Hotel a Marrakesh con piscina

Un hotel molto prezioso, si può dire che è un momento luminoso per tutta la gita del Marocco. Ogni camera è un giardino indipendente Riad. Il servizio è gentile ma incantevole. Oltre al cibo generale, l'ambiente può essere detto senza provocazioni. Maraguash è in realtà molto male nel complesso. Posso dire che è un mondo in hotel e in hotel. Se Maraguash torna la prossima volta, pensa ancora di vivere qui!

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Che esperienza incredibile è stata soggiornare in questo Riad. Quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti da Karim, che ci ha accolto con un tour del Riad e un tè sul tetto. Ci ha dato una mappa e ci ha spiegato tutto ciò che dovevamo sapere sulla zona e su come raggiungere tutti i siti turistici. Il Riad si trova in una zona perfetta... vicino alle tombe di Saadiam e a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. I taxi sono facili da trovare e possono facilmente arrivare fino alla porta del Riad, quindi è in una posizione fantastica. La camera era bellissima, pulitissima e le strutture erano incredibili, abbiamo dormito profondamente ogni notte e abbiamo adorato la camera. Anche la colazione al mattino è stata una sorpresa. Sei accolto da un membro dello staff amichevole e abbiamo adorato la colazione sul tetto che abbiamo ricevuto ogni mattina. Anche la spa è meravigliosa. Come coppia, abbiamo optato per un pacchetto Hammam tradizionale, seguito da un massaggio, ed è stato fantastico. Ancora una volta, lo staff nell'area spa, le strutture e l'esperienza complessiva sono stati assolutamente incredibili. Una menzione speciale a tutti i membri dello staff del Riad: i più amichevoli e accomodanti che abbia mai avuto il piacere di incontrare, in particolare Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha e un altro signore di cui ho dimenticato il nome. Sono stati così gentili e disponibili, ci hanno accolto con un sorriso ogni volta che li abbiamo visti e si sono impegnati così tanto per rendere il nostro soggiorno fantastico. Se state pensando di prenotare questo Riad, fatelo immediatamente. Non ve ne pentirete. Quando torneremo a Marrakech, alloggeremo di nuovo qui e lo consiglierò a tutti quelli che conosco. Il posto è bello e pulito, il personale è stato anche molto utile. Tuttavia, si noti che l'indirizzo non è l'indirizzo effettivo della riad: io viaggio da solo, e solo la prenoto perché era proprio accanto a dove i miei amici sono rimasti. Solo quando arrivo ho scoperto che è un passo da l'indirizzo effettivo indicato su trip.com. Questo è molto sbagliato e dovrebbero aggiornare l'indirizzo corretto. Kudos al personale che mi ha fatto piacere camminare molte volte, perché preferisco avere qualcuno camminare in mattinata e a notte. Fornisce acqua, e anche molto utile e amichevole. Un altro problema che ho avuto è stato che ho organizzato un trasporto aereo per prendere me dall'aeroporto, e mi è stato detto che il conducente porterà il segno dell'hotel con il mio nome. Non riuscivo a trovare il conducente e panico, ancora una volta perché mi stava viaggiando da solo. Ho dovuto chiamare il riad per capire che il conducente non aveva il segno giusto, ma un altro nome simile a Riad Dar Massai, e non aveva il mio nome su di esso, che era sinceramente impossibile per me riconoscere il mio conducente. Il segno dovrebbe essere chiaro all'ospite per la prima volta a Marrakech per mostrare ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + nome dell'ospite”. Infine, l'aria condizionata era grande, ma i cavi erano molto sottili, so che hanno fornito cavi extra, ma non l'ho usato, quindi sono molto freddo di notte. Oltre ai pochi svantaggi, è in generale una bella Riad, ho davvero amato l'architettura interiore, e le camere sono pulite e spaziose, le docce sono calde e belle.

Stayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service. They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad per tre notti e non ce ne siamo pentiti affatto! Era bellissimo e suggestivo, come entrare in una fiaba, ed è stato fantastico poter immergersi nella sua storia e cultura. Il proprietario, che ci ha accolti e poi ci ha aiutato con tutte le nostre domande, è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Le colazioni erano abbondanti e sazianti, e ho apprezzato particolarmente il caffè (una vera opera d'arte). C'è anche una piscina ad accesso gratuito 😍 Accanto al Riad c'era un piccolo bar; era molto economico e incredibilmente delizioso 😌 Abbiamo riflettuto a lungo prima di prenotare questo posto, ma non ci siamo pentiti affatto della nostra decisione 💛

Amazing hotel, immaculate. Massive rooms , XL bed, big bathroom. New built. Staff cant do enough for you. Food is fantastic. Food available 24 hours. Great for families and couples. 30 min from city but offer free shuttle bus every hour and half. Very satisfied would definitely recommend

Ho prenotato questo hotel soprattutto perché sono un appassionato di fitness. Mi piacevano le foto della palestra sul sito di Trip.com e volevo continuare con la mia corsa e l'allenamento con i pesi. All'arrivo mi è stato detto che la palestra non c'era più da molto tempo (anni). Non è stato un buon inizio. Le receptionist cambiano spesso in questo hotel e fanno una grande differenza quando avevamo bisogno di aiuto. Alcune delle receptionist parlavano un ottimo inglese ed erano molto disponibili. Ad esempio, un autobus turistico non è arrivato una mattina e la receptionist ha chiamato l'operatore turistico ed è stata davvero d'aiuto. Vorrei che tutti avessero parlato un buon inglese perché a volte era piuttosto stressante capirle e viceversa. Le camere hanno bisogno di un po' di cura e di un aggiornamento. Considerando che l'ingresso dell'hotel è così bello, le camere sono piuttosto squallide. Tuttavia, c'era acqua calda per la doccia e le camere venivano pulite quasi ogni giorno. La colazione era ottima con molta scelta e opzioni occidentali, oltre a quelle marocchine. Gli chef preparano omelette su richiesta e un'altra signora preparava deliziosi pane piatto fresco al mattino. La foto è una vista dalla nostra camera. Il personale dell'hotel era cordiale e accogliente, cosa che abbiamo riscontrato essere tipica del popolo marocchino, persone davvero gentili in generale.

Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. In generale, il servizio è buono, anche se non c'è nessuno alla reception, quindi ti danno le chiavi dell'ingresso principale e della tua camera. Come suggerimento, servirebbe un cartello ”Riad Nouhal”, ma in ogni caso, seguendo la posizione su Google Maps, ci arriverai.
