Sono venuto a festeggiare il mio compleanno e ho avuto un bel tempo.Tutti sorridono di te. Anche loro hanno un torto. Pro: -Il servizio è super veloce e si sente come il lusso. - La piscina interna era grande e molto pulita. - La giornata ha avuto dei formatori. - La colazione era enorme con veg e non veg. -centro della città ancora così tranquillo - Il letto è enorme e le camere sono spaziose - iPad con molta alta tecnologia - Espresso doveva farlo, ma vi daranno aiuto. - buon Wi-Fi - parcheggio falso Con: Chiesto di pulire la stanza tardi la sera, ma non l'ha fatto. I would like to give a shoutout to Mr Uraj chettri for his excellent service during my stay in this hotel and the front office team too Febronia . Overall rooms also were near and clean food was also good 😊......

Siamo rimasti a questo hotel per una settimana .A pochi minuti dalla città bianca ma abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza in termini di pulizia, igiene, personale molto utile, cibo al loro ristorante in casa era delizioso, strutture di custodia, Il professionismo in relazione alla gestione dei clienti.Menzione speciale alla signorina Vishalakshmi e alla signorina Parvathy che ci hanno curati molto bene.Anche Nitin che ci ha servito tanti pasti a May Kitchen è stato molto buono.Il cibo, Tutti i pasti, soprattutto la cucina francese che abbiamo mangiato una volta erano ben preparati.In tutto abbiamo avuto meraviglioso sette giorni e si consiglia di fermarsi all'Hotel Aura.

i had checked in Hotel Abirami ( Pondicherry)on 13-01-2023, i stayed upto 15-01-23. in my room in bathroom when toilet flush was operated water leaked. NO response frm hotel staff. during nite time there was noise and chaos in the corridor of 3rd floor. students group from North, were staying and they were creating so much noise and chaos, hotel staff didnt take any action. We wereunable to sleep both nite we stayed in hotel abirami. on 13-01-23 nite dinner we orderd roomservice. resuturant took our order and informed they will deliver in 20 mins. we waited for 30 mins but dinner never came to our room.when we called up the resturant, they cooly informed they unable to serve diner!!!..resturant didnt have the courtesy to inform us early that they are unable to serve diner.since it was already 11 pm we have to forego dinner !! PATHETIC ROOM SERVICE , POOR HOUSEKEEPING and UNRESPONSIVE hotel staff!

Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo per la stanza. Ho visitato la stanza il 20 gennaio e ho chiesto la mia stanza. La persona sul desk front parlava letargico, senza alcun modo & resoectin un tono rude e chiedeva di tome, quando ho fatto la prenotazione, quale data ... E non ha ricevuto alcuna prenotazione.. Perché qualcuno avrebbe visitato un hotel dopo aver prenotato tutto il denaro in anticipo? Poi si rende conto che avevo già prenotato e trovato da qualcun altro sulla mia prenotazione. Tuttavia, ha detto che non c'era spazio disponibile. Tutti sono prenotato e mi ha chiesto di aspettare per 5 minuti. Nonostante aspettare 20-30mins Non ho avuto una stanza. Parlava con qualcuno di nuovo.. Poi improvvisamente disse la stanza disponibile in un altro hotel vicino.. Ho chiesto perché dovrei rimanere in un altro posto quando ho prenotato questo hotel. Ha ripetuto lo stesso.. Avrebbe dovuto chiedere e discutere con il cliente con i suoi clienti sulle possibili opzioni. Ha preso le sue mani e ha deciso cosa gli ha fatto sentire facile e cimfi.. Anche se sto aspettando con un 4.5 Anziano.. Le ragioni che ha dato per questo errore sono le questioni dell'acqua soffocata, ecc.. Quando mi ha parlato in modo così confidenziale in un tono brutto.. ..che non ha ricevuto alcuna prenotazione per il 20°.. Quel tempo il s/w sembrava adorare e quando ha imparato ho sentito tjme pagare ... Ha imparato che sto dicendo la verità.. Tuttavia, condannando i suoi modi poveri, senza rispetto per i clienti. Non aspettavo più come ero con la mia famiglia e mi costretto a andare dove gliel'ha detto ... Come un'altra opzione, stavo chiedendo il rimborso, perché non sono rimasto lì.. Ancora una volta, la stessa rudezza, ”non posso restituire i soldi, non funzionerà così” ... Ho pagato 3353.00 e ho rimasto in un posto che costa 1400 a 1700.00.. Non ho ricevuto né un rimborso né una scusa..Mi aspetto un rimborso completo del mio denaro.

Il mio arrivo ha dimostrato che il vostro hotel si sforza di eccellenza in tutti gli aspetti. Il livello di comfort che ho vissuto durante il mio soggiorno è stato davvero notevole. L'attenzione ai dettagli della decorazione della stanza, la pulizia e l'atmosfera generale hanno contribuito a un ambiente incredibilmente rilassante e piacevole. Ogni membro della squadra che incontrai andava oltre e sopra per assicurarmi che le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte e che il mio soggiorno fosse memorabile. Il loro professionalismo, amicizia e volontà di aiutare creavano un ambiente caldo e accogliente che mi faceva sentire a casa. Inoltre, sono stato profondamente impressionato dalla gamma di servizi e servizi offerti dal vostro hotel. Sia che si tratti delle piacevoli opzioni alimentari, del centro fitness ben attrezzato, o delle strutture spa rigiovane, tutto è stato progettato con la massima considerazione e qualità. Mi ha davvero migliorato l'esperienza generale e mi ha aggiunto il livello di comfort che mi sentivo durante il mio soggiorno.

I have stayed recently in this hotel, firstly it provides complimentary breakfast and quality is good, rooms are spacious, bar and restaurant menu is costly. They have packages for tours and charges are higher sides, they have swimming pool facility it is from 08am to 05pm some what at office times, spa is under maintenance. Some temples and beach are nearer other locations like church and dargah is far, this hotel location is 1-2kms far from main junction. Coz at late evening difficult to find transportation like autos etcs and hospitality is ok not upto mark need improvement. They have only auto for pick up and drop at airport and it is not reliable( i have faces issue like i have booked auto for drop at station, auto person gone with other passenger without intimating, even desk people didn’t help response is pathetic). But hotel is best place to stay when compare with the karaikal area, coz this place very small and very less places to visit and shops closes early and transportation is difficult. And moreover be careful auto people charge very high rate better to bargain. Staff in this hotel speaks max tamil very less hindi and good at english.
