Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Mie

Hotel was well located and easy to find. Room was comfortable but no housekeeping if you stay consecutive nights. Fresh towels were just placed in a bag and hung outside our door. They did not enter the room to clear rubbish nor place the fresh towels or make the beds even though I specifically requested it. Carpark was free. Coin laundry was also available.

お伊勢参りの際に家族で泊まりました。 受付、レストラン、シャトルバスの送迎の方と皆さんとても親切で丁寧な接客で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 夜食フレンチのコース、朝食ビュッフェともに美味しかったです。 特に朝食は色々なものがあったので、本当につけてよかったなと思いました。 お部屋の水回りは設備は古く水圧も少し弱いですが、綺麗してあり、リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーがあったのはよかったです。温泉に入れるので特にマイナス要素ではありませんでした。 温泉のパールの湯が綺麗で、あがってからも全身キラキラとしていて嬉しかったです。売店でお土産に買って帰りました。 一応スキンケアセットを持ってきましたが、必要ありませんでした。 両親も喜んでくれたので、ここにしてよかったです。

The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful scenery. However, the facilities are spread out across different areas of the mountain. In particular, the restaurants are mostly located downhill, and guests need to walk long distances using stairs or escalators. This layout is not very suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The male staff member who handled our check-in was clearly unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions or properly introduce the hotel facilities. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner, but when we asked which restaurant we should go to for meals, he simply told us to make a reservation online. When we explained that we were unable to do so and asked for his assistance, it turned out that he did not know how to use the system himself. He also did not seek help from his colleagues, resulting in a long delay. Eventually, he told us that only one restaurant accepted walk-in guests. After making our way down to that restaurant, the staff there informed us that dinner was not included at that location. Fortunately, the restaurant staff helped us by making a phone call and discovered that the hotel had already arranged our dinner reservation at a specific restaurant in advance. This made us question whether the check-in staff had provided incorrect or careless information. The breakfast arrangements were also very disappointing. The breakfast menu listed around ten options, but almost all of the Japanese-style breakfast slots were already fully booked. We had checked in at around 5:00 p.m., which made this situation even more unreasonable. Afterward, we noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding the hotel’s poor dining arrangements. The bathing area was visually appealing, but the amenities were very limited. There was no water dispenser, facial cleansing products, or skincare items provided—only a hair dryer. In summary, the hotel’s hardware and design are quite good and tasteful, but the service quality and overall management are extremely poor.

Questo è il mio hotel preferito, perché il caldo è molto pulito e la qualità del caldo è buona.Quando faccio affari a Eden, ho sempre apprezzato l'amore del signor Sanpia. Questa volta ho mangiato una bevanda al ristorante.Tutti i pasti sono molto simili a liquori. Voglio sapere se ci sono molti congelatori 😅, ma il tofu è molto delizioso e scompare.

La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione, quindi penso che il traffico sia molto buono. Anche se è un vecchio edificio, a causa dell'espansione, l'interno dell'edificio è come un labirinto, ma fortunatamente, spesso incontro il personale 々 e mi insegnano educatamente come andare ogni volta.Posso raggiungere il mio destino. La stanza e le foto sono un po'diverse, mi sento molto piccola. La cena e la colazione sono buffet, sembra che ci sia ２ posto per mangiare, ma non accetta il sistema di prenotazione, e il sistema di tempo è di 90 minuti.Bevande come alcol richiedono un'ulteriore tassa.

Come al solito, sono soddisfatto del colazione di Route Inn. Ma perché la stanza è stile di casa, è molto difficile spostarsi dalla reception.(perché sono un vecchio) Tuttavia, penso che si possa essere sicuri che anche in un incendio si possano evacuare immediatamente, a differenza dell'hotel di Scandinavia. La squadra lunga mi ha sorpreso all'inizio della colazione, ma posso vedere la stanza è molto soffocata, quindi l'ho mangiata in tempo libero.Penso sia difficile per chi se ne va di mattina.

家族のお祝い旅行として利用しました。施設も綺麗で素敵ですが何よりスタッフのサービスが暖かく素晴らしいと感じました。ロシアの地震の影響で電車が止まり交通手段が無くなったのですが、チェックアウトの時間を延長してくださって心温まるご対応をしてくださいました。 お食事も大変美味しく、一つ一つのお料理が丁寧でした。朝食のビュッフェも和食、洋食と食べきれない程の種類のメニューで大変満足しました。朝ヨガを申し込み、朝から施設内の緑に囲まれた開放感溢れる空間で鳥のさえずりと風を感じて素敵な朝のスタートを切ることができました。 次に訪れる際にはクルージングなども楽しみたいです、

外宮へ徒歩圏内です、内宮へは、バス　猿田彦神社も、バス　伊勢駅へ　旅館は、130年の歴史があり、居心地の良い居室空間　食事も、たいへん美味しく満足😊しました。

Sono felice di bere al salone e cibo infinito di fornitura! E'un piacere giocare a palla, palla da tavolo, giochi e così via! Penso che sia un hotel ideale per soggiornare in anticipo e passare un tempo rilassato.
