An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise! Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Grande servizio in generale. Da arrivo di ferry all'uscita. Il servizio di fronte e il ristorante erano eccellenti. La stanza era pulita con una bella vista, e la piscina era grande con un sacco di letti di giorno. Ci sono molte attività da scegliere, ma la messa in piscina è stata la nostra attività preferita. La gestione della piscina, tuttavia, ha bisogno di un miglioramento: i letti usati non sono stati puliti, con asciugamani sporchi lasciati ovunque anche piastre/sfondi sporchi, rendendo difficile indicare chi era disponibile. Non c'era nemmeno un personale che fornisca facilmente le tovaglie, le richieste sono state troppo lunghe; se non ci sono persone, le tovaglie dovrebbero essere semplicemente preparate sui letti di giornata.

We were picked up from the ferry terminal, and we had a smooth experience with checking in, facilities, and checking out. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a great time at the foam party and beach.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

We stayed here for a relaxing golf getaway, and the location was perfect. The hotel is situated right next to the golf course, which made it incredibly convenient. We booked a Sea View Pool Villa, and it was spacious with a beautiful ocean view. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of golf. All of the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for your warm hospitality throughout our stay. We also dined at several of the hotel's restaurants, and most of them offered delicious food and excellent service. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit dated, and some areas of the room could benefit from refurbishment and maintenance. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and were satisfied with our experience. We would happily return for another relaxing golf trip.

Generally is a good experience for a family stay. The villa is big and spacious. Both rooms are clean and tidy. We have in house BBQ session. Drawback is the toilet is open style with easy access for the flies and mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is acceptable. But for the 3 nights, we prefer to have dinner outside instead as the price is not that attractive.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Excellent location away from the usual water parks and tourists. The resort is only an hr from the ferry terminal, for an additional fee, they can arrange pickup/drop off. The room is way better than the photos advertised. Every amenity you can think of is available including insect repellent cream. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to nature. There are a few species of kingfishers, sandpipers and swifts, raptors, etc just to name a few. The main highlight of this place is when the tide is low, you can walk out and go fish hunting, spot different species of crabs, and mudskippers, etc. Since it is a mangrove beach, inevitably there are sandflies so it's important to cover up when heading to the beach. The staff are friendly and food is amazing. I will be back again hopefully in the near future.

Stando a Cabin Villa a De Bintan Villa è stata una bella esperienza! Sono così felice di tornare, e questa volta ho avuto l'opportunità di provare la loro nuova cabina con la sua vista sul mare tranquillo. Il personale qui è incredibile e mi ha fatto sentire caldo e benvenuto. Inoltre, la stanza era pulita senza spazi, il che lo ha fatto ancora meglio. Il viaggio è iniziato con Bobby, che mi ha preso e mi ha reso comoda e piacevole la macchina.E chi mi ha mandato a bordo è fantastico! La villa di Cabin, Erni e Deka erano sempre li' con un sorriso luminoso e un servizio amichevole, assicurandosi che tutto fosse perfetto. Andy, che mi ha guidato tra la villa di cabina e il Café Cliff, era anche eccezionalmente caldo e amichevole, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Al Cliff Cafe, Suhardi e Seltiya hanno fornito un servizio attento e utile, facendomi sentire a casa. In generale, è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso e caldo con una grande stanza e persone gentili con bellissime sorrisi. Grazie per tutto, e non posso aspettare di tornare di nuovo!
