Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel c'era un sacco di costruzione all'interno e nessuno l'ha affrontata. Nessuno ha detto, scusate per la confusione o la disturbo. In un momento i letti erano completamente vibranti dal lavoro che era stato fatto. Poi il bagno si è chiuso. Abbiamo chiamato e hanno detto che non c'era nessun manutenzione in servizio, ma mi hanno portato un piatto ... Anche quando il blocco era stato cancellato, il bagno non scorrerebbe correttamente. Ho finalmente sceso al desk per vedere cosa fare dopo. La ragazza del dipartimento di fronte disse che poteva chiedere al manutentore di venire dalla porta accanto, o potevamo cambiare le stanze. Ho detto che se arrivasse presto, potremmo tenere la stanza. L’uomo è venuto a correggere la questione del bagno, e non abbiamo avuto altri problemi con questo. Infine, i bambini erano molto emozionati a nuotare, ma il tubo caldo era vuoto. La piscina era così fredda i bambini erano dentro per qualche minuto, ma non riuscivano a rimanere perché l'acqua era così fredda e il cloruro era così alto che bruciava gli occhi per essere nella stanza. Possiamo mangiare abbastanza colazione al mattino per soddisfarci, ma la costruzione del lobby lo ha ancora ostacolato. L'Holiday Inn Express non è un posto cattivo e probabilmente è meglio quando tutto funziona, ma non siamo stati il destinatario di questo tipo di soggiorno.

We ended up booking this place, but due to some car troubles we arrived late. I had called previously knowing that I would be late on arrival and making sure my reservation that I prepaid for would still be available. I was told by the receptionist that the room would be available upon my late arrival. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and an attendant who helps maintain the property showed up. Apparently, the reservation was cancelled which made me upset. They had to call around and ask to instruct the attendant how to find my previous reservation and get me checked into a room, which took a while. The room was fine. It was nice they had a complimentary destination charger which you needed a code for in order to use.

Il lavoro del desk front era molto amichevole e mi ha anche desiderato un compleanno felice! Molto gentile, anche pensando che ci fossero riparazioni in corso nella zona del colazione, era ancora pulito e tranquillo.

This hotel was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. They were able to get me a room on the bottom floor away from the elevator & near a side door for my dogs. This hotel had fresh coffee all day, a little store to shop in & our room was sparkling clean without a speck of dust (ours was Courtesey of Yvonne). The Hotel was very very quiet, staff were very friendly, kind and helpful when we had to unexpectedly book for a second night due to bad weather. I can't even begin to express how thankful we are that we were able to stay in the same room. Thank you Yvonne from room 115 12/27 & 12/28

I enjoyed getting out of town for the day, the desk staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and the tv was nice but there were a few issues. The bathtub in room 211 had mold growing; I had requested to be given a room on the upper floor. The pool was not able to be used right away because they had just put in chemicals…why not do this right after 11:00 when everyone has checked out. The breakfast was your typical hotel fair but the $12.99 price tag was a bit steep. It was nice to eat off of real plates and utensils.

Great staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

L'ospedale era un plus, la progettazione della stanza era eccellente, in alto scala. il personale era molto amichevole e utile. l'unica questione era l'installazione di una scatola televisiva e la telecamera non funzionava, quindi si fermava su un canale. il frigo non si chiudeva, Così si teneva caldo le bevande. Potrebbe servire una luce notturna. Grazie per la vostra amicizia e per il colazione continentale, e per la vostra emenità.

È la nostra prima volta in questo hotel e è stato un ottimo soggiorno! Il personale è amichevole e il colazione è stato ben preparato.

The service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves. Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

Overall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.  The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.
