Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta.
La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

UUtente ospiteSecond time stay here .... everything was superb.. the moment we enter the room they decorate with ballons and provide cake for my baby bday ❤️ (tq so much to Ms Rabiatul 🥰) .... evening cocktail also nice and the lady in charge was so friendly , my baby like her so much.. pool so big and clean... definitely will come here again..

UUtente anonimoFast check-in and check-out, plenty of parking spots available. I booked a room for 3 people, it looked decent at first glance however you can see dirty patches on the wall, mold spots and soap stains in the bathroom. The beds are low, causing difficulty for those with back pains, and really old and made squeaking sounds. Aircond worked fine, however the same can’t be said about the TV and the hairdryer. There’s no mini bar even though it’s shown in the photo. The iron and ironing board is located outside the room. Some amenities i.e toothbrush, comb weren’t provided. Maybe I was unlucky with the room and it felt like staying at a 2-star.
We had breakfast buffet at Bemban restaurant, food was good with decent options. The dinner at Asahan Coffee was also superb, especially the fish head curry was sooo good.
The staff were all friendly and gave greetings and the service was good. But the hotel should really invest more in the housekeeping area and the furniture/appliances maintenance.

UUtente anonimoIl nostro hotel è stato un hotel classico e il più vecchio di Malacca per così tanto tempo e mio marito ha deciso di rimanere qui per me e il compleanno di mio figlio quest'anno. Molto buona posizione letteralmente 5 minuti da tutte le attrazioni, 5 minuti da Jonker Walk & musei. I servizi sono anche molto impressionanti. Forniscono un piccolo biscotto di cioccolato e dico per i nostri compleanni all'interno della stanza. Mio marito ha anche assistito con la sedia a rotelle, mentre era solo una settimana di post-op. Il colazione era ala carta stile ma si può avere ordini illimitati. Malacca curry noodles era gioioso! Piscina anche semplice ma super bello i miei figli lo amano. La camera deco era classica e tutto era perfetto! Ha avuto un grande soggiorno qui e lo ha anche raccomandato ai nostri familiari. Grazie al Majestic Malacca per il nostro bellissimo soggiorno familiare 😊

+ Ho prenotato a 1:00. Controllo regolare a 11:00. Richiesta di check-in precoce a causa della condizione di salute di mio padre (costo aggiuntivo applicato).
+ Ho usato il giardino - l'attrezzatura è stata ben mantenuta
+ ricevimento caldo per il personale e l'acqua di limone con i biscotti in gamba al lobby
++ Controlla il menu di cucchiaio!!!! Amo il cucchiaio di grano e ho una notte molto tranquilla.
+++ Ho lasciato il mio caricatore all'hotel. Scrivi per chiedere che sia stato inviato a Sg, e la loro risposta era sorprendentemente veloce. Wowx3!!!

UUtente ospiteWas really happy with our stay at the shore. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast - the nyonya laksa was super tasty. The croissant was excellent with chicken slice, butter and jam.
The shower room generally clean. However, some parts of the corners of the shower floor seems to be slimy, it shows that it’s not been scrubbed properly when it was cleaned before we used the unit. Other than that all good.

UUtente anonimoOverall, I can rate the stay as comfort enough, but there was some uneasy feeling because the shower in the bathroom provided not enough water pressure. Slow water tap. It caused the stay some uncomfortable feeling. The breakfast food is the same all the day during my stay, which I think should do a rotation basis, to accommodate the people whom stay longer. Overall, good job.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed for 5 nights at the Pines. We booked the Junior Suite and the room was sizable, clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and the aircon is good. Travelling around was easy from the hotel via Grab. However, I have the following feedback regarding the hotel:-
a) The hotel restaurant did not serve dinner and on rainy days, it is very inconvenient for the hotel guests to travel out to have dinner.
b) We asked for umbrellas so we could go out for dinner but the hotel reception told us that they have only one umbrella and that it is spoilt. A little disappointed that the 4-star hotel did not even have functional umbrellas that the guest could borrow.
c) There was no lounge deck chairs at the pool area which is not quite what I expected.
d) The gym was stuffy and smelly as the aircon was not on even during operating hours.
e) The WiFi was unreliable and sometimes there is no connectivity at all.
Hopefully, the hotel can improve on the above.
