Our stay at Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply outstanding. The hotel is only a short drive from downtown Tashkurgan, yet it feels like a peaceful luxury retreat surrounded by breathtaking nature. In front of the hotel is a beautiful stream flowing through vast green meadows where horses, goats, and other animals graze freely. We enjoyed walking around the grasslands and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere. Behind the hotel are magnificent mountains, and from our room we could even admire spectacular snow-capped peaks. The scenery is absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team—from the front desk to the housekeeping staff—was exceptionally warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed like family. It is truly one of the best examples of customer service we have ever experienced. Our room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The intelligent smart-room control system was easy to use and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and designed perfectly for relaxing while enjoying the incredible mountain views through the large windows. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and nature in a way that is very rare. Waking up surrounded by fresh mountain air, crystal-clear streams, green meadows, and snow-covered peaks was simply magical. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of Tashkurgan. We highly recommend Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel to anyone visiting the region. If we return to Tashkurgan in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire hotel team for giving us such an unforgettable experience.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

L'hotel ha un ottimo soggiorno e mi ha fatto piacere l'esperienza generale. La stanza era molto pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata. Sono state fornite bevande complimentarie nel frigo, insieme ad un sacco di acqua in bottiglia. La stanza e il bagno erano molto ben attrezzati, tra cui un asciugacapelli Dyson di alta qualità. Ho chiesto una stanza in alto piano, e l'hotel si è assicurato di accogliere la mia richiesta, che apprezzo davvero. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile, considerato e professionale. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare il Direttore delle Relazioni Ospiti, Refat, che ha fornito un servizio eccellente durante il mio soggiorno. Egli è stato molto considerato e ha fatto tutto bene. Grazie, Refat, per la sua gentilezza e un servizio eccellente. Vorrei anche menzionare Cathy, che mi ha lasciato un'ottima impressione; il suo servizio era attento e con attenzione, e lei rispose con pazienza tutte le mie domande; era estremamente utile e affidabile per tutta la mia permanenza. La posizione dell'hotel è grande, soprattutto perché era vicino ai luoghi che volevo visitare. In generale, ho avuto una bella esperienza e mi sono sentito molto bene curato. Mi piacerebbe scegliere questo hotel di nuovo per il mio prossimo soggiorno e lo consiglierei certamente.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole all'Hotel Radisson a Kashi. E' stato particolarmente bello stare in un piano superiore, che ci ha dato un grande vantaggio sulla città e ha reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Un vero e proprio accento del nostro soggiorno fu salutato da Henry, un concierge incredibilmente gentile e conosciuto; era caldo, accogliente, e aveva un piacevole disegno; ci fece sentire benvenuti subito e era estremamente utile per tutto il nostro soggiorno. La cosa più evidente era come ci ha aiutato a ottenere le autorizzazioni necessarie per andare sulla Taklamakan Highway, che potrebbe essere stato un processo stressante, ma Henry lo ha fatto sentire tranquillo e gestibile con il suo professionalismo, la pazienza e la conoscenza locale. Il buffet è stato anche molto piacevole, con una buona varietà di cibi cinesi e occidentali, tra cui alcuni piatti locali Xinjiang, che apprezziamo davvero. In generale, questo è stato un bel soggiorno fatto ancora meglio dalla vista della città, il colazione e l’ospitalità eccezionale di Henry. Spero davvero che altri ospiti lo abbiano durante la loro visita.

Best hotel in our Xinjiang trip, loved it so much that we extended our stay! The view is breathtaking, many animals to play with and even get to feed the lambs. Service is excellent from all the staff members, always prompt to assist our queries and offered for us to try out different activities. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are sumptuous and plentiful, and the staff offered different menu items because we stayed for many days. We will definitely come back when we revisit the area!

A True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip! Da tutta la mia strada a Xinjiang, questo soggiorno di casa è stato di gran lunga l'esperienza più memorabile e calda. Quando mi sono messo in casa ben decorata, con le sue incredibili ossa blu, i suoi dettagli tradizionali Uyghur e il giardino tranquillo coperto da una canoa di vini, mi sono sentito immediatamente comodo. Ciò che lo rende ancora più speciale è stato l'incredibile ospite. Il proprietario era eccezionalmente amichevole, sempre pronto a sorridere e disposto ad aiutare con tutto quello che avevo bisogno , che si tratti di condividere i consigli locali, di aiutare con il trasporto, o semplicemente di chattare sul tè. La loro gentilezza mi ha fatto sentire non solo come un ospite, ma come una parte della famiglia. L'attenzione ai dettagli in ogni angolo, il salto tranquillo del giardino e l'atmosfera accogliente creano il perfetto ambiente per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di esplorazione. Non posso raccomandare questo posto abbastanza, se viaggiate attraverso Xinjiang e volete vivere vera e propria cultura e calore, questo è il posto da essere.

Quando sono andato a Urumqi con npy, ho scelto questo hotel numero uno in città. Si trova nel centro di Urumqi. Al piano inferiore c'è il centro commerciale Meimei, dove ci sono molte boutique da visitare. Abbiamo prenotato una camera in stile executive e il tè pomeridiano, l'happy hour e la colazione erano molto ricchi e deliziosi, soprattutto la bistecca. Questo dovrebbe essere l'unico hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato a servire bistecche a colazione. Per quanto riguarda la camera in sé, sono molto soddisfatto del design del doppio lavabo, dei doppi bagni e del corridoio, e gli accappatoi sono di alta qualità. La signora Wang, responsabile del servizio reception, ci ha fornito un ottimo servizio. Il tè pomeridiano agrodolce che ha preparato era molto adatto ai nostri gusti. Ci ha persino regalato una bambola al momento del check-out. Consiglio a tutti di venire a soggiornare qui😁

Absolutely loved the stay. The location is perfect - its quiet but near to some really good restaraunts - the view from the rooftop of the grasslands and the mountains were really stunning. Cleanliness and housekeeping was really up to our standard which was a huge relief considering weve been travelling around China and didnt get much of this . We wish we could stay there longer, it was absolutely a dream. The food from the restaraunt was also really really yummy and super hearty. Especially the la zi ji Finally, the cherry on top of the cake, the warmth and hospitality that we received from the staff. They were always ready to help, went above and beyond what was expected and that truly made the stay memorable. Honestly...kudos to the team and owner. This hotel was well built and the programme very well thought of...great hospitality and service. Please please keep this up.
