Questo hotel è un soggiorno principale - solo costantemente pulito e amichevole. Sembra quasi ogni camera è ben mantenuta e super pulito. Il personale di check-in sempre accolto e risposto alle preoccupazioni che avevamo.Colazione calda e caffè forte !

Room was decently clean and bed was good. Was disappointed to not be able to take a bath. You can't take a bath here unless you fill the tub with the shower head. Staff was at least friendly enough to try and help. I personally would not stay here again but it is decent enough for sleeping if all you're looking for is a clean room.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

They were very friendly and super easy to find. Clean place and clean room. Will stay there again

Questa è la mia prima volta a Eugene(Vai per un test)🤣.La posizione è vicina al mio punto di prova e si possono ottenere problemi di cibo e di intrattenimento facilmente.La stanza è così bello e grande, ma il modo per arrivare alla stanza non può essere così facile.Le linee guida non sono così chiare sulla strada.

L'hardware dell'hotel è buono, la gestione è buona, il vento è un po' grande.La colazione è molto ricco.

Beds were comfortable and clean. We had the French toast, hotcoco and coffee with international delight creamer. The pool was really steamy and the towels had condensation dripping from the hot tub area. There was only one usb port on an alarm clock. An open window or some fresh air circulation would be good. We very much enjoyed the friendly staff and the experience. Thank you
