Hotel a Bintan con piscina

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti per celebrare il nostro compleanno di San Valentino. La tranquillità e la pace insieme a buon colazione sono stati ciò che mia moglie e io stavamo molto atteso ...a distanza dalla rabbia e dalla bustina. E' un'arte questi giorni solo sedersi indietro e riconnettersi tra di loro e forse fare ...no, tranne godere della società dell'altro ... Abbiamo avuto uno dei calamari più deliziosi, in una delle più profonde, a Kelong Elly, situato vicino alla casa di spiaggia SADI. Le 2 notti trascorse a SADI sono state una grande esperienza. L'Equipe SADI ha prestato molta attenzione e ha reso memorabile ogni parte del nostro soggiorno. Guardandoci in attesa di visitare la prossima volta con un gruppo di amici che cercano la pace! Specialmente menzionato a Tika e Irma, il personale di servizio clienti, che mi ha collegato via WhatsApp prima della nostra arrivo, in modo da essere consapevoli del necessario. Molto apprezzato. In generale, ci sentiamo ricaricati dopo il nostro soggiorno.😊🙏🏼

Io e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e la nostra camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il servizio è stato fantastico, con personale cordiale e attento! L'hotel si trova a circa 1 ora e 20 minuti dal terminal dei traghetti di Bintan, il che lo rende un po' isolato dalle zone più affollate. Se preferite un'atmosfera vivace, la vita da spiaggia e un lungomare pulito, questo hotel potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Tuttavia, se cercate tranquillità e un posto dove rilassarvi e chiacchierare con un buon amico, questo è il posto perfetto! Un inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la presenza di insetti volanti. Durante i pasti, soprattutto la sera, mosche e zanzare ci svolazzavano intorno. Inoltre, c'erano gatti randagi nelle vicinanze, il che potrebbe essere un problema se non amate i gatti. Detto questo, ci siamo davvero goduti il ​​nostro soggiorno!

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Per quanto riguarda il miglior posto per un corto raggio dal modo di vita disgustoso a Singapore. Il prezzo è super prezioso e con il loro alto soffitto. Chiunque mi ha chiesto dove andare per 3D2n, questo è. Ho goduto ogni mia permanenza lì. Tutte le mie richieste sono state risposte in modo molto ampio

L'alloggio in villa vale il prezzo speso. Se cercate privacy durante la vostra vacanza, non potete sbagliarvi con questo posto. I pasti/le opzioni di cibo sono scadenti. La colazione arrivava fredda e insapore quasi tutti i giorni. Non avere un buffet per la colazione non aiuta. Se dovete servire in camera, vi preghiamo di acquistare ripiani caldi, carrelli isolati e coperture in acciaio per evitare che il cibo si raffreddi. Le pellicole trasparenti sono dannose per l'ambiente e rendono il cibo molliccio. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, anche se fosse stato caldo, avrei comunque dato 2 su 5. Ad esempio, date un'occhiata a questa pizza Margherita che abbiamo ricevuto il primo giorno del nostro arrivo.

Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Il check-in è stato veloce e semplice. Le camere erano già fredde a 16 °C con una tessera inserita nel sistema. Molto apprezzato visto il caldo torrido. La piscina era piccola. Più per rilassarsi che per nuotare. La palestra era piccola. Chiusa da una vetrata con la parte superiore all'aperto, quindi può essere molto calda e umida. Il tapis roulant era pietoso. È più un tapis roulant da casa che uno che si trova di solito negli hotel. Il mio gruppo di 14 adulti ha deciso di cenare al bar/ristorante. Il menu è limitato ma sufficiente per provare la cucina locale. Purtroppo, il cibo era molto lento e arrivava a pezzi, ad esempio un piatto è arrivato dopo 10-15 minuti di attesa. Immaginate 14 adulti che ordinano più piatti + bevande? Dobbiamo aver ordinato più di 30 piatti, bevande escluse. Solo negli ultimi 20 minuti della nostra cena sono usciti dalla cucina molti piatti contemporaneamente. Il personale non era sicuramente preparato a gestire tali ordini la sera. Alcuni piatti, come il satay, erano freddi. Alcuni piatti sono stati saltati. Davvero deludente. Il personale di sala è stato gentile e paziente. La colazione era decisamente migliore. Molti piatti e una vasta scelta. Questo hotel sembra essere una scelta popolare tra i cittadini cinesi. L'intero hotel era pieno di gente durante la colazione.

La principale attrazione è la spiaggia che si combina durante la bassa precipitazione quotidiana, l'acqua è leggera e molto chiara, piena di pesci, crab e piccoli pesci. C'è anche un jet che si può vedere molti pesci nel mare, è a pochi passi dal resort (scommesse si possono vedere diverse specie se si va a notte con un potente torcia), ci è anche un mini mart locale per comprare cose dall'altra parte. Campeggi con 🐔 allevamenti di pollo intorno e molte attività di pesca locale. Molte stelle di notte se non ci sono luna o nuvole. In generale, una splendida esperienza per amanti della natura e bambini da esplorare. La risoluzione televisiva è tuttavia cattiva, il servizio alimentare è scarso e il trasporto e altre attività sono piuttosto costosi, nessun condizionatore per capelli e devono chiedere repelente insetti. Spero che si occupino di queste cose e forniscano più attività, è una spiaggia così meravigliosa, più persone dovrebbero venire.
