Hotel con parcheggio a Bintan

We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Come nuova madre che ha chiesto una via di spiaggia dal 2024, Bintan si è sentito come l'idea perfetta per la nostra piccola famiglia di iniziare i nostri viaggi con una navetta a Bintan. La spiaggia di Sadi è un po' lontana dal terminale di traghetto e dalle principali attrazioni (ad esempio lagoi Bay), ma la spiaggia di Sadi è dotata di camere confortevoli e confortevoli, nonché di un servizio eccellente fornito dall'equipaggio. We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach for three nights during our honeymoon, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, private, and very comfortable. We especially loved the stylish design, relaxing atmosphere, pool, beach, and delicious food. What made our stay even more special was the wonderful staff. They remembered us and always greeted us warmly, and we could genuinely feel how much they cared about their guests. After checking out, we realized that we had accidentally left a bag of souvenirs in the lobby. The staff kindly delivered it all the way to Four Points, where we had moved. We were deeply touched by their kindness and will never forget it.🥹 We were extremely satisfied with our stay. If we ever come back to Bintan, we would love to spend our entire stay at Hotel Indigo rather than staying anywhere else. We already miss this wonderful place and would definitely return. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special and memorable! One small suggestion would be to improve the hotel’s online photos and promotional content. Before our stay, we honestly didn’t have very high expectations based on the photos we saw online. However, when we arrived, we were amazed by how much more beautiful the hotel was in person. The atmosphere, design, pool, beach, and overall scenery were far more impressive than the photos could capture. We think the hotel deserves better photos and more video content that truly showcases how beautiful and special the property is. The actual hotel exceeded our expectations by far!

The staff at the hotel were warm, friendly and good at engaging with kids. They were also very responsive when I made requests via their hotel whatsApp during my stay. As a family travelling with a 4 month old infant, they provided me with a baby bathtub, a Philips Steam steriliser and a Philips avent milk bottle warmer (subject to availability). There was also a proper cot for my baby to sleep in. This is definitely a family friendly hotel and they have a kids club for activities. The kids club also provided babysitting services at a charge if required. The restaurant in the hotel was spacious and have a nice ambience. The quality of food was pretty good in my view. Kids get to dine for free. Kids could get to feed the Koi fish at the pond during breakfast time outside restaurant as staff will give out some packets of fish feed to them. The only downside to the whole stay experience is their built environment as there are some steps to their rooms (not totally barrier free) which could make using a stroller slightly challenging as we will need to carry it up and down. Nonetheless, all in all, it is still a pleasant stay for my family.

La coordinazione per il trasferimento dell'hotel era ben organizzata. Il personale era proattivo e il nostro soggiorno generale era così piacevole. Risposta a ogni domanda era pronta. Mi piaceva il buffet per colazione! Essi contengono piatti di firma quotidianamente da diversi luoghi in Indonesia e sono così autentici. Ci sono state diverse stazioni di vita per uova, pane e pancake, bevande locali sani e anche noodles o zuppe, anche succo di frutta fresco - si può chiedere la vostra preferenza. Il personale è fantastico - uno dei capi del ristorante - il suo nome è Fir - anche raccomandato il suo drink personale preferito per noi. Il personale di lobby è sempre caldo e sorridente. Le strutture sono ben mantenute. Il fatto che possiamo avere accesso a tre hotel sotto Banyantree è stato sorprendente! Amato la spiaggia! Amato il ristorante vibe esp al club XANA - il cibo è impeccabile! Il posto è buono, il cibo è grande e le persone sono meravigliose! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Bintan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, clean, and offering breathtaking views that made our vacation truly unforgettable. What made our experience even more special was how the team went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday. They surprised me with thoughtful decorations and a lovely birthday arrangement that made the day extra memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the city. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for making my birthday celebration and our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Bintan!

La navetta libera dalla navetta al resort era super smooth.Abbiamo un grande succo di frutta e un caldo benvenuto dal desk front. Anche lì ci sono molte attività libere. La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa. L'AC funzionava bene, e ci hanno anche dato un bellissimo sacchetto di tessuto grande da usare. Ho portato le mutandine perche' le recensioni dicevano che potevi sentire la gente fuori. Ma abbiamo sentito solo bugiarde, cricket e furetti, quindi tutto è stato buono. Il nostro soggiorno includeva colazione giornaliera, e l'ospitalità era sorprendente. Ci hanno salutati per nome, che ci ha fatto sentire speciale. Il personale ha anche ricordato i nostri nomi quando abbiamo appena camminato da loro – sforzo 10/10! Abbiamo fatto il BBQ, che era un 8/10. Era una bella giornata. Sfortunatamente, ci sono stati tonnellate di mosche che ci festeggiavano mentre noi BBQ'd e mangiavamo, anche con ribelle. Il personale ha dimenticato il diffusore petrolifero, quindi non potevamo cucinare per un po'. Ma la notte era ancora una grande esperienza per entrambi. Definitivamente una vacanza memorabile.Vorrei solo che la laguna fosse aperta per più di 6 pm.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Ottimo ubicazione lontano dai soliti parchi acquatici e turisti. L'hotel è solo un hr dal terminale di traghetto, per un canone aggiuntivo, possono organizzare pick-up/drop off. La stanza è molto meglio delle foto pubblicizzate. Ogni attrezzatura che si può pensare è disponibile, tra cui crema repelente insetto. Questo è il luogo di soggiorno se si vuole essere vicino alla natura. Ci sono poche specie di regali, pipistrelli e veloci, raptori, ecc solo per citare pochi. L'accento principale di questo posto è quando il tempo è basso, si può camminare e andare a caccia ai pesci, individuare diverse specie di crab, e mudskipper, ecc. Poiché è una spiaggia mangrova, inevitabilmente ci sono le lame di sabbia, quindi è importante coprire quando si va alla spiaggia. Il personale è amichevole e il cibo è sorprendente.

Se non si è incazzato su un hotel ”diretto in città”, questo è un hotel perfetto per voi e la vostra famiglia! L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla piazza Melayu, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong edificio, Jalan Hang Tuah, il ponte costiere di recente costruzione, e Il quartiere è anche molto amichevole e ricco di piccoli cibi locali e negozi di pasticceria che non sono costosi! Anche se si vuole un buon ristorante cinese di alimenti per la pecora, Sei Enam è solo una pietra gettare via! Le camere sono molto basse e semplici e l'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, quindi se si sta soggiornando sul quarto piano, dovrai andare in piedi! All'interno delle camere sono semplici apparecchi come TV, cavo, telefono, tazze da bere, acqua in bottiglia, scarpe, tazze, cavi, docce d'acqua calda e fredda, tostapane con pasta dentale, shampoo, sapone da bar, aria condizionata, Le piastrelle sono ferme, e anche un bel bollitore per voi per colpire a dormire! Purtroppo non ci sono bollitori d'acqua, né caffè e condimenti di tè nella stanza. Acqua potabile calda e fredda sono al livello 1 area di cena. Il pacchetto dell'hotel che ho preso è stato con un semplice colazione. I piatti sono locali e spezie e spesso sono spruzzati con arachidi. Il colazione viene in pacchetti involucri (takeaway) con tutte le salse di argento, e/o riso in carta e involucri di plastica. Le cucine e le piastre sono disponibili per l'uso. Per il prezzo di circa S$26/day, ho pensato che fosse un soggiorno così meraviglioso in questo hotel! Anche se non ci sono molte strutture (perche' preferirei andare a camminare intorno alla città e andare a fare una barca), consiglio molto questo hotel 2 stelle per un semplice e conveniente soggiorno a Tanjung Pinang!
