Australia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Victoria

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

I loved the location — it’s set in a comfortable part of the Docklands with a shopping centre nearby. The room and bed were very good, providing a comfortable stay. However, my only disappointment was the cleanliness: many surfaces, including the cups, had fingerprints and grease marks, which suggested a lack of proper cleaning. I ended up cleaning them myself. That said, the staff were excellent — especially at the front desk, where they were professional, welcoming, and very helpful.

Room was really spacious and kitchen came with basic seasoning namely salt and pepper. There were tons of cockatoos on the porch in the morning so it can be a bit noisy but most people would usually be up by then so it should be fine.

Ottimo alloggio a terrazza!! Seduto nella bella zona Olinda, i caffè e i ristoranti sono proprio intorno all'angolo. Una tale esperienza di guarigione qui con un ambiente tranquillo di aria fresca e alberi.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico presso la Collezione MGallery di Hotel Chadstone Melbourne. La stanza era ben stilizzata, pulita e molto confortevole per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lavoro, tutto era ben preparato e di alta qualità. L'accento assoluto del nostro soggiorno era la piscina. Era stupenda, con vista incredibile e un'atmosfera tranquilla e lussuosa. Era il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godere di un po' di tempo tranquillo. La posizione dell'hotel era anche ideale, vicino al centro commerciale Chadstone, che rendeva tutto così conveniente. In generale, una vera 5-star esperienza. Ritorneremo certamente e consigliamo fortemente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Melbourne!

Il palazzo principale è bello e confortevole con i suoi fuochi aperti in una serata invernale, anche se è una vergogna che il bar si chiude alle 9 e il palazzo principale alle 10, quindi ho dovuto andare e sedermi nella mia stanza, che era in un blocco esterno e molto freddo, Specialmente perché c'era una grande lacuna al fondo della porta principale. Le camere sono confortevoli con belle decorazioni. Ho usato il bagno la mattina dopo, che era piccolo ma rilassante. Sarebbe bello poter ottenere un sconto come ospite all'hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grande posizione e personale utile L'hotel è molto ben situato per la città e le attrazioni locali, tra cui le molte belle cascate dell'area. Siamo rimasti in un appartamento a una camera da letto sul pavimento, che era pulito e confortevole, con una cucina ben attrezzata e un parcheggio conveniente. L’unica parte inferiore era che sembrava un po’ un po’ come un bastone d’oro, perché non c’erano cortine di vetro sulle finestre e le persone che camminavano per poter facilmente vedere. La sala era bella, soprattutto durante l'ora felice, e il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza. In generale, un piacevole e conveniente luogo per soggiornare a Lorne.

L'hotel era un ultimo minuto di prenotazione e le recensioni mi hanno fatto rimanere qui piuttosto che un altro hotel. L'hotel è in una buona posizione e una bella zona. Camere pulite e spaziose e buona qualità dello shampoo e lavanderia corporea. Avremmo voluto usare le fonti calde e presumere che fossero parte delle strutture dell'hotel, ma devono essere prenotati in anticipo, che è deludente. In generale, consiglierei questo hotel ma fare in modo che le fonti calde siano prenotate.

I have stayed here before and have found all to be excellent.  The proximity to my 90 year old Mums nursing home being the drawcard.  This time however, on one of the days we stayed, we were not able to shower as there was a leaky pipe, and the water was turned off so they could fix it.  Not their fault, but as we only stayed 3 days and were out early every morning (old ladies have zero tolerance for being late) we found it disappointing and so marked it down from ‘excellent’ to ‘good.’

Totally love it, will come back again next year and bring my family 😁. Last minute book and got this room, so lovely and comfy🥰🥰🥰 Walking distance from the V/line Bus stop (Mansfield to Melbourne) is 10-12mins by foot.
