We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Grande servizio in generale. Da arrivo di ferry all'uscita. Il servizio di fronte e il ristorante erano eccellenti. La stanza era pulita con una bella vista, e la piscina era grande con un sacco di letti di giorno. Ci sono molte attività da scegliere, ma la messa in piscina è stata la nostra attività preferita. La gestione della piscina, tuttavia, ha bisogno di un miglioramento: i letti usati non sono stati puliti, con asciugamani sporchi lasciati ovunque anche piastre/sfondi sporchi, rendendo difficile indicare chi era disponibile. Non c'era nemmeno un personale che fornisca facilmente le tovaglie, le richieste sono state troppo lunghe; se non ci sono persone, le tovaglie dovrebbero essere semplicemente preparate sui letti di giornata.

We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. The atmosphere was so peaceful, exclusive, and romantic — perfect for spending quality time with my wife. The hotel itself is incredibly unique, with so much history and character. Staying inside a beautifully restored ship made the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner had a charming nautical touch, and the ambiance throughout the property was elegant yet cozy. One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark. If you are looking for a romantic escape, peaceful retreat, or simply a unique experience in Bintan, I highly recommend Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel. It was a memorable celebration with my wife, and we will definitely come back again. We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Abbiamo avuto un meraviglioso soggiorno 4-night a Banyan Tree Bintan per celebrare il mio compleanno e il giorno della mamma. Anche se il resort stesso è bello ci piaceva soprattutto la nostra vista marina foresta pioggia it è la gente che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente inoltrabile. Il servizio e l'ospitalità erano incredibili: il personale si è alzato e si è allontanato, da aiutare entusiasticamente mio marito a coordinare le sorprese di compleanno a fornire un servizio eccezionale a ogni pasto. Siamo stati costantemente impressionati dai membri del team che hanno fornito e ben organizzato il nostro servizio in camera, i custodi che hanno tenuto la nostra villa in prigione, e il team pensante che ha sorpreso mio figlio con un fantastico trattamento di turnover. La vera cura dimostrata dal personale è la ragione principale per cui ritornerò, e spero che il resort continui a valorizzare e a promuovere un'immenso squadra. Per quanto riguarda le strutture, mentre il resort mostra la sua età, non si è detratto dalla nostra esperienza. L'unica proposta sarebbe di rinfrescare le piscine della villa, poiché abbiamo incontrato alcuni problemi con la chiarezza dell'acqua durante il nostro soggiorno. Nonostante ciò, abbiamo apprezzato il nostro tempo e sicuramente raccomandare il resort per il suo servizio di classe mondiale. Chiamate a Winny, Daus, Lilik, Darwis e Hamid, che ci hanno fatto stare il nostro soggiorno (e il mio compleanno e il mio compleanno) davvero magico! Vorrei anche complimentarmi con il personale di tutti e tre i ristoranti: Treetop (hanno fatto mio figlio il suo succo preferito di arancione e di carote ogni mattina), Saffron, e Cove cibo era grande, ma il servizio era ancora meglio.

Generally is a good experience for a family stay. The villa is big and spacious. Both rooms are clean and tidy. We have in house BBQ session. Drawback is the toilet is open style with easy access for the flies and mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is acceptable. But for the 3 nights, we prefer to have dinner outside instead as the price is not that attractive.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Prima volta in famiglia in questo posto, molto bello per rilassarsi. Siamo così grati a chi ci ha portato a prendere Tedi (martedì), molto gentile, buon servizio e piacevole. Il manager Hardi ci ha assistito per primo, molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni, così disponibile, gentile, buon servizio e cordiale. Nur che viso sorridente. Bella atmosfera e rilassante. Colazione buona e completa. I miei figli adorano, soprattutto l'uovo fritto, ma il nostro ultimo giorno è stato cucinato troppo (triste), non possiamo servirlo. Il miglior snorkeling che consigliamo, questo sport acquatico. Tutto perfetto, tranne la doccia, quindi esce poca acqua e non riesco a controllare il calore. Pulizia della camera. Ottima pulizia quotidiana, ma non lavo mai le tazze. E non do mai bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Nel complesso rilassante ed esperienza meravigliosa. Torneremo qui, spero di esserci cambiati per la doccia.

Excellent location away from the usual water parks and tourists. The resort is only an hr from the ferry terminal, for an additional fee, they can arrange pickup/drop off. The room is way better than the photos advertised. Every amenity you can think of is available including insect repellent cream. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to nature. There are a few species of kingfishers, sandpipers and swifts, raptors, etc just to name a few. The main highlight of this place is when the tide is low, you can walk out and go fish hunting, spot different species of crabs, and mudskippers, etc. Since it is a mangrove beach, inevitably there are sandflies so it's important to cover up when heading to the beach. The staff are friendly and food is amazing. I will be back again hopefully in the near future.
