I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

The furniture littlebit old, but overall clean.. I did special request of King bed room, but end up still did not fully fulfill all my request, end up getting some were Twin Single bed room.

L'hotel si trova vicino al centro commerciale SKA e al mondo della vita a 15 minuti a piedi. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. Il check-in in corso era veloce e hanno consentito il check-in precoce. La stanza era senza spot, aveva una bella vista (necessità di chiedere un piano superiore), buona pressione idrica, il AC era abbastanza freddo e il letto era così confortevole. Il colazione offerto una grande varietà e decente. L'unico lato inferiore era il processo di check out durato così tanto tempo. Spero che migliorino il processo di controllo e lo rendeno rapido e conveniente. In generale, un buon soggiorno.

L'hotel di 3 stelle era soddisfacente. Il pavimento era costituito da un telaio di lana di lusso e la decorazione della stanza era deliziosa. Tuttavia, le opzioni per la colazione erano un po' limitate.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.
