Austria: hotel con spa nella provincia di Salisburghese

L'hotel era più comodo per i trasporti pubblici (filobus) per il centro di Salisburgo di quanto mi aspettassi. Molte linee passano proprio di fronte all'hotel e c'è un grande centro commerciale e un supermercato accanto, dove abbiamo potuto facilmente fare la spesa durante il nostro soggiorno. Nonostante l'hotel fosse molto affollato e pieno di ospiti, il personale alla reception e al ristorante per la colazione era tutto cordiale e attento. Anche la vista dalla hall dell'hotel era molto bella. Un punto neutro è che il cartello d'ingresso dell'hotel su Sterneckstrasse potrebbe essere migliorato. Abbiamo trascorso circa due minuti a camminare intorno all'edificio cercando di trovare l'ingresso. Forse potresti prendere in considerazione l'aggiunta di più segnaletica o un'indicazione più chiara di dove si trova l'ingresso? Purtroppo, ho riscontrato alcuni problemi che hanno messo in ombra questi aspetti positivi. Avendo avuto un'esperienza molto soddisfacente in un hotel BW a Bologna, in Italia (da cui non mi aspettavo molto, dato che si trattava solo di un soggiorno di una notte durante un viaggio su strada, ma tutto, dalla colazione al letto e agli interni, era fantastico), avevo grandi aspettative anche per questo hotel BW Plus. Poiché ho visitato durante un'alta stagione turistica, non mi aspettavo un check-in anticipato e tutto sembrava a posto finché non sono entrato nella stanza la sera. Per prima cosa, ho trovato quelle che sembravano essere tracce di un ospite precedente nel water: sì, una piccola macchia di qualcosa di marrone. Era minuscola, meno di un quarto delle dimensioni di un'unghia, ma era comunque evidente. Ho una vista scarsa e spesso vengo sgridato da mia moglie per non aver notato cose del genere. Ho anche notato macchie marroni secche simili sul pavimento del bagno, che ho pensato fossero la stessa cosa. Il soffione della doccia aveva calcare e muffa, il che non ha lasciato una buona impressione. Questi sono problemi che potrebbero essere facilmente risolti con un po' di candeggina, e ho pensato che sarebbe stato bello se il personale addetto alle pulizie prestasse più attenzione a tali dettagli. La cosa più deludente è stata l'imbottitura del cuscino, di cui allego semplicemente una foto qui. Molti ospiti, soprattutto quelli dall'Asia, hanno elogiato molto la colazione nelle recensioni di Google, quindi avevo delle aspettative. Tuttavia, avendo soggiornato in molti hotel in Europa, non l'ho trovata particolarmente speciale. In termini di gusto, la valuterei intorno al 70-80 su 100. (Per essere precisi, la paragonerei alla colazione di altri hotel a quattro stelle come il Grand Hotel International Prague o l'Holiday Inn City a Düsseldorf) In conclusione, nonostante questi problemi, voglio comunque dare all'hotel una valutazione a 4 stelle. Questo perché sono riuscito a prenotare una camera solo due settimane prima del mio viaggio per una tariffa di circa 150 euro a notte, il che è abbastanza ragionevole durante l'alta stagione in questa zona. Sono convinto che con un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia e all'igiene delle camere, questo hotel potrebbe migliorare rapidamente la soddisfazione dei clienti. Nonostante le preoccupazioni sull'igiene, sono rimasto complessivamente soddisfatto del mio soggiorno in questo hotel. I booked an “executive” room at a rate above the already high standard price, largely because the listing photos showed a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. In reality, the only “executive” feature seemed to be that it was located on the 6th floor. Access to the executive lounge was not included and required an extra fee — and from what I saw when peeking inside, it certainly didn’t seem worth paying for. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was shockingly small, with a shower stall easily under 1m². As a petite Asian woman, I still found it uncomfortably cramped and awkward, especially when washing my hair. The space looked nothing like the listing photos, which feels misleading. I regret not raising this with reception immediately, but the more I used the room, the more dissatisfied I became. Misrepresentation in promotional images is simply unacceptable, and I will be attaching comparison photos to show the difference. The room itself also fell short in comfort. The pillows were so thin that they flattened to bed level the moment you lay on them — we had to fold them in half just for the extra height for support. Amenities were extremely basic and in no way justified the high room rate. This was my first time staying at a Wyndham property, and I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the brand’s overall standards. The only plus point of this hotel like other properties at the area is that it’s near the main train station and transportation. Service at check in was also very helpful with the nice lady taking time giving directions with a map.

