Colombia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Dipartimento di Bolívar

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Questo posto è semplicemente sorprendente. La mia ragazza e io abbiamo deciso di rimanere qui per le prime due notti in Colombia e non potevamo essere più felici con la nostra decisione. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite africana - la stanza era pulita, bellamente decorata, e aveva così tanto fascino. Il letto era comodo e tutte le attrazioni erano così pubblicitarie. Ma questo è solo il punteggio del ghiaccio. Il personale qui è davvero quello che merita una recensione stellare. siamo arrivati tardi e anche prima che arrivassimo, il proprietario Marcus ci aveva risposto immediatamente con informazioni sul check-in. Quando siamo arrivati lì - Franco (François) ci aspettava e ci ha dato un giro rapido e pensativo della BnB e era così gentile e informativo con ogni domanda che avevamo. Ha fatto il viaggio per noi. È un essere umano così meraviglioso. La mattina seguente abbiamo avuto un sorprendente colazione, cotta perfettamente e accolta dalla torta di residenti nelle stanze - un bel tipo di lila, così come Marcus, che era tanto benvenuto e gentile quanto era al telefono. Quando siamo partiti, Roman lavorava e ci ha messo in macchina alla stazione di autobus, ed era altrettanto gentile e utile. Potrei andare avanti - ma solo fare un favore da solo e prenotare questo BnB. Tornero' la prossima volta che torno a Cartagena - e in ogni momento dopo.

Excelente servicio, muy bien atendido , su personal está bien preparado para la atención al huésped. Habitación limpia. Ofrece playa a 50 mts pero actualmente no hay playa. Están en obra,.por lo que se debe desplazar más de 500mts para tener acceso a una. Los precios de los productos de minibar altísimos. Lo califico en general con 4.5/5

Absolutamente fantastico. Questo è un tranquillo piccolo ristorante con forse 14 camere. 1.5 ore da Cartagena City. Un po' di un'auto afflitta, ma sicuramente vale la pena il viaggio. Una volta entrate attraverso le porte, è bellissimo e tranquillo. Stile di tipo balinese. Non un resort a cinque stelle, ma fanno un lavoro molto bello. Molto ben attrezzato, quindi avete qualcuno per aiutarvi se avete bisogno di qualcosa. Molto tranquillo. Nessun telefono, nessun TV’s in camera. Le camere sono spaziose, private, molto comode. Due piccole spiagge su entrambi i lati della zona principale. Tutti a ricezione aperta, Ristorante. Un ristorante a due livelli. Il cibo era davvero terribile. Il miglior cibo che abbiamo avuto in Colombia. Siamo stati lì per tre notti e l'abbiamo amato assolutamente. Molti viaggiatori di giorno, persone che entrano da Cartagena in barca per passare il giorno al resort. Era bello. Sicuramente tornerà. Grazie a Dio che ha preso così bene la nostra famiglia. Un posto speciale.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, la piscina è pulita e igienica. La piscina è davvero bella per fare foto durante la notte. Perche'i bambini amano nuotare, ha scelto questo hotel. La piscina è molto pulita. Vale la pena raccomandare, tranne per il colazione.

Così accogliente e bellissimo posto 🥰. Aggiunto una notte alla mia prenotazione perché amava l'armonia e la pace che mi sentivo in quel hotel. Il colazione era sorprendente 200/10 🤩. Grande varietà di frutti, cibo sano e locale. Grazie tante a Andrey, così gentile e affascinante, che mi ha aiutato in tutto; così come a Jorge, che è così professionista nel suo lavoro, Alfredo e ragazze da cucina, grazie per il cibo così delizioso. Il tetto è un sogno ma purtroppo non hanno (stabili) barista per godere di bevande.Purtroppo, il manager generale è stato poco professionale e poco gentile, deve migliorare la sua relazione professionale per guidare una buona gestione di un hotel di questa categoria. Vorrei tornare nel mio prossimo viaggio a Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Raccomandazioni: se non tollerare il rumore, non prenotare le camere vicino alla strada.

Tutte le camere hanno una vista intorno ad un cortile centrale, che è bello, ma non pratico, perché la gente passa sempre, così non si può lasciare la finestra aperta perché non si ottiene privacy. La tenda non è una tenda, ma un cieco rotante, quindi chiudete o aprite. La mia stanza è nel pavimento, dove si trova il ristorante. Potrebbe essere meglio negli altri piani. Quindi solo luce artificiale. La stanza non ha nemmeno un desk, altrimenti è decente e pulita. Il colazione è semplice ma buono con caffè, succo di frutta e omeletta. Il posto è sicuro e la reception deve aprire per voi per entrare e uscire. Posizione saggio è abbastanza buono così come è dentro il muro ma non dove i turisti sono in attesa. Controlla rigorosamente alle 3:00 anche se la stanza è disponibile 😅

Wonderful time in Cartagena. Travelled with my husband for my birthday. Stayed 5 nights. The staff is lovely; very friendly and welcoming and attentive. The city is absolutely magical. We loved everything about our stay. The food was excellent; had amazing breakfast and drinks at the hotel restaurant and it really surpassed our expectations. We just left and can't wait to be back! Special thanks to Christian at the front desk who went above and beyond helping us plan things to do in Cartagena which made our trip extra special.

قمت بحجز غرفه لمدة عشر ايام بخيار عدم الغاء وعند اكمال نصف المدة حاولت الغاء الحجز ول يكن هناك تجاوب من ادارة الفندق وهو من ابسط حقوقهم كنت اتمنى لو كان هناك بعض المرونة في التعامل الفندق جميل والغرفة واسعه ويوجد احتمالة كبيرة في حال زياره المدينة مرة اخرى ساقوم بالحجز فيه مجددا ولكن مع خيار الغاء او تعديل الحجز وجبة الافطار متنوعه ولذيذة والفندق مريح ومكانه كان ممتاز

L'hotel è bello e le camere sono enormi con balcone di vista sul mare! Questo hotel non ha una spiaggia privata in modo che nessuno può nuotare in spiaggia frontale dell'hotel. Quando si vuole andare alla spiaggia frontale e ottenere posti e ombrella si deve pagare COL PESO 30.000! Alla spiaggia di fronte ci sono molti venditori di cibo venditori di bevande che ogni 5 minuti qualcuno si sconvolgerà che era l'unico - problema! Il riposo è grande e soprattutto le piscine erano sorprendenti! Il colazione è buono! Bene per la famiglia e il gruppo di amici!
