Fantastico
UUtente ospiteWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests.
1. Room Consistency & Communication
Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved.
2. Villa Room Maintenance
On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression.
We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and amenities was Secntia brand which was nice. The check-in snd check out process was seamless, service staff was great throughout as they were always greeted us with a smile, very friendly and helpful (shoutout to willy, ilman,tommy, adel & many more). We loved the hotel's pool area, and the breakfast buffet could have more live stations and variety. The location was near Plaza Lagoi & i would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

OOhceegeeWe had an amazing anniversary stay at Natra Bintan. The team surprised us with an upgrade to a lagoon-view tent, complete with a beautiful room setup and cake to celebrate our special day. The glamping tent was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views.
We truly enjoyed a relaxing massage, delicious meals at The Patio, and quality time at the Crystal Lagoon. The staff’s thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable.
Highly recommended for a romantic and peaceful getaway near Singapore.

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

UUtente ospiteQuiet and peaceful place. Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is exceptionally impressive! Cosy for families, great place for short getaway. Not many activities to choose from - archery / kayaking / ATV.. But they do have 4hr / 6hr day tours. Food wise - quality is ok; not many options.. as there's one and only Legenda Cafe. We had BBQ cooked by a chef by the beach and the experience was good - Can't have such an experience in Sg 😂 Breakfast was fantastic on Sunday morning - wide spread with Nasi Lemak (very yummy esp with the spicy sambal) / Fried Noodles / Congee / Egg station / Hashbrowns / Sausages / Jamu juice / cakes and fruits etc.. But disappointing on Monday morning - spread is limited, but we can order from the menu - food only came after more than 30mins. Room for improvement on that - especially when there's limited time for breakfast, food should be served fast; if not then just stick to buffet style. Overall, service is good. Spa massage and body scrub is ok too. Will visit again!

UUtente ospiteIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

UUtente ospiteStando a Cabin Villa a De Bintan Villa è stata una bella esperienza! Sono così felice di tornare, e questa volta ho avuto l'opportunità di provare la loro nuova cabina con la sua vista sul mare tranquillo. Il personale qui è incredibile e mi ha fatto sentire caldo e benvenuto. Inoltre, la stanza era pulita senza spazi, il che lo ha fatto ancora meglio.
Il viaggio è iniziato con Bobby, che mi ha preso e mi ha reso comoda e piacevole la macchina.E chi mi ha mandato a bordo è fantastico!
La villa di Cabin, Erni e Deka erano sempre li' con un sorriso luminoso e un servizio amichevole, assicurandosi che tutto fosse perfetto.
Andy, che mi ha guidato tra la villa di cabina e il Café Cliff, era anche eccezionalmente caldo e amichevole, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole.
Al Cliff Cafe, Suhardi e Seltiya hanno fornito un servizio attento e utile, facendomi sentire a casa.
In generale, è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso e caldo con una grande stanza e persone gentili con bellissime sorrisi. Grazie per tutto, e non posso aspettare di tornare di nuovo!

IIrvin Jonah CheungSe non si è incazzato su un hotel ”diretto in città”, questo è un hotel perfetto per voi e la vostra famiglia! L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla piazza Melayu, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong edificio, Jalan Hang Tuah, il ponte costiere di recente costruzione, e Il quartiere è anche molto amichevole e ricco di piccoli cibi locali e negozi di pasticceria che non sono costosi! Anche se si vuole un buon ristorante cinese di alimenti per la pecora, Sei Enam è solo una pietra gettare via!
Le camere sono molto basse e semplici e l'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, quindi se si sta soggiornando sul quarto piano, dovrai andare in piedi! All'interno delle camere sono semplici apparecchi come TV, cavo, telefono, tazze da bere, acqua in bottiglia, scarpe, tazze, cavi, docce d'acqua calda e fredda, tostapane con pasta dentale, shampoo, sapone da bar, aria condizionata, Le piastrelle sono ferme, e anche un bel bollitore per voi per colpire a dormire! Purtroppo non ci sono bollitori d'acqua, né caffè e condimenti di tè nella stanza. Acqua potabile calda e fredda sono al livello 1 area di cena.
Il pacchetto dell'hotel che ho preso è stato con un semplice colazione. I piatti sono locali e spezie e spesso sono spruzzati con arachidi. Il colazione viene in pacchetti involucri (takeaway) con tutte le salse di argento, e/o riso in carta e involucri di plastica. Le cucine e le piastre sono disponibili per l'uso.
Per il prezzo di circa S$26/day, ho pensato che fosse un soggiorno così meraviglioso in questo hotel! Anche se non ci sono molte strutture (perche' preferirei andare a camminare intorno alla città e andare a fare una barca), consiglio molto questo hotel 2 stelle per un semplice e conveniente soggiorno a Tanjung Pinang!
