"Io e mio fratello abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 10 giorni, quindi abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia. La finestra della camera dava su un muro, quindi non c'era luce naturale; abbiamo dovuto accendere le luci giorno e notte. Eravamo al quinto piano. D'altra parte, l'hotel è piuttosto ben posizionato, a pochi metri da una stazione della metropolitana. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno, ma non so per quanto riguarda le lenzuola... C'è un onsen e una piscina, che non ho usato, quindi non posso commentare, ma penso che siano uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel. Gli darei una valutazione media perché la camera, che non dava su nulla, ci ha fatto sentire un po' stretti. A parte questo, e dato che eravamo in hotel solo per dormire, non ho lamentele da fare."

UUtente ospiteI come to Tokyo several times a year, staying a fortnight or more each time. This time I spent seven nights at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu. The room faced Hie Shrine. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows I could see the shrine's copper roof and half of Tokyo's skyline. The décor was modern without excess; the layout flowed easily, Bose speakers hidden in the walls, another set in the bathroom ceiling, connected by a 3.5mm jack. The curtains were motorized, though you hardly needed to close them. The turndown service. I would leave in the evening and return late to find the room changed: only the hallway light and bedside lamp left on, a bottle of water and a glass on the nightstand, two chocolates beside them. The evening tea and teacup, previously stored in the cabinet, had been moved next to the coffee machine. These changes were so slight you had to think back carefully to confirm they had happened at all. The temperature and humidity had been adjusted. As if the room itself remembered your habits. Room service fell short of the ryokan in Hakone or Lake Toya, but well above the ordinary hotel. Each day I made two or three cups of complimentary coffee, played music, read, wrote. In seven days I finished three books. The research ahead began to take shape. There were drawbacks. No washing machine, but a decent laundromat ten minutes' walk away—a chance to wander the streets of Akasaka. The room provided HDMI and ethernet ports but no cables; for those who came to rest, perhaps a mercy. The minibar fridge was mostly occupied by drinks for purchase, same as the Imperial, though there was still room for my sparkling water. The day I left it was half past five and fully dark. I could barely make out the faces of the bellhop and the taxi driver. Together they loaded my luggage into the boot. I wished the bellhop a happy new year in Japanese and told her I liked her hat. She smiled and returned the greeting. As the taxi pulled out of the underground drive, I thought of the inns Kawabata once wrote about: what had to be sought in the mountains of snow country can now be reached by elevator from the B2 exit of a metro station. I have watched the Shinagawa Prince Hotel loosen quietly over time, slip a little. That kind of decline is rarely one great error. It begins the day someone forgets to leave a glass of water, neglects to move a packet of tea, omits a newspaper. As for The Capitol Hotel Tokyu: in Japanese, what I experienced over these seven days is called ちょうどいい.

PPho3beLiQuesta volta, sono rimasto a Tokyo con mia figlia per una vacanza e mi sono sentito felice e soddisfatto, soprattutto con le attentive strutture e il personale. In coincidenza, dal momento che la data di partenza è caduta in un fine settimana, l'hotel ha aperto in particolare il 24th-floor Peter per gli ospiti a fare colazione, per permetterci di godere di una vista panoramica del palazzo di mattina. Penso che il sushi e lo stile occidentale al 30° piano siano molto buoni , e anche il servizio è buono Puoi goderti il ​​panorama mentre mangi! Anche il gusto è molto buono. La colazione in stile occidentale comprende anche ciambelle e gelato🍦, cosa relativamente rara! Fare shopping e mangiare nei dintorni dell'hotel è super conveniente e i prezzi non sono alti. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti per arrivare a Ginza con la metropolitana, il che è super conveniente. Lo scenario costiero è bellissimo e c'è anche la Statua della Libertà. TTim NazarovHotel has a convenient location with Otemachi station entrance in same exact building around the corner. A few 24h conbini’s are located around. We had a room facing the park with a stunning view at the sunset and Mt.Fuji. The room itself is clean and spacious, everything needed was inside, staff changed towels daily. Smoking room is around reception and is really comfy as there are 2 vending machines. The only downside - pool operating ours are ending early, which is a bit strange as walking around Tokyo usually does not end around 6-7 pm. and would be great to stretch you legs after a long walk swimming in a pool before going to sleep

VVilsiaL'hotel si trova proprio accanto al Tokyo Dome, il che lo rende estremamente comodo se si va a un concerto. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un piccolo parco divertimenti con ruota panoramica e montagne russe. Il check-in e il check-out sono gestiti da macchinette self-service con opzioni linguistiche, davvero molto pratico. Al secondo piano dell'hotel c'è un minimarket Lawson e ai piani 2 e 3 si trovano ristoranti giapponesi, un'ulteriore comodità. Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel ci sono due altri minimarket e un negozio Don Quijote. Tuttavia, per quanto riguarda altri centri commerciali, la posizione non è altrettanto comoda come Asakusa o Ginza. Avendo optato per un piano fumatori, l'odore di fumo era piuttosto evidente appena usciti dall'ascensore. L'accesso ai piani è tramite tessera magnetica. Nel complesso, sono rimasto piuttosto soddisfatto.

LLazgolfWe booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.
