Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Kalimantan Meridionale

Pros: 1) Close to the airport (but there's some airplane noise); 2) The pool and surrounding area are nice (but the water smells strongly of chlorine); 3) Rooms on the ground floor have convenient private access to the pool; 4) There's an ATM on site; 5) 24-hour security and reception; 6) If you ask reception several times, they'll bring you an extra towel or blanket; Cons: 1) The hotel clearly needs renovation and restoration, especially the furniture and fixtures; 2) Breakfast is very meager and completely lacks European food; there's not even cheese or butter (they use margarine instead), it's like breakfast in a cheap small hotel... 3) The waiters, while trying their best, are very inattentive to the requests and orders of restaurant patrons. They mix up orders, forget to order food preparation, and don't even apologize... pathetic. 4) The Wi-Fi in the room is slow. 5) Only one robe and one set of slippers are provided per double room. 6) The shampoo and shower gel are of extremely poor quality, not up to NOVOTEL standards. 7) The rooms are not soundproofed - airplane noise and the sound of the mosque's loudspeakers will disturb you constantly, even at night. Conclusion: this hotel is clearly outdated and requires renovation and serious updating, as well as high-quality oversight from the Managing Director and owners. NOVOTEL is an international, high-quality hotel brand, but this hotel, unfortunately, falls short of these high standards. I wish the hotel positive changes as soon as possible!

It is very great hotel! We enjoyed free tour for water market which is very exciting place to see many small boats to sell local food and snacks and suvenir! We ate sate and snacks and local fruits! A bit higher price than in the street but it was really nice experience! And also we enjoyed sceneries along the river!

kamarnya ok bersih rapi untuk makanan nya sedikit kurang pilihan. sisanya bagus dan ok untuk menginap untuk parkiran motor nya agak kurang rapi AC nya agak berisik

I stayed at Harper Banjarmasin last night. The location is in the city, around 2 km from the big mall. The hotel is not very big, and the gym is quite small. Service was okay, and overall it was a decent stay.

Tidak banyak yg bisa diharapkan dari hotel yg sdh berumur 12tahun, fasilitas tua, suasana lorong dan lobby yg tua. Beberapa hal masih nyaman seperti linen yg lembut dan kasur yg empuk walaupun bantalnya sangat kurang nyaman dan terkadang linen tidak bersih sehingga mmbuat badan gatal2, kebersihan kurang dijaga. Yg membuat hotel ini belum bangkrut karena posisinya ada di tengah kota, andai saja ini hotel dipinggiran kota sudah pasti tinggal kenangan saja hotel ini. Namun untuk tempat acara dan rapat masih sangat worth it.

Salah satu hotel terbagus bernyaman dan sangat strategis di Banjarmasin. Banyak fasilitas yang sangat² oke dan sangat direkomendasikan untuk pasangan yang mau staycation berduaan apalagi kalau bareng keluarga mantap banget.
