"Riad Amely is a great place to stay. The service is amazing. Saïd & Ftah were both amazing ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with fresh Moroccan tea, which was extremely refreshing. The room was nice and clean. The A/C worked brilliantly. The only downside was a shared bathroom. However, it was always kept clean and topped up. There is a nice seating area on the roof to enjoy your tea and food. The breakfast is a traditional Moroccan breakfast with good size portions. Whenever we exited or entered we were always greeted warmly. Thank you for everything guys !"

KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants.
We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum.
There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great.
The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us
Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals.
Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person
I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever.

UUtente ospiteStaying at Riad Dada Messouda & Spa was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel incredibly welcome almost like being part of a family. Everyone was so warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. One staff member, in particular, felt like a friend from home so caring and attentive.
Even when we had to leave early at 7:00 AM for a tour, they kindly prepared breakfast just for us. I also asked for help a few times, like cutting a honeydew melon, and they always went the extra mile with a smile. You can really feel that they put heart into everything they do.
The riad itself is stunning full of Moroccan charm and beautiful traditional design. The room and all the common areas were very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and comfortable.
I chose this place because I wanted to experience something truly local and authentic, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a hotel it feels like home.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!!!

Abbiamo provato massaggio e trattamento facciale sia prettyiii bello con amichevole massaggio. Il personale è estremamente utile e sorridente, molto buon punto! La camera è molto autentica e la riad molto affascinante.

Tuttavia, si noti che l'indirizzo non è l'indirizzo effettivo della riad: io viaggio da solo, e solo la prenoto perché era proprio accanto a dove i miei amici sono rimasti. Solo quando arrivo ho scoperto che è un passo da l'indirizzo effettivo indicato su trip.com. Questo è molto sbagliato e dovrebbero aggiornare l'indirizzo corretto. Kudos al personale che mi ha fatto piacere camminare molte volte, perché preferisco avere qualcuno camminare in mattinata e a notte. Fornisce acqua, e anche molto utile e amichevole.
Un altro problema che ho avuto è stato che ho organizzato un trasporto aereo per prendere me dall'aeroporto, e mi è stato detto che il conducente porterà il segno dell'hotel con il mio nome. Non riuscivo a trovare il conducente e panico, ancora una volta perché mi stava viaggiando da solo. Ho dovuto chiamare il riad per capire che il conducente non aveva il segno giusto, ma un altro nome simile a Riad Dar Massai, e non aveva il mio nome su di esso, che era sinceramente impossibile per me riconoscere il mio conducente. Il segno dovrebbe essere chiaro all'ospite per la prima volta a Marrakech per mostrare ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + nome dell'ospite”.
Infine, l'aria condizionata era grande, ma i cavi erano molto sottili, so che hanno fornito cavi extra, ma non l'ho usato, quindi sono molto freddo di notte.
Oltre ai pochi svantaggi, è in generale una bella Riad, ho davvero amato l'architettura interiore, e le camere sono pulite e spaziose, le docce sono calde e belle.

UUtente ospiteIl Riad Musee è situato in posizione ideale, vicino al cuore della medina. I padroni di casa sono fantastici: cordiali, competenti e attenti. La colazione sulla soleggiata terrazza panoramica è stata un momento clou, con vista sulla medina. Gli interni del riad sono molto curati, puliti e confortevoli.

The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service.
They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

UUtente ospiteThis was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and amazing hospitality.

MMR TOURS AND TRAVELSRecentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in questo meraviglioso hotel, e l'esperienza ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale mi ha accolto con un sorriso caldo e un'ospitalità eccezionale, rendendo il processo di check-in fluido ed efficiente. La stanza era spaziosa, impecabilmente pulita e concessa con pensiero, offrendo una combinazione perfetta di comfort e moderne strutture. BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
