•L'hotel è molto grande e prende un lungo cammino dal lobby alla stanza e la stanza alla gente • la stanza era semplicemente decorata con muji stile e era spaziale •The onsens was near the lobby and the water is not hotsprint water but herbal/floral water •anche se il naso era spazioso ma il naso era sporco; ci sono capelli che galleggiano sulla superficie dell'acqua ovunque •The onsen outdoor is only lukewarm and there were insects floating • Ci sono shampoo e crema da doccia forniti ma non ci sono lozione corpo fornita nella sala trucco il asciugacapelli non è buono •devi prenotare per la colazione al mattino in anticipo altrimenti la nostra scelta potrebbe non essere disponibile •puoi scegliere di mangiare colazione da 5-6 ristoranti e ci sono slot da scegliere da •we ha scelto la slot ora 9:00am per la set ocazake è stato un tradizionale colazione giapponese alcuni di esso non si è goduto perché ha troppo limitata scelta •Abbiamo camminato intorno all'hotel è stato enorme andiamo alla casa di fattoria biologica per fare shopping per beni locali e andiamo a bere caffè saratahiko il caffè e la matcha è stato così buona da provare!

L'hotel è situato vicino alle montagne.Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno in questo hotel.È pulito e la camera è spaziosa. E'divertente che hanno un piccolo accampamento a notte. consigliere a chiunque voglia avere un soggiorno tranquillo

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.

This beautiful hotel pearched on a clift in Shima with impeccable service is a must stay in Shima. Super friendly staffs who are knowledgeable and are prepared to answer your every question makes our stay at this venue a very memorable one. Restaurant La Mer and the Japanese restaurant never failed to amaze us, even though we only had our breakfast there. The top floor viewing deck is a must to see one of the best sunset in the world. The breathtaking views from your suite is simply worth the price.

お伊勢参りの際に家族で泊まりました。 受付、レストラン、シャトルバスの送迎の方と皆さんとても親切で丁寧な接客で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 夜食フレンチのコース、朝食ビュッフェともに美味しかったです。 特に朝食は色々なものがあったので、本当につけてよかったなと思いました。 お部屋の水回りは設備は古く水圧も少し弱いですが、綺麗してあり、リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーがあったのはよかったです。温泉に入れるので特にマイナス要素ではありませんでした。 温泉のパールの湯が綺麗で、あがってからも全身キラキラとしていて嬉しかったです。売店でお土産に買って帰りました。 一応スキンケアセットを持ってきましたが、必要ありませんでした。 両親も喜んでくれたので、ここにしてよかったです。

Stay for one night to visit the Shima Spain Village. The location is a little bit far from the main station. However, the hotel have shuttle bus service and we could arrive the destination smoothly. The room is clean, the free hot spring (onsen) is good, the buffet-style breakfast is not bad, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a nice stay.

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 お部屋は勿論のことスパやダイニングも。雨で全てを周る事が出来なかったのが悔やまれます。 ただ一つスパの帰りカードを待つ時間やスパに来られた他のお客様を受付する対応スタッフが不在だったのが残念でしたがその時間も苛立つ事なく過ごせる空間でした。 他に関しては特に気になるところはございませんでした。 スパも予約制なので人も少なくゆっくり過ごせました。 何よりお部屋がとにかく素晴らしかったのと朝食が思っていた以上に厳選された食材と味付けが素材を活かした調理でとても美味しかったです。ダイニングからの景色も最高でしたし何より鳥の囀りが聞こえてきて素敵な朝食の時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

La grande casa di pietra è piena di granturco, che ricorda il tempo felice di vivere con la famiglia in un giapponese in un granturco quando era piccolo.La stanza può essere rilassata nella baia di Eyyu, e rilassata. L'hotel può essere trasferito gratuitamente alla stazione Pub JR 2, ma la stazione Pub è una stazione senza persone e non può usare la carta di trasporto (sarà bloccata), quindi devi comprare un buon biglietto di entità alla stazione di partenza. Il cibo di pietra per la cena, il personale di servizio si spiega intimamente con la macchina di traduzione, e mostra la bellezza naturale della natura in questo periodo.
