Hotel con piscina a Bintan

Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Overall a pretty decent stay. We super love the service and friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating to all of our requests and many last minute changes. The room is quite clean and the aircon is super strong. Very convenient to have the pool outside, good privacy while you take a dip/play in the water. They have Netflix, Disney+, etc but you need to sign in to your account. Downside is we are disconnected to the signal/no internet for the TV. Ended up using our phones to watch shows.

Ottimo soggiorno a Four Points Sheraton. Le strutture sono nuove e la camera è pulita. Servizio eccellente in tutto il mondo. La proprietà condivide una spiaggia con Hotel Indigo e The Sanchaya, che abbiamo soggiornato in precedenza e che abbiamo goduto anche molto. La spiaggia è ampia, e si può camminare per un paio d'ore lungo la spiaggia lungo la zona intertidale (compresi in un'isola che altrimenti si potrebbe dover nuotare fino ad alta tensione). È un ristorante terribile situato a pochi minuti a piedi sulla spiaggia. Non esitate a tornare qui.

Super servizio caldo, amichevole e professionale! Amore il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Indigo Bintan! Tutti i membri del personale hanno davvero fatto il passo per assicurarci che ci fosse molto cura. Apprezzo i elevati livelli di cura, a partire dal salotto di attesa esclusivo al terminale Bintan, il trasferimento complimentare di auto BYD all'hotel e da e verso il terminale, il bug di sicurezza viaggia intorno al resort per garantire che Rimarremo asciutti nel tempo piovoso della monsona, nei deliziosi e dolci colazione semi-buffet con opzioni di Ala Carta per i principali corsi preparati su ordine, nelle belle camere decorate e spaziose, Le attività complimentari quotidianamente per mantenere gli ospiti divertenti, ecc. Nella maggior parte dei casi, tutti i servizi ci salutano sempre con sorriso luminoso durante il nostro soggiorno! Spero di tornare a visitare presto!

Great stay, very very nice staff, good food (food is slightly expensive)

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... I play golf at the nearby Laguna Bintan Golf Course and have returned again to stay at Angsana Bintan. A special mention to the main restaurant manager at Angsana who is very attentive and helpful. The spa at Angsana Bintan is great and the masseurs and staff provide a very good service. One issue is that they charge you if you take away the bedroom slippers and the beach slippers without actually telling you in advance. I was almost caught out to pay about 20USD for this which is a bit preposterous for a 5 star hotel! My room had twin beds of generous size each with lots of room to move around, a working desk, a lounging sofa and a balcony with furniture. The room offered a great view of the beach and the sea.
