Hotel con piscina a Bintan

This hotel deserves 6/5. The interior is modern, great location, The best services especially mention to Sir Kaleb and all the staff. All the staff greeted and smiled. They allowed us to check in early 11:00 since we came early and late check out 1:00 because our trip will be at 6:35. They attended to our request. They also provide shuttle bus for both arrival and departure. There is also near cafe and a convenience store. We will surely come back here.

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Super servizio caldo, amichevole e professionale! Amore il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Indigo Bintan! Tutti i membri del personale hanno davvero fatto il passo per assicurarci che ci fosse molto cura. Apprezzo i elevati livelli di cura, a partire dal salotto di attesa esclusivo al terminale Bintan, il trasferimento complimentare di auto BYD all'hotel e da e verso il terminale, il bug di sicurezza viaggia intorno al resort per garantire che Rimarremo asciutti nel tempo piovoso della monsona, nei deliziosi e dolci colazione semi-buffet con opzioni di Ala Carta per i principali corsi preparati su ordine, nelle belle camere decorate e spaziose, Le attività complimentari quotidianamente per mantenere gli ospiti divertenti, ecc. Nella maggior parte dei casi, tutti i servizi ci salutano sempre con sorriso luminoso durante il nostro soggiorno! Spero di tornare a visitare presto!

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices. I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest. They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole. But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

Il resort è pulito e ben tenuto. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione con loro non è un problema. Ci sono molte attività a cui puoi partecipare nel resort, alcune delle quali sono piuttosto interessanti come il tour del mercato del pesce locale e il giro da un'isola all'altra ecc. La colazione è? un'ampia varietà disponibile. Eravamo lì per dare il benvenuto al nuovo anno e siamo rimasti sorpresi dal fatto che il resort avesse programmato fuochi d'artificio alla festa di Capodanno. Siamo così fortunati che la nostra camera abbia un'ottima vista dei fuochi d'artificio che sono durati circa 10 minuti, proprio di fronte a noi. Ci siamo goduti i fuochi d'artificio dal nostro accogliente balcone 😊 Soggiorno fortemente consigliato per coppie, amici e famiglia!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicino al mare. Struttura fantastica dalla stanza. La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita. Le persone sono molto professionali e utili per tutta la mia permanenza. In generale era un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno. Il buffet del mattino è stato anche grande! Certamente ritornerà. Puoi ordinare un servizio di bug all'interno del resort e la loro risposta è molto veloce.

In generale, il ristorante è accettabile, circondato dalle foreste e lontano dalle strutture, e quindi, se qualcuno vuole comprare qualsiasi merce, sarebbe molto difficile accedere ai supermercati. Il ristorante del ristorante del resort costa circa 49 S$ per 2 pach, che è inevitabile, poiché il luogo è abbastanza isolato. Il fatto è che non c'è molto di scelta nel menu. Il resort è un appartamento di servizio e dispone di molti utensili per la cucina e l'uso personale. Il resort offre gratuitamente e a tempo libero servizio di autobus che è buono per tutti i clienti. Anche se abbiamo prenotato come vista del giardino, abbiamo ricevuto vista del parcheggio, per noi è tutto a posto, perché è tranquillo e tranquillo ovunque.

Villa was big enough for a family of 5 adults. It's spacious, staff were friendly too. The hotel upkeeping can be better, although if you do encounter any issue/request, you may contact them through their WA (scan to add WA upon chrlecking in). Some of the breakfast options can be better too.

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.
