Australia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Victoria

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno a Balgownie. Il personale era sempre amichevole e utile. La stanza era bella e spaziosa. Ci siamo divertiti con il cibo e si raccomandava di mangiare qui e di gustare il vino durante il vostro soggiorno.

Grande posizione e fantastico servizio al check-in e alla aggiornamento del guven sn. Spa potrebbe essere stato più caldo con casa. La stanza non ha odore il meglio. Purtroppo comprare colazione la persona che ci ha prelevato era estremamente disrespectiva e se il mio amico non avesse già pagato, avrei dovuto andare. Non avevano idea di quale servizio clienti è pieno di loro. Io personale brillante 1 disgraziato.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

We had a lovely stay at Crowne — the room, facilities, and overall experience were excellent. Everything was comfortable and well-presented, and we really enjoyed our time there. However, we did request room cleaning on the first day, and unfortunately no one came. We had to follow up with the concierge the next day to have it arranged. Given the price point, this was a little disappointing as we expected a more seamless level of service. That said, aside from this hiccup, everything else was very good.

We came to stay overnight before our flight and got welcomed with the most friendly and helpful staff at the receptionist. All our queries and questions were addressed at the best attitute. The shuttle service to transport from and to airport is defintely a plus to save some last minutes rush before the flight. The room was spacious , clean and nice bed. Would highly recommend for those seeking for a short convenience stay before or after landing from a fligh

Molto molto uno dei pochi più economici alloggi a Lorne. Parcheggio gratuito sul posto. Nessun ascensore, ma solo le scale per accedere alle camere sopra il pavimento. Ha un tavolo da stiro. Disposizione interessante dove ci sono le scale fino al bagno. Dal vino e cioccolato gratis per la celebrazione di anniversario. Purtroppo la stanza non era molto ben mantenuta - la rete di spider sulla finestra e la finestra un po' indossata. Il bagno ha anche un odore di pepe. Vengo con colazione che era ok.

Always a fantastic stay here. Great location if you can get the right room. 2 and 3 Bedrooms have corner views so if you can pay a little more its well worth the corner bed. Sky apartments are exceptional. Don't recomend if your not good with heights! So good when you get a great sunset. Could have been a bit cleaner and would recomend they do a good spring clean once in a while. Thanks to the freindly staff! didnt have a issue and satisfied every one of my requests.

Even staying as a local, I loved the whole ambience of the hotel. If you are looking for a very chill, get-away from the heart of Melbourne but still want to be somewhat closely located, I would recommend this to you. Small note: Due to constructions this year on the M1 freeway, the trip will be quite slow if you are traveling by car, but otherwise it is a very superb choice.

La struttura è pulita, ordinata e spaziosa, con una cucina completamente attrezzata, tuttavia risulta un po' datata. Il check-in è stato abbastanza semplice, ma applicano dei supplementi quando possibile, ad esempio per il check-in anticipato, mentre la maggior parte degli hotel in cui ho soggiornato sono più flessibili e offrono il check-in anticipato se disponibile. Tuttavia, ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito a una suite con due camere da letto, il che è stato molto gentile da parte loro. Nel complesso, un'esperienza positiva. Purtroppo non ho avuto l'opportunità di utilizzare i servizi, ma so che dispongono di piscina, palestra e spa.

La posizione era perfetta, a soli 60 chilometri dall'aeroporto di Avv, un'ottima opportunità per familiarizzare con le auto con guida a destra e avere l'intero posto a mia disposizione prima dell'arrivo del resto del gruppo il giorno successivo. L'hotel disponeva di una cucina completamente attrezzata e c'era un minimarket presso la stazione di servizio adiacente, quindi la colazione non è stata un problema. A nord dell'hotel c'era un ristorante cinese che rimaneva aperto fino a tardi. Alzandosi presto la mattina, il fiume di fronte all'hotel era avvolto dalla nebbia, come in un luogo incantato.
