Dovete essere più precisi nel tipo di camera. Dovevamo pagare 100 dollari per persona a notte, presumibilmente per il mercato internazionale che non ci piaceva per niente.

Cofresi Palm Beach Resort and Spa is an absolutely GORGEOUS resort! That being said, communication was extremely poor and it took several days of exploration to figure things out. As a result, I wanted to share a few tips / relevant information I wish I had known: - VIP Beach is absolutely incredible; if you have access to this beach, be sure to check out the beach bunk beds/swinging beds. You can also get 2 hours of free Wi-Fi on this beach as well as customized blended drinks and all-inclusive snacks - Dinner Reservations are only able to be made between 9 AM - 11 AM at guest services. I recommend getting there as early as possible as I was only able to get reservations 2/7 nights - EVERYONE is trying to sell you something… even hotel staff. And frankly, they get quite pushy. So know your boundaries and what you are willing to spend/where - Wi-Fi is available for purchase at the front desk (per device); otherwise you are limited to 1 hour of free Wi-Fi per day - If you want a lock & key for your safe, you have to ask the front desk to purchase it - Currency exchange opens at 9 AM and is available at The Tropical lobby - In regards to the buffets, Casablanca had a much wider selection and overall better food than The Pearl Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful time. The resort is gorgeous. It has a beautiful ocean, clean rooms, friendly staff, a gorgeous beach, and countless pools/bars. I would highly recommend this resort if you have these tips in mind.

Ho goduto il mio soggiorno a Casa Marina. Bello servizio. Convenientemente situato passi lontano da Playa Alicia. Ha anche la sua sulla spiaggia privata. Il ristorante a buffet non poteva essere posizionato meglio per godere la bellezza del mare mentre godeva un delizioso pasto. Il pranzo e la cena sono sempre buoni, troverai sempre qualcosa che ti piace.L'unica cosa con cui non sono d'accordo è la politica degli ospiti, l'hotel non permette ”ospite fuori”.A parte questo.Mi fermerò di nuovo

Pros: beach front, easy access to the beach, tranquility around the lounge beach chairs. Friendly staff Cons: hotel is dated, shower was too small. There were cucarachas coming off the AC vents. Staff came to address it right away, however. There are not elevators and it is difficult to bring luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors. The place was not design for people with mobility issues. Also people are allowed with dogs unleashed. One small dog came after me. When I approach the dog’s owner to ask if he could put his dog on a leash, he became belligerent, disrespectful, and a kind of racist. The hotel staff watched and did nothing. When I ask for the manager to complaint I was told she was on vacation (?) when I ask for whoever was in charge, I was also told that person was also unavailable. It was frustrating and disappointing as that was a safety issue that remained unaddressed.

This hotel is very well located in the city center for nightlife, with everything at a walking distance. The staff is not very welcoming even though they try to be professional. I was told at check-in that my room was the best in the hotel. However I was shocked to see how basic it was. The bathroom has old, not so clean and defective shower fixtures, this needs to be taken care of urgently. There was hair all over the bathroom from previous guest and the bathroom floor mat was filthy. The room has a desk but no chair, the room has no iron or ironing board. In summary, In summary: 1) Desk with no table 2) No ironing board or iron 3) Refrigerator too small difficult to control the temperature 3) Could have next to it a counter with microwave 5) Bathroom fixture old from another age and malfunctioning. In conclusion, the place failed my standards but i think the owner should take care of these issues. I will not share photos of the rooms because i am convinced that the COVID pandemic has taken its toll on the Tourist economy and hotel may have suffered the consequences of the lengthy shut down. There is some great potential there and some renovation will go a long way. Insect control is not perfect but understandable, we are here in the Caribbean. Overall OK.

I have never written any reviews before, but this time I felt compelled to share my experience. I highly recommend visiting Casa Colonial as soon as possible. Our family vacation there was truly magical. From the exquisite architecture and interior design to the attentive staff, delectable cuisine prepared by the chef, and the luxurious pool and spa facilities, every aspect exceeded our expectations. We have been searching for a destination like this for a long time, and Casa Colonial surpassed all our hopes. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it is also very accommodating for families with children and babies. The personalized, warm, and exceptional experience we received at Casa Colonial, complemented by the stunning tropical views, is unparalleled. This establishment certainly deserves a five-star rating.

From check in to departure we felt comfortable and safe. The pool is large and in great condition. The landscaping was well tended and beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. This location is across the street from the Calypso restaurant which is on the beach and we enjoyed our meals there and great views. It is centrally located on the Cabarete beach and within walking distance to most places. There is also a great coffee shop in front of the hotel for morning coffee.

Proche de l’action proche des plages proche des commerces emplacement privilégié Personnel très sympathique entendu faut parler l’espagnol sinon c’est dur et service moins bon , les américains qui pullulent dans cet hotel en savent quelque chose . Clientèle un peu plouc majoritairement banlieue new-yorkaise parlant très fort et se croyant important. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est pas mal propre confirmer et dans les tarifs du coin. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes. La piscine est sympa et jamais personne dedans , nettoyée tous les matins

Situazione molto buona, vicino alla spiaggia e al centro. Non c'era acqua calda per la doccia**** durante i due giorni che sono stato all'hotel. C'era una GOTERA nel bel mezzo del bagno, che faceva pericoloso alzare **** la notte, perché il suolo era giù. La colazione lasciava abbastanza da desiderare, poche opzioni. Hotel molto attraente e molto ben situato, ma è molto mal mantenuto, manca moderniz***.
