Spagna: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Aragona

My stay at the Catalonia El Pilar was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel has a charm and quality that far exceeds its official four-star rating, and I firmly believe it deserves a fifth star. From the moment I entered, I was struck by the beautiful, character-filled decor. The hotel masterfully blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. This sense of character extends to the rooms, which are impeccably clean and spacious. The excellence began at check-in with the wonderfully helpful and efficient receptionist service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection of hot and cold items that provided the perfect start to each day of exploration. It is clear that the management is doing an excellent job. The seamless operation, the motivated staff, and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property speak volumes about their leadership. A final note on the location: Zaragoza itself is an amazing city, a captivating blend of history, culture, and vibrant local life. For better or worse, it remains wonderfully off-the-beaten-track for the majority of travelers, making it a truly authentic Spanish discovery. Combining this incredible city with a hotel of such high caliber makes for an unforgettable trip. I would not hesitate to return and cannot recommend the Catalonia El Pilar highly enough

Il personale si sentiva inamici fin dall'inizio. Il loro atteggiamento era freddo e rigido. Non c'era senso di calore o benvenuto. Le interazioni si sentivano incomode. Non potevo aspettare di andarmene. La prenotazione era troppo rigorosa. La piscina e il ristorante richiedevano slot rigidi. Non si sentiva come una vacanza. Sentiva controllato invece di rilassarsi. Le regole hanno preso il piacere. Al ristorante, volevo guardare intorno e ammirare il design, ma mi è stato detto di rimanere seduto. Mi sentivo difensivo e inutile, come essere trattato come un bambino. Non mi sentivo mai così incomodo prima. Solo al checkout, mi è stato detto il costo della piscina extra. Non è stato mai detto chiaramente prima, ma, a prescindere da questo ”missinteso”, è molto deludente che un hotel a cinque stelle abbia pagato un premio per l'uso della piscina. L'hotel è bellissimo e il cibo era delizioso. Purtroppo, il personale rovina l'esperienza, e la loro atteggiamento ombra tutto il resto. Io consiglio di visitarla se si passa attraverso la zona, ma non consiglio di dormire qui affatto.

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, proprio accanto a Plaza de España, nel centro città. È vicinissimo a Plaza de Pilar, a circa 700 metri di distanza, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, e la zona non è affollata come il centro storico. La camera era pulita e ordinata, ma la mancanza di gel igienizzante per le mani o di sapone è stata un piccolo inconveniente. La colazione offriva una scelta piuttosto limitata. La vista notturna di Plaza de Pilar è splendida; se avete tempo, potete attraversare il fiume per godervi un panorama ancora più suggestivo.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well. We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.

Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!. The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.

Did not realize there was more than one NH in Zaragoza so went to wrong one. Staff at the Gran were outstanding from reception to bellhop to car park attendees to breakfast. Shame rooftop is not utilized for a pool / sun deck. The Gran would have been impressive in it's day but is in need of renovation. Location great. Stayed 4 nights.

Anche se l'hotel non è nel centro della città, non è lontano da Shi Bridge.La stanza è moderata, le strutture sono complete e pulite.Ha il proprio parcheggio sotterraneo, il parcheggio è conveniente.

La posizione dell'hotel è la stazione ferroviaria di Zaragoza, che può essere trasferita con l'autobus di trasporto pubblico, e i luoghi vicini sono a piedi. Anche se non riuscivo a parlare in inglese e spagnolo, mi sentivo come se aspettassi e cercassi di aiutarmi. Anche quando ho controllato, ho mostrato il biglietto del treno e mi sono preoccupato, quindi ho lasciato il mio bagaglio e ho stabilito un calendario! Il servizio è il migliore. Attualmente, il miglior ostello che voglio tornare durante il mio viaggio in Spagna!

No puedo tener queja de nada, el hotel tiene todos los servicios e instalaciones en muy buenas condiciones..Habitaciones amplias y limpias. No deja de ser un 4 estrellas y están bien puestas

No se puede utilizar apenas la bañera, no tiene tapón y hay que pedirlo en recepción. Aun así, tampoco sale agua del grifo haciendo que solo salga agua de la alcachofa de la ducha, tardando mucho en llenarse la bañera.
