Riads a Marrakesh

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Il posto è bello e pulito, il personale è stato anche molto utile. Tuttavia, si noti che l'indirizzo non è l'indirizzo effettivo della riad: io viaggio da solo, e solo la prenoto perché era proprio accanto a dove i miei amici sono rimasti. Solo quando arrivo ho scoperto che è un passo da l'indirizzo effettivo indicato su trip.com. Questo è molto sbagliato e dovrebbero aggiornare l'indirizzo corretto. Kudos al personale che mi ha fatto piacere camminare molte volte, perché preferisco avere qualcuno camminare in mattinata e a notte. Fornisce acqua, e anche molto utile e amichevole. Un altro problema che ho avuto è stato che ho organizzato un trasporto aereo per prendere me dall'aeroporto, e mi è stato detto che il conducente porterà il segno dell'hotel con il mio nome. Non riuscivo a trovare il conducente e panico, ancora una volta perché mi stava viaggiando da solo. Ho dovuto chiamare il riad per capire che il conducente non aveva il segno giusto, ma un altro nome simile a Riad Dar Massai, e non aveva il mio nome su di esso, che era sinceramente impossibile per me riconoscere il mio conducente. Il segno dovrebbe essere chiaro all'ospite per la prima volta a Marrakech per mostrare ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + nome dell'ospite”. Infine, l'aria condizionata era grande, ma i cavi erano molto sottili, so che hanno fornito cavi extra, ma non l'ho usato, quindi sono molto freddo di notte. Oltre ai pochi svantaggi, è in generale una bella Riad, ho davvero amato l'architettura interiore, e le camere sono pulite e spaziose, le docce sono calde e belle.

A Raid Yakimur ci siamo riposati con nostro figlio. Anche prima del viaggio abbiamo risposto in dettaglio alle nostre domande, ci abbiamo ordinato un trasferimento. Quando ci siamo ubicati, abbiamo avuto un tè di menta marocchina. La nostra stanza era al primo piano, lasciando la stanza, eravamo immediatamente in una bella zona pubblica. Era molto insolita vivere in un raid. In camera comodi letti. Non ho avuto illuminazione, ma ha dato un certo ambiente. Purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno, il colazione sul tetto non era possibile a causa del tempo, ma c'era sempre possibile salire e prendere foto. Raid è molto atmosferico. Reattivo, attento e piacevole personale lavora lì. Ci hanno fatto tutto per renderci confortevoli nel riad. La prossima volta torneremo certamente qui!

Bon séjour à la riad jibril Taxe de séjour onéreuse par rapport à mes voyage précédent ainsi que le prix du transfert qui pourrais être inclus dans le tarif du séjour. Sinon très bon emplacement quartier très clame avec toutes les commodités. Équipe fort sympathique et toujours disponible à la riad .

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. In generale, il servizio è buono, anche se non c'è nessuno alla reception, quindi ti danno le chiavi dell'ingresso principale e della tua camera. Come suggerimento, servirebbe un cartello ”Riad Nouhal”, ma in ogni caso, seguendo la posizione su Google Maps, ci arriverai.
