta è un po' sottile. Nel complesso buono 👍

Modernes Hotel in perfekter zentraler Lage. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und einfache Abwicklung. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Klimaanlage, sehr bequemes Bett und toller Roomservice. Blick über den Bahnhof. Gute Fenster, somit keinerlei Lärmbelästigung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

A nice hotel near Bahnhof of Karlsruhe, the rooms are nice and clean, you have everything you need in your room, complimentary water waits in the room. You have a kettle to make coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean as well, the shower was spacious. The bed was clean including pillows and mattress. Pillow and blanket were thick and cozy to sleep on. Near the hotel you have parking free of charge after 8 p.m until 8 a.m from Monday to Friday. Free of charge the whole day on the weekends. You have inside the Bahnhof building bakeries, subway and McDonald. And a very nice vegan spot for porridge that is made fresh for you, the price is better than the bakery which was very overpriced. A tram station is very close ( when you come out of the hotel on your right as well as the bahnhof) , you can reach any further destination you need.

La posizione è nel centro, ma non molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria centrale. Dovremmo prendere S-Bahn. La stanza era grande. Tuttavia c'era l'odore di spazzatura dal giardino. Il personale di ricezione era molto utile. Ci è piaciuto il soggiorno.
