Location near Jaipur Train Station but 20-30 minutes ride to Hawa Mahal or the Pink City Area. The bed sheets are a bit dirty. Good service but questionable manner from bellboy that got tip from us, his gesture were like saying the tip is not enough🙏🏼

Das Hotel sieht nicht nur optisch von Aussen wunderschön aus sondern auch die Zimmer sind wunderbar.
Das Essen hat uns sehr geschmeckt und das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione. Ho potuto camminare per la Fortezza Mehrangard mentre visitavo il centro della città blu. Il capo è vecchio, ma è molto gentile e consapevole. Mi ha anche aiutato a prenotare un biglietto privato per l'autobus a Udaipur. Per me era una scelta molto buona.

I had arranged a birthday party and the arrangement were excellent. It was well organised and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They executed the whole event very well and the food was superb in taste and quality. The fresh fruit cake was the cherry on the top. Thanks Royal Orchid for a great party.

Das Hotel ist an sich ganz gut. Der Pool ist leider eher nicht sauber und dient mehr als Vogel Planschbecken. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich. Dafür sind die Zimmer größtenteils sauber und bequem. *** könnte den Vorhang zum Bad austauschen wenn *** schon meint eine Scheibe zum Klo haben zu müssen. Aber wenn *** beim Check out Produkte aus der minibar bezahlen soll die *** garnicht genommen hatte? Und dann wird noch über den Preis verhandelt ? Ich dachte es wäre ein Hotel und kein Basar. Das wirkte leider eher so als wolle *** sich selbst noch ein Trinkgeld geben.

IilovetravelyeahhWe absolutely loved our stay at Leela Palace Jaipur! The staff are so amazing. The grounds and mountains right next door are pretty and it's just a first-rate place to stay for sure! Beautiful place! Great quality of everything and great standards for Westerners. The other '5 star' hotels we stayed in in Jaipur weren't up to Western standards of 5 star in hygiene and other little things but the Leela Palace certainly is, and I'd rate it even more than a typical 5 star hotel in the Western world. This is more of a palace retreat, also, not just a hotel. We have excellent memories there and I'm still wearing my Leela slippers at home in Australia now hehe, because it reminds me of the beautiful time I had there and the beautiful staff who made things more than excellent for us and really made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend. I do have a tip - go in a 'Grand Villa'. The Palace suite (what it says I stayed in), is gorgeous but the villas are even better and not that much difference in price. We stayed 2 nights at Leela Palace Jaipur and experienced both room types. The photos online on the Leela website are accurate.
We ate at the buffet restaurant, Sukh Mahal. It was nice. The food was hygienic, fancy, and we didn't get sick at all (we did at another 5 star hotel).
It's a fair drive from the city of Jaipur, but I think you'll find that you actually love that. jaipur city area is so hectic and loud with horns and just a bit unpleasant to be in, if you're in culture shock. The Leela Palace is further out and is such a nice break from Jaipur city area. It's perfectly away in the mountain areas. The air is fresher and it's pretty with the mountains. I totally recommend. I also recommend taking the hotel's car, as they actually have seatbelts in all seats and air con and just fancy. We took an Uber to the Leela Palace and that was a huge mistake. Pay the extra for the hotel car! Most of the cars we were in in Jaipur had no seatbelt in the back middle seat, and two other cars didn't have seatbelts in the back at all. Just trust us. Just make sure they take you to the right airport. The driver was great but dropped us off at domestic terminal, which is 3km or so from the international one, and you have to take an Uber to get from each, so please make sure they understand which one (I thought it would be one airport).

we have stay first for only one day but after experiencing day we have extended our stay in same hotel. staff is very supportive. food was made by chef kuldip he is making too delicious food as well as having good nature and very cooperative. restaurant service was given by devilal which very impressive.
reception and all staff was very kind off.
we recommend the stay for peace and enjoy kumbhalgarh trip.

Trip com non avrà alcun potere sulla modifica che saranno di nessun aiuto fidarsi di me ho provato :)
La posizione è a 4 km dalla città antica, dove viaggiate per il ristorante, templi, museo e i punti di interesse.
La pulizia del posto è proprio un vecchio posto tutto in tutto è stato un soggiorno medio niente che veramente vi piacerà ma niente che vi farà sentire innervosito almeno che è stato nel nostro caso abbiamo visto alcuni clienti innervositi così credo che abbiamo fatto fuori su un migliore camera rispetto a quella.
Il ristorante del tetto Skydeck ***** con l'hotel è sotto par per dire il meno il posto ha bisogno di più pulizia e seguire alcuni protocolli di igiene (non era onesto) ancora il posto non è come vedrete nelle foto anche la nuoto La piscina è qualcosa che non usi mai, non è sicuro o pulito. È solo un grande cambiamento di fatto per essere messo esattamente.
Il personale e la ricezione erano gentili, ben gestiti e di aiuto. Grazie per questo più.

The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

La sua suite superiore, che si estende di 68 mqft, è molto impressionante. CCLAUDIAWe stayed 2 nights here, me and my 2 older teenage daughter and son. The room was big enough. Amenities were the usual for this type of property.
Breakfast buffet was very nice.
Christmas buffet was wonderful!
Normal dinner buffet was so so. I would suggest to have more non Indian options (we like Indian food but the spice in it can be too much when you’re travelling in India for a long time…).
Overall experience was quite nice, would recommend and repeat.

Anuj in particolare ha reso il nostro soggiorno fantastico. Dall'arrivo ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti, e la sua squadra ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti. Hanno lavorato insieme per fornire un servizio eccellente. Il miglior servizio che abbiamo avuto in viaggio in India.

Era anche il miglior cibo che abbiamo avuto durante il viaggio in India. Il colazione è stato cucinato fresco con una vasta gamma di cibi sia nord-indiano che occidentale. Lunch e cena erano anche sorprendenti. Fresco, bruciando con sapore e incredibile valore per i soldi.
Servizi in camera e strutture
Le camere sono belle, moderne ma confortevoli, con una bella terrazza che era candeletta di notte. Un piccolo numero di camere da giardino lo fa sentire come un vero boutique. La doccia era davvero bella, spaziosa, calda e potente. Siamo stati qui per un safari e per questo è stato un ottimo luogo.
Vi è una bella piscina, vista da una terrazza in legno, con tavoli e sedie che guardano intorno ai campi riempiti di acqua.
Grazie ancora a Anuj e alla sua squadra per un soggiorno così incredibile. Un grande hotel fatto specialmente da persone fantastiche.
