From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. the location was good layout of bars and entertainment was good for samal island,, the location was also not far from the main town area which makes it good location, were other ” resorts” and that word is badly applied to most on samal island , where they charge more than what they ever give in facilities also , room per night cost vers what the room provided is excesive priced , the room hot water could not reach 26degs , , shower head was so blocked with water decay that is barely worked , the main shower head did not work , the ” bathroom” there is barely enough room to use the toilet and not hit your legs, sink placed on the wall was a likly to cause injury with the tap , again so corroded that there is next to no flow of water on the crubling wall , holding the structure up on the 2nd level, there is a 26” tv and kettle , the double bed is pushed so near to the wall a person ca not get out on one side , and room small The aircon did a good job , it is very small , no microwave, not doors on chipboard cupboards , its is the most basic room , where the plastic tiles move on the concrete floor , room had a glass sliding door where it was hard to close , would not line up with the frame. Entertainment is was good , but not when its the same thing 7 days a week , and the staff FAIL TO reduce the sound after 10pm EVERY NIGHT , regardless of anyone there or not , but make sure the glass door rattled on the room from the high base for 6 hours and only turned it off after 12 midnight, Theres is no built in pool on the property , but relies on beach tide to fill the front area for swiming , and low tide **** smells bad if you go walk near it i the morning , several ppl had skin rashes from swiming in the ” Ocean ” and i would never risk going in , unless you want a medical bill from water born contaminates NEVER EVER book this place for more than a 2 night stay , Pricing of food was high , and also were the drinks , but both ware of good quality , would i go back ? yes and no 1 night maybe cos of the enetertainment , and i could put up what the many , many short coming of a high priced place with low , low qaulity, for every other aspect of the property

Our stay at Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation in Davao was truly a memorable family experience and exactly what you would expect from a high-end 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and well thought out for both adults and kids. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful swimming pools, pristine beachfront, and a wide range of water and land activities that kept the whole family entertained throughout our stay. Dining was a highlight. Every meal was consistently excellent, and having an onsite Starbucks was a great bonus for those quick coffee breaks in between activities. Breakfast each morning was especially impressive — a fantastic spread with high quality options that set the tone for the day. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the team. Special thanks to Joshua and Clarise — with Clarise showing excellent management in complicated situations — as well as Dominic and Ralphe, for their outstanding service and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth, enjoyable, and complete. This is a place that delivers on both luxury and warmth — perfect for families looking for a relaxing yet engaging getaway. We will definitely be back in September.

Questo hotel non può essere un lussuoso appartamento a cinque stelle, ma per la sua categoria è certamente uno dei migliori posti per soggiornare. Le camere erano pulite, ben mantenute e tutti gli apparecchi funzionavano correttamente, rendendo il soggiorno comodo e senza problemi. La posizione è anche molto conveniente, poiché si trova a pochi passi dalla Torre Pryce e dagli stabilimenti vicini. Uno dei punti di vista è che l'hotel non ha un ascensore, quindi se la vostra stanza è sul piano superiore, aspettate un po' di esercizio fisico. Non serve neanche pasti completi, ma forniscono gratis caffè e pane al lobby. Fortunatamente, ci sono molti ristoranti e posti di lavoro vicino, quindi trovare qualcosa da mangiare è molto facile.

The hotel is clean and the location is very accessible to get there the view is good and the service is good, highly recommended ☺️

Siamo rimasti a Corona Regency Residences per una settimana, e in generale è stata una grande scelta, soprattutto per i viaggiatori di bilancio con bambini.Uno dei più grandi punti di attenzione è stato l'accesso illimitato alla piscina fino alle 10 PM ogni giorno, che la nostra famiglia ha davvero goduto. Ha fatto una grande differenza nel mantenere i bambini divertiti senza dover andare fuori e spendere un po' di più. Il luogo offre servizi come l'hotel, e il personale è stato costantemente utile e ospitante per tutta la nostra permanenza. Se viaggiate come famiglia e cercate qualcosa di conveniente con buone strutture, questo è certamente un posto da considerare. nonostante la sua apparenza anziana, io scelgo ancora di rimanere qui per un viaggio familiare a buon mercato.

Hanno detto che mandano un furgone alle 1pm ma non c'era nessuno. Ho seguito via il messaggio dot com, nessuna risposta. Ho chiamato il loro numero mobile, diclinato! Suppongo che, rispondendo, dicono che erano in pausa di pranzo! Eravamo in fretta perché dobbiamo essere nella loro barca prima delle due per le loro istruzioni. No. Buona cosa abbiamo potuto chiedere al personale di Discovery Samal di portarci a Marina Wharf. 2. Il trasferimento di barca da marina a resort è stato cancellato a causa di grandi ondate. Capisco. Ci è stato detto che andremo in terra. Siamo in viaggio in un furgone, ribaltato per essere trasferito via RORO (sì, il trasferimento della nave) che ci ha preso 2 ore di freaking solo per ribaltare!! E un'altra ora per arrivare al resort. Ci siamo recati per 3 ore solo per arrivare al resort. Ci siamo avvicinati con altri passeggeri RORO - con e senza veicoli. Stiamo soggiornando in un resort 5 stelle, ma non possono fare qualcosa per rendere l'attesa/riparazione nel RORO un po' più veloce?? Ho visto il conducente pagare 20/passenger per guidare il RORO (non verificato). Non posso pagare un po' di più per una pista veloce o qualcosa del genere? Idk! Solo rly deluso bcos che viaggiavamo con un 3 anni! Naturalmente li ho messaggiati su questo via e-mail e sì, non hanno risposto di nuovo. Volevo valutare 5 stelle, ma la loro comunicazione con gli ospiti è così brutta. Ho lavorato in un hotel e ogni messaggio da parte degli ospiti è preso molto sul serio.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, making it convenient to get around and access nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved by offering a wider variety of food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again.

La stanza è pulita ogni giorno. I bagni e l'acqua con bottiglia sono riempiti ogni giorno. Bfast è soddisfacente. Il ristorante del tetto è un plus. Personale - molto amichevole e utile. Non c'è microonde per riscaldare il cibo. Non puoi portare il pomelo nella tua stanza a causa delle politiche sanitarie. Il lobby è in fase di rinnovamento, ma va bene.
