Australia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Victoria

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

La camera era molto spaziosa e la cucina era contenente sale e pepe, e ci sono tonnellate di cocktail sul portico al mattino, percio' potrebbe essere un po' rumoroso, ma la maggior parte delle persone sarebbero state in piedi fino a quel momento, quindi dovrebbe essere buono.

Il migliore di questo hotel è fornire un pick-up e un carico gratuito dall'aeroporto e verso l'aeroporto. Non è un problema venire dall'estero senza telefono Aussie, ma andare al conto d'informazione e raccontare al personale il servizio di pick-up gratuito e vi aiuteranno a chiamare e poi vi diranno dove aspettare.  La zona di attesa è molto vicina al contatore dell'informazione e facile da trovare.

Exceptionally positive stay and experience at this amazing hotel. The staff was very polite and, friendly and helpful all the way from check-in to check-out. The bath house and hot springs experience was one of a kind, very relaxing, refreshing and enjoyable. I will give it a 5 star rating and looking forward to visit again soon..

I booked to stay at the location on short notice and in the days before an event in Melbourne. Regarding the booking I got a very good rate. I can’t complain about the price. The location was excellent for my needs and was close to the city centre and food. There is an Aldi directly beside it too. The overall check in and I suppose check out process was easy enough but I felt like the counter staff were expecting a complaint when you approach and so weren’t very friendly until they realise you aren’t complaining, at least I wasn’t. The room to be honest was fine. The place is not brand new but the sheets were clean, the shower was clean and for $90 a night I had a 2 bedroom apartment with enough space got 4 people so it was fine. I read reviews on another site after booked and it was harrowing thinking that I was going to be staying in a bed bug infested dirty roach hotel however, it was not the case. Overall the room was honestly run down with old furniture but there was a full size working fridge, microwave, tv that worked and had Netflix, hot water and a comfortable enough bed with clean sheets.

Aaahh la serenità. Questo è uno dei parchi vacanze più tranquilli e tranquilli che abbiamo soggiornato. Il terreno è caricato da molte piante native australiane - attraggono molte uccelli e la sera potremmo ascoltare le onde che si svolgono. La nostra unica denuncia sarebbe che i pavimenti di vinile avevano un po' di sporcizia, come dimostrato sui nostri calzini il primo giorno, e poi abbiamo scelto di indossare le mutandine.

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

I stayed at 3 hotels all near Flagstaff stations for this trip, just to try something new and compare. Excellent location and the Flagstaff garden is at the opposite. The Pegasus has a real kitchen and utensils since it's an apartment hotel. No view at all but it's ok for a night's stay. The bed is so soft but so as the Radisson and the Jazz hotel so I guess it's the standard?.. Staffs had reasonable service, but I overheard the guest in front of me checked out 30mins later than he should and the staff were not happy about it at all, like teacher talking to a misbehaved student. Overall it's price for money.
