Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Riau

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

The hotel is very old no security measurement. All level can access no need access card. Breakfast is below standard don’t expect much. The spa is great. Good for relex.

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

La struttura è strategica, vicino ai centri commerciali e alle famose aree da pranzo. La stanza che ho soggiornato era pulita, confortevole e dotata di moderne strutture. Il colazione è stato anche delizioso, con una varietà di opzioni alimentari servite. In generale, consiglio fortemente questo hotel per un piacevole soggiorno 🫰🏻🫰🏻

Molto consigliare questo hotel con un grande parcheggio e una piscina che ci fa desiderare di nuotare fino al mattino

Hotel ini punya suasana yang nyaman dan pelayanan ramah, cocok buat liburan santai. Kamarnya bersih, meski agak kecil, tapi fasilitasnya lengkap. Lokasinya juga strategis, dekat tempat wisata dan restoran. Sarapannya enak dengan pilihan yang beragam. Satu-satunya kekurangan mungkin harga yang sedikit mahal dibanding fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Tapi, overall, pengalaman menginapnya memuaskan.

There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude
