Trova hotel con vasche da bagno a Marrakesh

Abbiamo dormito 2 notti in questo riad situato a poca distanza dalla famosissima piazza Jemaa El Fna dai giardini Menara e da Altre attrazioni famose della città. La struttura è grande in tipico stile marocchino come pure l'arredamento. A nostro avviso è una sistemazione ideale per immergersi nell'atmosfera del Paese dimenticando gli alberghi più moderni ma impersonali e soprattutto tenendo presente che le ”loro” stelle assegnate non sono paragonabili allo standard nostro. Ricordiamoci che siamo in un paese dove cultura, usi,costumi, tradizioni, tenore di vita e altro sono diversi dai nostri. Evitiamo pertanto le critiche inappropriate e I paragoni fuori luogo. Camere ampie, spaziose, alcune dispongono di un terrazzino che si affaccia sulla strada principale. Bagno grande (separato dal wc), ottimi i prodotti del set di cortesia. Bellissimi e ben arredati gli spazi comuni, Grande piscina, giardino, spa. Colazione ottima con ampia scelta. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Fully agree with other reviews that this is the worst Accor property we have ever experienced. Dirty & LONG overdue for a deep cleaning. ”IF” -- & that is the operative word here -- IF this hotel has someone with the title of General Manager, that person is doing Accor a HUGE disservice in terms of total disregard of property condition. Accor Senior Management needs to pay this property a visit & either bring it up to standards or remove their brand signage. If our room had not been totally pre-paid & unable to cancel, we would have walked out. Photo 1 - View from room of roof top overlooking the pool area. Appears to have NEVER been cleaned off. Condom wrappers, soft drink cans, chip bag packaging, more cigarette butts than one could count, combs, ball point pins & other assorted & disgusting trash covering the roof top. Photo 2+3 - Carpet & furniture was so filthy & stained that we refused to stay in this room. Photo 4 - Room for guest use for ironing remained this filthy & unkempt during our 3 day stay. Indicative of the overall lack of any housekeeping focus. Photo 5+6+7+8 - Mold throughout the shower. Apparently housekeeping has never heard of the word ”bleach”. Photo 9 - Microwave cabinet covered in dirt & chipped & banged up. Indicative of the overall property condition & this was ”supposedly” one of their ”recently remodeled” rooms? Really? Seriously? Photo 10 - Absolutely FILTHY glasses left for guest use. Inside bottoms still covered in a white milk-like substance. Photo 11 - Holder for sugar packets on restaurant table with disgusting filth & dirt covering the inside bottoms. May have never been cleaned & those on 3 other tables we checked were equally filthy. Photo 12 - Restaurant water dispenser with clearly-visible mold around the edges, which looks like it is rarely, if ever, FACTUALLY cleaned &/or sanitized. All of the personnel we encountered were pleasant & courteous, but this place seems to lack ANY ”factual &/or professional” management. Does Accor even have a division that checks the standards of properties that are part of the Accor brand affiliation? You would never know if by the condition of this Novotel.

What a gem of a property in the Accor catalog of accommodation and hospitality! I am a senior, solo, single traveler, and Ibis rooms are just fine with me! The Wi-Fi could be a little bit better, but that's the problem with the vendor and the Internet service Provider, not the Ibis. Although this Ibis would be within their rights to demand better service- in 2023, with 100+ rooms. I came directly from an Ibis in Lisbon, which had fewer items for breakfast, and no Chef for evening dinner! The breakfast is a wonderful mix of Moroccan, Arabic, French foods, but also American/English. Scrambled eggs are made without dairy, and I brought my own gluten-free bread from Carrefour to be sure. While they do have a container of Honey, I bring my own, as I don't like touching containers and spoons touched by other customers... another customer absconded with my honey yesterday, and one of the wait staff had to retrieve it! Three languages are spoken here: Moroccan, Arabic, French, and plenty of English. Any word that is too specific can be translated on any of the web translation sources. Like when I needed to explain that DHL was bringing a package with my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that Carrefour does not stock! There's been some shuffling of the wait staff in the last few days, but besides being new, quiet, and shy, they are all talented and all understand hospitality. The evening dinner is attended to by the top echelon of the hotel staff and everything is more than fine – which in my case means a very plain and simple American taste. Since I don't carry currency, the evening food bill goes on my room tab. Breakfast was part of the booking in the first place, but I don't fully understand what ”half-board” means, if that means evening dinner, so I will be inquiring about that. Being next-door to the train station means it's a three minute walk to excellent sight seeing and people watching. And McDonald's of you so care, and at least two mobile phone SIM shops. Carrefour is a 10 minute walk, and there is a shopping mall which is about a 20 minute walk which I will be visiting for recreation purposes and window shopping, to get a feel for the retail culture of this city. And people watching! I did read about the potable water situation on a Moroccan tourism page. This Ibis has plenty of bottled water, so just ask- at Reception and of course in the Restaurant.  I also read about cash versus credit card. The three places that I have spent money at have all accepted cards. It is currently Ramadan, but this Ibis respects International tourists' needs and wants. No disruption of service- and the staff seem to be very happy to be celebrating the holiday. My room had two minor maintenance issues, which were resolved quickly. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and well manicured. I have stayed with other brand name chain hotels in the US and Europe. There is nothing in this historic building that is outdated, or in need of renovation. The most important

La location e’ molto valida perché è vicino sia alle mura dell città che alla vita notturna , anche la struttura e’ buona , ci sono 2 grandi piscine ed una hall fresca e pulita , l’hotel si perde principalmente nei servizi (che sono pessimi basti pensare che i frigobar in camera sono vuoti ) e nel personale (realmente pessimo ed arrogante oltre che incapace) la colazione e’ l’unica cosa degna di nota ed anche il personale della colazione (a differenza degli altri ) e’ molto gentile e servizievole . Per il resto l’hotel ha un servizio di gran lunga lontano dalle 5 stelle . Il personale sembra automatizzato , qualsiasi problema o richiesta tu abbia loro se ne fregano e vanno avanti come robot ripetendo sempre le stesse cose , ho notato anche tanta arroganza e ignoranza da parte dello staff , pessimo anche il servizio di pulizia , pessimo il servizio nelle piscine e pessimo il servizio reception e concierge , terribile il room service ! eppure basterebbe poco per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno agli ospiti.

La hall dell'hotel è magnifica, la camera è molto spaziosa, la piscina è molto pulita e anche il buffet è molto bello.Con tali condizioni di alloggio, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto.La stanza è praticamente in palio , e la stanza ha un balcone. La stanza del fine settimana è molto stretta. Se hai bisogno di prenotare, dovresti prenotare un po 'prima.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione più centrale della città, e le strutture circostanti sono complete per il viaggio, ma quando sono rimasto, è successo qualcosa di strano. L'hotel mi ha dato la stanza del terzo piano. Quando sono arrivato al terzo piano con l'ascensore, ho scoperto che molte camere del terzo piano sono state decorate, Il lavoro entra e esce in un senso di confusione. Pensavo che forse non importava che alcune camere fossero state trasformate. Quando ho continuato a entrare nella mia stanza, ho scoperto che c'era un pezzo di terra che stava colpendo con un colpo di shock, e il suono era enormemente grigio, Immediatamente mi sono girato indietro alla reception dell'hotel e ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza e l'ambiente tranquillo. L'hotel ha esitato a darmi una stanza nel quarto piano, ma quando sono arrivato al quarto piano, il suono della gola di shock è ancora grande, non c'è modo di riposare comodo, Il servizio clienti di Trip.com può essere contattato con il servizio clienti di Trip.com, alla fine il servizio clienti comunica con l'hotel e mi ha cambiato in una stanza molto tranquilla dall'altra parte del quinto piano, e mi ha dato un buono di compensazione inaspettato. Scrivi questo commento per riassumere che, come un hotel in catena internazionale di cinque stelle, durante la ricezione degli ospiti, l'hotel è in decorazione di vetro e mettere gli ospiti nella stanza di decorazione, è solo un pensiero!

Siamo stati qui prima due notti, in camere scandalose per un quattro stelle, funzionava tutto molto male acqua minimo indispensabile per lavarsi doccia mezza rotta phon non funzionante, dopo lamentele la seconda e terza volta ci sono state assegnate camere al piano piscina(molto bella) che erano più che normali, direi quasi belle. Peccato fosse stato sempre così il mio giudizio nonostante un ristorante così così sarebbe stato diverso!!

Da quando si arriva c' è meraviglia, cammini in una piccola stradina e poi entri in questo Riad davvero bellissimo tutto a volte in mattoni e ceramica pieno di storia. Ma l' attore principale è la cucina in questa sorprendente sala con piscina, si prepara a mio avviso la migliore cucina di Marrakech sia di piatti marocchini che europa con una eccellente pasticceria.
