Everyone is nice. But staff needs to know more about the area and places that we asked they have no clue. Linens and towels needs to be replaced when the color is almost brown instead of white. Its a very old hotel We had to call to replaced our pillows because its smells like old sweat. We were so excited that its beach front not until they told us the water is not recommended for swimming. We had to go to another island and pay. We were disappointed with that.Breakfast buffet is good.

I always book this hotel when in davao since it's conveniently located, it has good enough service, and the hotel staff are polite and helpful.

As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.

Stayed at Dusit Thani Residence Davao for a recent business trip, and it exceeded expectations. The location is very convenient—close to the airport, which is perfect for tight schedules. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped for work, with a comfortable desk setup and reliable Wi-Fi. The environment is quiet, making it easy to focus or rest after a long day of meetings. Service is excellent—staff are professional, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, are great for unwinding after work. Overall, a solid choice for business travelers looking for comfort, efficiency, and top-notch service in Davao. Highly recommended.

Me and my family had a great time. Service crew are very polite and helpful. Amenities were superb. We love the beach. It is pricy but worth it. There are some mishap with the list of guests given to the guard upon entry that he needs to check again with concierge. The guard said that there was only one room booked instead of 2. Also the list given to the staff on the number of guests for the complimentary breakfast was only for 4 adults instead of 5. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no problem on the first day. Overall, I would highly recommend Discovery Samal.

L'Apo View Hotel è uno dei nostri hotel preferiti in cui soggiornare a Davao City. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta poiché è vicino al People's Park, ai ristoranti e ai centri commerciali. Ciò che ci piace davvero di questo hotel è che il personale è molto gentile e ospitale. Le loro camere sono pulite, spaziose e ben preparate per gli ospiti. Mia figlia adora nuotare qui perché può vedere il panorama della città. Nel complesso, sceglieremo sempre questo hotel come casa nostra a Davao.

At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay

The hotel is good and near Sm Mall in Lanang which make it so accessible. The personnel quite accommodating just that the comfort rooms needs to be clean especially near the restaurant in the hotel. I might consider booking in the near future.

The location is very good and convenient for travelers. However, the price is quite high considering that breakfast is not included. Overall, it’s a comfortable place but could offer better value for the cost.
