Typical of cheap but functional hotel. The room is small with limited amenities its just a place to sleep and pack your back and go.

Il pranzo e il buffet di cena sono offerti, e la guardia è in attesa.  Hotel non raccomandato per sa maaarte. Luma na ang istituto a mahina ang toilet flush, nessun bidet. Fornito ang pail e dipper.  Mahina din arcone ang, ma abbastanza per rendere la camera a temperatura fredda.  Nessun asciugacapelli e asciugamano. We stayed for 2 days with no WiFi, no TV signal, and the air conditioner was leaking. We've called for a technician several times already. We called the Front desk officer to assist us, but they just told us there was no signal. It wasn't very pleasant since we did not enjoy what we paid for comfort and access to the internet. I hope that with this review, they will work on how to attend to their customers' concerns.

The location is amazing, less than a minute walk to the mall next door. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hotels also provide BOTH usb and usb-c charging ports, as well as universal plug sockets! The negative thing is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing a musty smell all day long, especially if the bathroom door is left closed. We booked two rooms. Our second room was also not done till around 4:30pm, and only after repeated enquiries at the front desk.

I am not sure if the hot and cold showers are functioning properly on the lower floors, but for us who are on the 4th and 8th floors, there is no hot shower available. The showers need to be replaced, as only three holes are functioning. The shower area on the 4th floor is clogged and literally flooded outside the shower room.

The best I think at the center of davao. I always want to book this hotel but they are sold out most of the time. I like it coz they have netflix now. One thing i want them to improve is the sheets… the blankets are too thin for my liking. But overall, its the best!
