Regno Unito: hotel con palestra nella provincia di West Yorkshire

Hotel decente per quello che paga, personale amichevole e camere confortevoli. solo una poca TV ma abbastanza spazio per lavorare e una buona stanza di bagno. consigliere un viaggio di lavoro soprattutto se non si sta pianificando di spendere troppo tempo in hotel durante il tuo soggiorno

Ho fatto il check-in alle 21:00 del 01/05/26, quando sono arrivato in hotel. Ci sono due receptionist che mi hanno chiesto un sacco di cose, tipo se avevo un'auto e se dovevo lasciare 1,01 sterline come deposito. Poi mi hanno dato un foglio che ho dovuto guardare 3 volte con il mio nome e il mio indirizzo email. Ma... c'era un altro cliente con un'altra receptionist, dopo il deposito gli hanno dato la chiave per andare subito in camera. Quindi ho chiesto alla receptionist di spiegarmi perché non dovevano firmare nulla. Perché mi trattavano diversamente????? Ho chiesto alla receptionist di servirmi, ma un'altra receptionist mi ha detto che quello che faceva con l'ospite non aveva niente a che fare con me. E si è comportata in modo poco educato con me. Poi ha chiamato il suo ospite per farsi firmare un foglio, così ho detto alla receptionist che mi serviva ancora che avevo il diritto di chiedere perché avevo ricevuto un servizio diverso, avevo già pagato loro e non avevo un'auto, quindi hanno ricevuto subito la chiave ma solo la mia. Se non lo dico, un'altra reception non porterà la carta da firmare. Non mi dispiace, ma mi chiedo se ci sia un'ingiustizia. Mi chiedo solo se sia così, quindi chiedo gentilmente, ma un'altra receptionist non è molto gentile con me. Questa è la prima volta che vengo in questo hotel. Sono stato in tutto il mondo, questa prima volta sono rimasto molto deluso dalle receptionist e ho chiesto una camera lontana dall'ascensore, ma mi hanno dato una camera molto vicina. La camera era pulita e i servizi erano perfetti. Solo la receptionist alla reception mi ha già rifiutato. Sono stato in molti Hilton in tutto il mondo, viaggio molto, questa è la prima volta che ricevo un servizio scadente dalla receptionist. Si sono presentati molto bene 👍👍👍👍

I requested a quiet room , which when I arrived was happy to see I was on the 5th floor . After the event I attended I came back to my room and was very upset to be met by very loud music blaring into the room from outside , this continued all night and stopped at 5am . I managed 1hours sleep , I was mortified . This ruined my experience.

Really nice hotel. Arrived very early and had both rooms ready which was a wonderful welcome and really appreciated! Friendly check in and a really clean, nice looking hotel. Car park is small and really tight to get out of so don't take a big SUV! Only issue was with pillows not being firm enough for our preference but that's a personal sensitivity. We usually take ours with us. Overall, a lovely hotel and will defo stay again.

Grande posizione centrale e una camera decente di dimensioni. Solo mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli. Prenotazione di stanza calda - nessun termostat sul radiatore e finestre sigillate chiuse! Un ventilatore è stato fornito. Un secondo piccolo finestra nella camera da letto manca una cortina e bloccato il drenaggio del bagno!

la piscina era buona, le regole sono state correttamente applicate localizzazione è stata buona, non una zona rumorosa concierge è stato molto utile con la nostra situazione del bagaglio e diciamoci che potremmo controllare in anticipo se fossimo membri dell'IHG

Great location, friendly reception staff, clean and tidy room. Nothing to complain about for the price.

We have just had a lovely stay at this Double Tree by Hilton in Leeds. It's in an excellent location. Outside are boats and the river a wonderful setting for the summer. We will definitely return for warmer brighter sunny days and nights. I would recommend a visit to the sky lounge, we had a couple of cocktails it was very nice. Friendly service. The hotel is marvellously clean. Comfortable beds. Room a little warm but we had a small window which did open so that was OK. The Breakfast is by far the best I've seen for choices there would be something for everyone. It was excellent. Overall, we very happy with every aspect of our stay, would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant at best. The staff were very helpful but the hotel itself was not the best. We asked for a family room but the sofa bed meant for the 2 kids was barely big enough and was sunk in the middle which meant the kids kept rolling into the middle. The telephone for reception did not work. The small pool was cordoned off and the pool cues had no cue tip so we could not play with them despite having put our money in. You have to book a time slot for swimming (something I was not made aware of till we got to the pool) so again disappointed and had to come up with an alternative plan. The breakfast was delicious though however far cheaper if booked the night before - something I was kit aware until I asked. Overall, not our favourite trip.

Stavo in camera gemella sul secondo piano. Check-in era facile, il personale era davvero amichevole e il servizio eccellente. La stanza era bella. Comfortabile e tranquillo. Buona struttura e doccia erano fantastici. Nessun buffet caldo colazione, ma hai ordinato da un menu. Le porzioni sono piccole ma molto deliziose. C'era un buffet di stile continentale freddo. La giovane donna che ci ha servito entrambe le mattine era deliziosa. Non c'era molto problema. Vorrei aver preso il suo nome per farla cadere in questa recensione! La posizione era eccellente. A circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 2 minuti a piedi a tutti i negozi, ristoranti e bar, ecc. Quando si è verificato alle 11, l'hotel ci ha permesso di tenere le valigie lì fino alle 6:00, perché il nostro treno non era fino alla serata presto. Il mio hotel è stato il primo a scegliere se ritorniamo a Leeds.
