It was great! If there is one thing I need them to improve, it’s the restaurant service. Orders take a looot of time to get served even canned drinks. And you can’t tell me that it’s because of the occupancy. It’s a slow day when we checked in, not much guests around. Overall it definitely is a great place. Would come again. Would recommend. Just please improve the restaurant service!

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation is a truly exceptional getaway that blends luxury with nature in the most beautiful way. The plantation setting is peaceful and lush, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The villas are spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, offering complete privacy and comfort. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making every guest feel welcomed and well looked after. Service throughout the stay is impeccable, with great attention to detail. The food is delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and well-crafted dishes that enhance the overall experience.

This hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy.

What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.

Era la nostra prima esperienza della Pearl Farm e superava davvero le nostre aspettative 🥰 Ci siamo rimasti in questo resort per un bel tempo di relax, conforto del loro cibo da colazione a cena con snacks e bevande unli, La pace che ci ha dato il posto ci ha sentito così bene riposati, e il personale era tutto gentile e amichevole, soprattutto per il nostro toddler che si è davvero divertita a parlare con tutti i membri del personale che ha incontrato. Il miglior resort che abbiamo mai soggiornato e non abbiamo potuto smettere di parlare quanto grande il posto e tutti i cittadini. Certamente torneremo e rimarremo più presto.

Era un albergo di lunga tradizione, ma sembra che sia stato rinnovato in alcuni punti. Il ristorante è bellissimo. Stile buffet. Dato che mio figlio era stanco, abbiamo cenato in camera, ma il ristorante era pieno e ci è voluto un bel po' mentre per parlare al telefono. La camera era una grande camera familiare e, per qualche motivo, poteva ospitare 4 adulti e c'erano due letti king size, quindi sono stato fortunato in modo diverso. Ci sono molti servizi, tra cui asciugamani da bagno spessi, asciugamani per il viso e asciugamani. C'era una vasca da bagno e i bambini potevano divertirsi facendo il bagno, ma ci volevano 30 minuti perché l'acqua diventasse calda. Era confortevole con due nuovi condizionatori installati. Sono un giapponese che vive nelle Filippine per il secondo anno. Sebbene fosse un hotel di lunga data, sembra essere stato rinnovato ed è bellissimo. Bellissimo anche il ristorante. Mio figlio si è stancato, quindi ho rinunciato a mangiare al ristorante e ho cenato in camera, ma ho dovuto aspettare più di un'ora perché non riuscivo a prendere il telefono. Scegli una tipologia di camera familiare per 2 adulti e 1 bambino (3 anni). Per qualche motivo, c'erano abbastanza servizi per 4 adulti, asciugamani da bagno spessi, asciugamani per il viso e asciugamani per 4 persone e 2 letti king size, quindi sono stato fortunato in un modo diverso. Anche se era poco profondo, c'era una vasca da bagno, così i bambini potevano divertirsi facendo il bagno. Tuttavia, ho aspettato più di 30 minuti affinché l'acqua diventasse calda. Era comodo con due nuovi condizionatori d'aria. Se vuoi mangiare a buon mercato, Foodpanda offre anche servizi di consegna. È bello uscire, ma i gas di scarico sono terribili. Ho pensato che fosse un ottimo affare in quanto il costo totale era di poco più di 10.000 yen con colazione a buffet inclusa, check-in dalle 14:00 al check-out alle 12:00.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'Hotel Blue Lotus - abbiamo prenotato un letto di grandezza re e la camera data era molto spaziosa. La camera aveva le attrezzature adeguate . Ci rimarremo qui la prossima volta che siamo a Davao.

Al primo check-in abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza. La stanza sembrava molto vecchia e datata la aria condizionata non funzionava e il Wi-Fi non esisteva. Ho sollevato una denuncia alle 8 del mattino successivo. Ci sono voluti due ore, alle 8:00, per riparare questo e andare in un altro posto. Questa stanza era eccellente. Il condizionamento d’aria era in funzione. Era moderno, non sembrava più stretto dell'altra stanza, c'era una stanza da entrare da un lato del letto, mentre l'altra stanza poteva entrare solo da un lato del letto, mentre il letto era contro il muro, così questa nuova stanza era molto meglio. L'unica questione con l'hotel era la connessione Wi-Fi era estremamente rumore non esistente sarebbe la parola migliore, ma questo era l'unica questione che abbiamo avuto oggi. Tutto il resto era perfetto dalla pulizia al personale e il buffet colazione era accettabile solo non molto scelta per la pallet occidentale, ma per un filipino era ok
