Il resort è pulito e ben tenuto. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione con loro non è un problema. Ci sono molte attività a cui puoi partecipare nel resort, alcune delle quali sono piuttosto interessanti come il tour del mercato del pesce locale e il giro da un'isola all'altra ecc. La colazione è? un'ampia varietà disponibile. Eravamo lì per dare il benvenuto al nuovo anno e siamo rimasti sorpresi dal fatto che il resort avesse programmato fuochi d'artificio alla festa di Capodanno. Siamo così fortunati che la nostra camera abbia un'ottima vista dei fuochi d'artificio che sono durati circa 10 minuti, proprio di fronte a noi. Ci siamo goduti i fuochi d'artificio dal nostro accogliente balcone 😊 Soggiorno fortemente consigliato per coppie, amici e famiglia!

The resort is big building and beach front but it is not for swimming, the hotel is okay, the pool got 3 parts. No sauna in the resort. The Staff at restaurant and room service and housekeeping are friendly. Susan is very helpful but I was surprised that my 11 yrs old child was charges as adult even it stated in your website that Child is 11 yrs old I contest it but no avail so I paid as Adult for 11 yrs old. We had lunch at Mayang Sari restaurant that serves local cuisine which we always try whenever we visits Indonesia we ordered Oxtail soup but the soup is bland, no umami taste, the beef is dry it's disappointing. The service is good though. Our check out time was not smooth either, I was asks to pay the bill of more than 3 ml+ idr but my actual bill is just 1 ml + idr.

Marriot Bonvoy Service è il migliore pranzo per la natra in questo resort, che è anche condiviso da hotel anmon per tutte le strutture ricreative e alimentari, in modo da poter visitare entrambi i pasti dell'hotel per il cibo. In generale trovato 3 giorni 2 notti di soggiorno per i bambini a giocare nel resort è più di abbastanza. Solo notare che il prezzo qui è equivalente a SGD spende se non più, qui non è BATAM. Preparatevi a spendere un po 'più per tutto.

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

E' stata una grande esperienza celebrare il mio compleanno con loro, e per molto tempo non mi sentivo mai sola in questi giorni, sono stato accolto con genuini e sinceri intorno con questi sforzi per rendermi felice. Dalle email con la signora Paskah per assicurarmi che mi accontento di prendere in considerazione le mie richieste.A la signora Jessica, Asep e Agung che hanno decorato la mia stanza come una sorpresa per il mio compleanno (cosa che era così carino). Per Lady che mi ha aiutato a entrare e a uscire e che mi ha aiutato a trovare un massaggio balineso da Wanda; per Bram e Sonia che erano così buoni, mi ha fatto sentire speciale nel mio giorno, così gentile e molto ospite. Ho viaggiato per la maggior parte del tempo, e questa è la prima volta che mi sentivo in pace e veramente felice. Per capire che la vita è degno di vivere e il mondo è bellissimo. Grazie mille a tutti. Questo è un giorno per ricordare. Mi hai toccato il cuore e mi hai fatto credere che la gentilezza e la sincerità esistano ancora.

The location was quiet, peaceful, and very good for relaxation. The cottage was comfortable. So it’s great if you’re looking for a place to fully chill and relax! Resort has many types of room categories like treetop, sea view villa, beach view etc.. resort also has activities like boating, archery, cycling, etc .. Imp: Location is a bit far from the city, thankfully there’s pickup & dropoff service with reasonable prices provided by the resort. The traditional massage was on the beach ⛱️ side in the evening. The cold breeze with the sound of water waves was so relaxing. The staff was very attentive and very welcome.🙏 The Resort Manager Mr.Ishon was so nice and friendly nature. Here, you can get Veg and Non Veg food. Indonesia food, Asian food, Korean food. They also have BBQ. which needs to be booked in advance. Would visit again!!
