Regno Unito: hotel con palestra nella provincia di West Yorkshire

La stanza era molto confortevole e aveva tutto ciò che era necessario da asciugacapelli, ferro, molte socche di plug. L’unica colpa era la plug in bacino che si fermò nel buco. La colazione era bella, non sbrigata e aiutatevi a fare qualcosa dal buffet - caldo o freddo. Grande parcheggio auto gratuito.

Stunning room, great bed, very comfortable. Cannot complain about anything apart from we had an accessible bathroom and my friend had a shower at 2am and water went everywhere. Our room was a big puddle, I had to call for help. Something went wrong with the drainage and water wasn't going down. Also downside was 3 tiny sachets of milk and tiny coffee sachets so we couldn't enjoy our morning coffee in the room. Apart from this, everything was great.

The hotel is in a good location near the city centre and across from the theatres, handy for local transport which is walkable in about 8 minutes. The room was large with a good bathroom but a shower would have been better than climbing into a bath. The breakfast was buffet style and a varied choice including alternative dairy options my disappointment was the orange juice which was not undiluted. The lifts were large enough to accommodate wheel chairs.

Can’t believe we’ve never used this place before! Far exceeded expectations and we’ll definitely be back. Loved it all. Makes far more sense than a regular hotel. We used it for a one night stopover but would love to have stayed longer.

在利茲這個城市待了2周，因第2周正逢2024年春節期間，因公寓有可以燒飯燒菜，所以選擇了這個公寓（在利茲能滿足自己燒燒弄弄的酒店不是很多）。 魁北克整體城堡建築，符合歐洲特色，喜歡類似的可以選擇。 公寓位置非常好，就在利茲火車站對面（車站和公寓之間是個廣場【歷史建築】，散散步，看看鴿子，廣場靠近公寓這邊樓下是酒吧），且旁邊就是利茲商業街，購物，出行，美食一應俱全，非常方便。 公寓的進出門在其建築一側（酒吧隔壁）。前台非常友好。 公寓房間很整齊，這次訂了一卧室，開放式廚房（餐具齊全），美中不足是提供的冰箱衹能是冷藏，無冷凍（衹能將冷藏温控調最低了）。另外還有一個欠缺是窗無法打開（客廳、卧室都無法打開），估計考慮到公寓的窗太大了不安全吧（客廳的窗真的是非常大），所以燒的菜味道揮發的比較慢了。

Lovely stay at your hotel, the only negative was the quality of the warm breakfast items bacon was terrible really badly over cooked or pre cooked along time ago. Not sure what mushrooms was cooked in but a horrible after taste. Eggs also looked like been cooked along time. But all cold items were lovely and staff very good.

The experience was great until the electricity when off an hour after I used the oven/microwave in the evening - almost had dinner in the dark with my husband. Luckily, the Guest Service helped me quickly via WhatsApp. Another missing item was toilet tissue. I was only provided with one roll for 4 days stay. It forced me to purchase tissue with my own money.

Il giorno dopo, ho prenotato una stanza per il 80° compleanno di mia madre, un pasto e un pasto nella sala da pranzo con la famiglia. Tutto era perfetto per mia madre, dalla stanza alla cena e al servizio - un grido speciale a Vicki Wood e (Mi dispiace non aver ricevuto il suo nome) la signora che si occupava di tutto per noi al Claret Jug.

Da quando arrivai a una accoglienza amichevole alla ricezione (Sam) tutto e ogni membro del personale era bello e non poteva fare abbastanza per aiutare. Dal foyer al bar/divorzio alla nostra stanza, abbiamo trovato senza spot, ben pensato e estremamente comodo. Il letto era comodo e non si udì nulla di strano se ci fosse un miglioramento che potessi offrire, un menu di pigiama sarebbe grande. Altrimenti 5 stelle e sicuramente usiamo di nuovo 😁
