Hotel con parcheggio a Marrakesh

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Oltre al cibo generale, l'ambiente può essere detto senza provocazioni. Maraguash è in realtà molto male nel complesso. Posso dire che è un mondo in hotel e in hotel. Se Maraguash torna la prossima volta, pensa ancora di vivere qui!

L'hotel è bellissimo! Anche se non vai da nessuna parte sarebbe piacevole. La posizione è grande come è attaccata al Menara Mall, quindi tutto quello che potresti avere bisogno è vicino. Ho visitato un amico per il mio compleanno e sono arrivato in una camera molto ben organizzata con cuscini di compleanno felici e ho trovato anche una torta nella stanza la sera! Abbiamo anche usato il bagno e abbiamo avuto un bel trattamento di lusso. Il personale era molto accogliente e riuscito a prenotare noi e il servizio di lavanderia era anche molto veloce. In generale, mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno e lo consiglierei.

In un residence tranquillo e sicuro con piscina interna privata, lettini, tavoli e sedie sono disponibili gratuitamente. All'interno, le aree comuni e le camere sono impeccabilmente pulite. Ayoub ci ha riservato una calorosa accoglienza e la colazione, semplice ma deliziosa, era ottima. Nota: si prega di comunicare al residence l'orario di arrivo, poiché non è presente né campanello né citofono.

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Riad Jibril durante la nostra visita a Marrakech, ed è stata un'esperienza deliziosa! Il nostro ospite, Iheb, merita davvero il titolo di leggenda. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati ​​fino al momento del check-out, ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. Anche se potrebbe non essere un hotel a 5 stelle, ha fornito un'esperienza marocchina unica e autentica che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il riad stesso, con la sua architettura tradizionale, era pulito e invitante. Il punto forte è stata senza dubbio la terrazza serena, un'oasi di pace lontana dal trambusto della medina. Una sera ci siamo concessi un narghilè sulla terrazza, un'esperienza deliziosa che ci è costata solo circa 70 MAD. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di cenare sulla terrazza, dove abbiamo gustato deliziose tagine al prezzo molto ragionevole di 60 MAD a testa. Le abilità culinarie dello chef erano davvero impressionanti. Anche la colazione servita ogni mattina era tradizionale e casalinga! Ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale è stata l'atmosfera calda e accogliente creata da Iheb e dallo staff. Siamo arrivati ​​come ospiti ma ce ne siamo sentiti come amici. Abbiamo anche stretto amicizia con i due adorabili gattini residenti, Sofia, il soriano dal pelo lungo, e Leena, il gattino rosso. La loro presenza ha aggiunto un tocco di fascino in più al nostro soggiorno. The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
