UUtente ospiteThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

La tranquillità e la pace insieme a buon colazione sono stati ciò che mia moglie e io stavamo molto atteso ...a distanza dalla rabbia e dalla bustina. E' un'arte questi giorni solo sedersi indietro e riconnettersi tra di loro e forse fare ...no, tranne godere della società dell'altro ...
Abbiamo avuto uno dei calamari più deliziosi, in una delle più profonde, a Kelong Elly, situato vicino alla casa di spiaggia SADI. Le 2 notti trascorse a SADI sono state una grande esperienza.
L'Equipe SADI ha prestato molta attenzione e ha reso memorabile ogni parte del nostro soggiorno. Guardandoci in attesa di visitare la prossima volta con un gruppo di amici che cercano la pace!
Specialmente menzionato a Tika e Irma, il personale di servizio clienti, che mi ha collegato via WhatsApp prima della nostra arrivo, in modo da essere consapevoli del necessario. Molto apprezzato.
In generale, ci sentiamo ricaricati dopo il nostro soggiorno.😊🙏🏼

YyanyeetEsperienza super super fantastica!! Il resort è un po' lontano, ma è come una piccola comunità isolata e autosufficiente, un mondo a sé stante! Avevamo un sacco di cose da fare anche se non avevamo niente in programma. C'erano tantissime attività gratuite (preparazione di sambal, visite alla fattoria, degustazione di miele, kayak, yoga, piegatura di asciugamani, osservazione delle stelle, degustazione di caffè, ecc.). A tarda notte, il personale è persino venuto a offrirci un dessert gratuito (una torta) ed era così delizioso. Anche la camera era davvero confortevole e accogliente e avevamo un servizio di buggy che ci portava qua e là (era come un giro sulle montagne russe, così divertente). Anche il cibo era buonissimo (Rica Rica aveva degli ottimi satay e mie goreng), e la postazione per le uova a colazione 10/10!! Anche il personale lì è stato così gentile e disponibile, mi dispiace tanto di aver dovuto andarmene... posso tornare...

UUtente ospiteNo 1, is the direct access (with sunbeds) on the beach. No 2, the rooms are fabulous apartments, mine had a kitchnette, separate bedroom, 2 tv, 2 aircon and balcony.
No 3, the staff are attentive, friendly and hardworking.
My 1st visit, so on the improvement side: wicker sunbeds on beach need sunlounger mattress - otherwise they are rock hard. If you are not good at walking and have trouble with stairs and/or lifts, ask for ground floor room.

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

JJoseph HiuBanyan Tree Bintan offre un ambiente che si sente come un santuario. Le villa sono infilate in una lussuosa foresta piovana, creando un senso di segretezza e di armonizzazione con la natura. Dal momento in cui si salta al balcone, la vista si apre al vasto mare sud cinese, inquadrato da verde e il suono delle onde sottostanti.
La combinazione di foresta tropicale e panorama oceanico è incredibile. Il sole trae luce morbida sopra gli alberi, mentre le serata sono marcate dal ritmo calmante del mare. È un luogo dove la bellezza naturale vi circonda ogni volta, offrendo sia la tranquillità che l'ispirazione.

UUtente ospiteThe concept of glamping is novel, but once is more the enough.
We traveled during the Singapore school holidays, so the resort was packed. As such, our neighboring tents were all occupied. Due to the close proximity and strange tent age acoustics. I was able to hear the neighbors chatter, even when both us and neighbours were in our own tents.
Our tent was located to some bigger tents with outdoor benches. Some residents hung out, drank and smoke late into the night.
Honestly, I had the worst sleeps during the trip. For light sleepers. Please pack ear plugs.
Treasure bay is also operated independently from Natra. Please take note. There were some hiccups when I tried to book activities via the hotel and the vendor was not the most polite.
During peak season, popular activities and rides are quickly booked up, so please plan ahead .

Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻
The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV.
Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it
The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful.

Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty.
Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy.
Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok .
Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain
Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer !
Will definitely recommend my friends and family here.

MMayer ChanIl check-in è stato veloce e semplice. Le camere erano già fredde a 16 °C con una tessera inserita nel sistema. Molto apprezzato visto il caldo torrido.
La piscina era piccola. Più per rilassarsi che per nuotare.
La palestra era piccola. Chiusa da una vetrata con la parte superiore all'aperto, quindi può essere molto calda e umida. Il tapis roulant era pietoso. È più un tapis roulant da casa che uno che si trova di solito negli hotel.
Il mio gruppo di 14 adulti ha deciso di cenare al bar/ristorante. Il menu è limitato ma sufficiente per provare la cucina locale. Purtroppo, il cibo era molto lento e arrivava a pezzi, ad esempio un piatto è arrivato dopo 10-15 minuti di attesa. Immaginate 14 adulti che ordinano più piatti + bevande? Dobbiamo aver ordinato più di 30 piatti, bevande escluse. Solo negli ultimi 20 minuti della nostra cena sono usciti dalla cucina molti piatti contemporaneamente. Il personale non era sicuramente preparato a gestire tali ordini la sera. Alcuni piatti, come il satay, erano freddi. Alcuni piatti sono stati saltati. Davvero deludente.
Il personale di sala è stato gentile e paziente.
La colazione era decisamente migliore. Molti piatti e una vasta scelta.
Questo hotel sembra essere una scelta popolare tra i cittadini cinesi. L'intero hotel era pieno di gente durante la colazione.

HHeavenly L.Piccolo e grazioso resort boutique con personale molto gentile. Ambiente molto sereno, senza famiglie e bambini rumorosi, circondato da un'abbondante mangrovie all'interno della proprietà. Fuori dalla proprietà, è possibile raggiungere in bicicletta i rustici villaggi locali e il molo dei pescatori (a 15 minuti a piedi). Il Wi-Fi potrebbe essere migliore se fosse più stabile. La corrente elettrica è saltata una volta quando eravamo lì per 3 giorni e 2 notti... e se ci fosse un minifrigo in camera, sarebbe perfetto. Per il resto, tutti i servizi sono abbastanza buoni. Il menu offre una varietà di piatti occidentali, indonesiani e alcuni cinesi, ma la scelta migliore sarebbe la loro deliziosa selezione indonesiana. Sono disponibili attività acquatiche di base, ad esempio piscina con vista sul mare, kayak e altri tour in loco. Per i bambini: piccoli scivoli, altalene, altalene, piccoli animali come conigli, gatti e galline. Intrattenimento: semplici giochi da tavolo, uno, freccette ecc.