I must say that my stay here with my husband was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. The service was impeccable, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The facilities were outstanding.. we thoroughly enjoyed the spa, gym, and swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and offered everything we needed to start each day perfectly. ❤️ The hotel's location was another major highlight. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Fuschl am See Bus Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding region. We were able to travel comfortably to Hallstatt, St. Wolfgang and Salzburg, all of which were easily accessible by public transport. On a beautiful sunny day, we rented bicycles from Jacob and cycled around the stunning Fuschlsee. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, crystal-clear waters, and peaceful countryside, it was an incredible experience and undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and would gladly return again in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, exceptional hospitality, and a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Salzkammergut region. ❤️✨

Il portiere: Un caloroso benvenuto, deposito bagagli e servizio di parcheggio (il parcheggio dell'hotel è a pagamento, circa 30 euro a notte). Dopo aver consegnato i bagagli in camera, hanno appeso con cura i nostri cappotti nell'armadio e sistemato le nostre borse e altri effetti personali negli armadietti. Buone recensioni. Camera: Abbastanza soddisfacente. Il minibar include bevande analcoliche e snack. Ristoranti: Abbiamo mangiato tutti i pasti in hotel dopo il nostro soggiorno. Diversi ristoranti erano buoni e la colazione era abbondante. Spa: L'hotel dispone di una spa gratuita. Ricordatevi di portare i costumi da bagno. Abbiamo dimenticato di portare la sauna. I costumi da bagno dell'hotel costano 400 euro e i modelli non erano di nostro gradimento. Altri servizi, come i massaggi, sono a pagamento. Le pulizie necessitano di miglioramenti: Quando siamo entrati in camera, c'era un fiore appassito sul pavimento, probabilmente lasciato dal personale delle pulizie. Si sono anche dimenticati di fornire il sapone per le mani. Suggerimenti: il personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato molto accogliente, quindi abbiamo seguito le usanze locali e ne abbiamo dati alcuni all'addetto al couverture, al portiere e al parcheggiatore.

Hotel staff is great and i paid for a superb breakfast! I like that the hotel is right next to the train station and A huge mall. View from the restaurant was also breathtaking. Salzburg is beautiful, and the reception tried their best to be accommodating and kind towards visitors. Room is clean and great for solo travellers, stay was absolutely value for money. Hotel is walkable to salz river if u fancy a quick run, and then near multiple attractions. Convenient and comfortable stay, a shame i couldn’t be there longer 🥲

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, l'ambiente è bello, il servizio è anche molto in posizione, la comodità è molto alta, e continuerà a vacanza qui l'anno prossimo.Il servizio della ricetta è anche molto buono, la posizione della prenotazione del ristorante e l'alloggio è molto intimido.

We stayed in a Signature Suite with a balcony that offered a magnificent view. The room was exceptional—beautifully maintained, well-managed, and impeccably clean. However, I believe the concierge service could benefit from better organization. The night before, I placed an in-room breakfast order for the following morning using the tablet provided in the room. Unfortunately, after waiting over 15 minutes the next morning with no food delivered, I contacted the concierge. It appeared that my order had not been properly received. I was told the meal would arrive within 10 minutes, but after another 15-minute wait and several follow-up calls, the breakfast that eventually arrived was not what I had ordered. Regrettably, I had to decline the meal. I hope the service process can be improved to match the otherwise excellent experience.

The hotel location is superb. Easy access to all the historical visit location. All are within walking distance. The hotel personnels are all very helpful and polite. They have share alots of location information and its a great help for 1st time to the city. The hotel facilities is superb. We love the SPA (Sauna, Steambath, swim pool). The breakfast is very high quality breakfast and has many choices. We love their pastry and breads. We definitely will come back to this hotel in our next visit to the city.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Zell am See. The accommodation was clean, beautifully maintained, and in an excellent location—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. What made our experience especially memorable was the incredible kindness and support from the hotel staff. We had accidentally booked the wrong dates through an agency, but the hotel team went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. They handled everything with such patience and generosity, which we deeply appreciated. The property also includes access to a covered parking garage—perfect for those traveling by car. Zell am See itself is a lovely little town, perfect for a peaceful family holiday. Highly recommended—we’d gladly return!
