Un soggiorno inoltrabile a The Sanchaya Bintan – Un vero Paradiso! Il nostro recente soggiorno a The Sanchaya, Bintan, non era altro che fantastico e eccellente. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati caldamente accolti e immediatamente sentiti il toccamento di lusso e cura che definisce questo eccellente resort. Un'osservazione speciale deve essere fatta per la squadra di Greg Williams, il cui attenzione e impegno per l'eccellenza sono stati evidenti nel corso del nostro soggiorno. Sotto la sua guida, tutto correva senza sosta, e ogni ospite era trattato con ospitalità eccezionale. Vorremmo esprimere il nostro cordiale ringraziamento a Yani, da Relazioni Ospiti, che ha assicurato che ogni nostra necessità fosse anticipata e incontrato con grazia e professionalità. La sua calda demagogia e gesti pensieri ci hanno davvero fatto sentire a casa. Un grande apprezzamento per Joanne, della squadra F&B, il cui servizio e la sua personalità felice hanno migliorato ogni esperienza di cena, ha fatto ogni pasto un piacere, andando sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto. E, naturalmente, grazie sincere al capo Budi, le cui creature culinari erano assolutamente divine. Ogni piatto era un capolavoro – una perfetta miscela di sapori, presentazione e freschezza. Ha fatto cena a Sanchaya non solo un pasto, ma una esperienza memorabile. Questa visita ha creato notevoli ricordi che apprezzeremo per molto tempo. La Sanchaya non è solo una bella destinazione – è la gente che lo rende veramente speciale ...

Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Recentemente ci siamo fermati qui per un passaggio familiare con la nostra figlia 2-year-old, e non posso apprezzare questo hotel abbastanza. Viaggiare con un toddler può essere imprevedibile, ma la squadra qui ha reso il nostro soggiorno incredibilmente senza saldatura e senza stress. Quello che amammo: Incredibile ospite di famiglia: dal momento in cui ci siamo reclutati, il personale si è alzato e si è allontanato per rendere la nostra bambina benvenuta. Erano pazienti, sorridenti, e la hanno sempre salutata caldamente. Fantastico Toddler-Friendly: le strutture per i bambini sono di prima qualità. Qualsiasi zona di piscina o spazio di gioco è stata pulita, sicura e ben mantenuta. Ci sono entrambi i campi di gioco all'aperto e all'aperto Convenienza senza saldatura: la stanza era pulita e spaziosa, e il personale era incredibile acomodando le nostre richieste per assicurarsi che il nostro toddler fosse comodo durante il soggiorno.

The staff at the hotel were warm, friendly and good at engaging with kids. They were also very responsive when I made requests via their hotel whatsApp during my stay. As a family travelling with a 4 month old infant, they provided me with a baby bathtub, a Philips Steam steriliser and a Philips avent milk bottle warmer (subject to availability). There was also a proper cot for my baby to sleep in. This is definitely a family friendly hotel and they have a kids club for activities. The kids club also provided babysitting services at a charge if required. The restaurant in the hotel was spacious and have a nice ambience. The quality of food was pretty good in my view. Kids get to dine for free. Kids could get to feed the Koi fish at the pond during breakfast time outside restaurant as staff will give out some packets of fish feed to them. The only downside to the whole stay experience is their built environment as there are some steps to their rooms (not totally barrier free) which could make using a stroller slightly challenging as we will need to carry it up and down. Nonetheless, all in all, it is still a pleasant stay for my family.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cassia. The single beds were super single, comfy and spacious. I loved the private beach shared with Homm and Banyan Tree. We went before the long weekend started. So there was no crowd and we got to enjoy the beach mostly to ourselves and with other family guests. The tide was mostly calm and sea shallow. It was therapeutic for my 5 year old just to be in the sea water bobbling with the calm waves. Breakfast was tasty especially the local dishes. Staff was always friendly and smiling. It is a 5 star stay with a superbly reasonable price. I’m so glad I chose Cassia. Thumbs up to the staff during our stay and the reception lady for remembering my daughter’s name. For those who are fearful of the island heat, take note that breakfast is served in a non-aircon restaurant. But that’s the whole idea of a beach holiday!

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! Will definitely recommend my friends and family here. Thank you to all team from Pantai Indah :)

Piccolo e grazioso resort boutique con personale molto gentile. Ambiente molto sereno, senza famiglie e bambini rumorosi, circondato da un'abbondante mangrovie all'interno della proprietà. Fuori dalla proprietà, è possibile raggiungere in bicicletta i rustici villaggi locali e il molo dei pescatori (a 15 minuti a piedi). Il Wi-Fi potrebbe essere migliore se fosse più stabile. La corrente elettrica è saltata una volta quando eravamo lì per 3 giorni e 2 notti... e se ci fosse un minifrigo in camera, sarebbe perfetto. Per il resto, tutti i servizi sono abbastanza buoni. Il menu offre una varietà di piatti occidentali, indonesiani e alcuni cinesi, ma la scelta migliore sarebbe la loro deliziosa selezione indonesiana. Sono disponibili attività acquatiche di base, ad esempio piscina con vista sul mare, kayak e altri tour in loco. Per i bambini: piccoli scivoli, altalene, altalene, piccoli animali come conigli, gatti e galline. Intrattenimento: semplici giochi da tavolo, uno, freccette ecc.

Se non si è incazzato su un hotel ”diretto in città”, questo è un hotel perfetto per voi e la vostra famiglia! L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla piazza Melayu, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong edificio, Jalan Hang Tuah, il ponte costiere di recente costruzione, e Il quartiere è anche molto amichevole e ricco di piccoli cibi locali e negozi di pasticceria che non sono costosi! Anche se si vuole un buon ristorante cinese di alimenti per la pecora, Sei Enam è solo una pietra gettare via! Le camere sono molto basse e semplici e l'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, quindi se si sta soggiornando sul quarto piano, dovrai andare in piedi! All'interno delle camere sono semplici apparecchi come TV, cavo, telefono, tazze da bere, acqua in bottiglia, scarpe, tazze, cavi, docce d'acqua calda e fredda, tostapane con pasta dentale, shampoo, sapone da bar, aria condizionata, Le piastrelle sono ferme, e anche un bel bollitore per voi per colpire a dormire! Purtroppo non ci sono bollitori d'acqua, né caffè e condimenti di tè nella stanza. Acqua potabile calda e fredda sono al livello 1 area di cena. Il pacchetto dell'hotel che ho preso è stato con un semplice colazione. I piatti sono locali e spezie e spesso sono spruzzati con arachidi. Il colazione viene in pacchetti involucri (takeaway) con tutte le salse di argento, e/o riso in carta e involucri di plastica. Le cucine e le piastre sono disponibili per l'uso. Per il prezzo di circa S$26/day, ho pensato che fosse un soggiorno così meraviglioso in questo hotel! Anche se non ci sono molte strutture (perche' preferirei andare a camminare intorno alla città e andare a fare una barca), consiglio molto questo hotel 2 stelle per un semplice e conveniente soggiorno a Tanjung Pinang!
