Apprezzo i elevati livelli di cura, a partire dal salotto di attesa esclusivo al terminale Bintan, il trasferimento complimentare di auto BYD all'hotel e da e verso il terminale, il bug di sicurezza viaggia intorno al resort per garantire che Rimarremo asciutti nel tempo piovoso della monsona, nei deliziosi e dolci colazione semi-buffet con opzioni di Ala Carta per i principali corsi preparati su ordine, nelle belle camere decorate e spaziose, Le attività complimentari quotidianamente per mantenere gli ospiti divertenti, ecc. Nella maggior parte dei casi, tutti i servizi ci salutano sempre con sorriso luminoso durante il nostro soggiorno! Spero di tornare a visitare presto!

My husband & I enjoyed our 4 days & 3 nights stay at Nirwana Resort for my Birthday Celebration. The staff gave me a surprise birthday cake while having a buffet breakfast at their Cafe restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly & accommodating to our request. I feel totally relaxed, renewed & recharged during our stay. Sunset was truly mesmerizing while savouring our diner at Kelong Restaurant. I will recommend this resort for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the tranquility & serenity of this Island. We will surely come back again.

Ottimo resort con viste eccellenti e buona privacy. Il servizio è di prim'ordine anche prima del check-in, il personale ti contatterà per conoscere l'orario di arrivo al terminal dei traghetti e organizzare il trasporto di conseguenza. Si trova a circa 70-90 minuti di auto dal terminal dei traghetti principale e la posizione è piuttosto isolata, quindi prendilo in considerazione se prevedi di svolgere attività al di fuori del resort. In caso contrario, è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, prendere il sole e godersi la privacy. Le ville sono enormi e sono dotate di macchine Nespresso, vasca da bagno e doccia a pioggia e biciclette per gli spostamenti all'interno del resort, ma su richiesta sono disponibili servizi di passeggino o semplicemente per fare una passeggiata. Ci sono attività gratuite e attività a pagamento all'interno del resort e lo staff ti invierà su WhatsApp gli opuscoli e i dettagli al momento del check-in. Opzioni di cibo limitate all'interno del resort e sono più costose, ma non è affatto male. Se hai sempre fame, ti consigliamo di portare i tuoi spuntini in modo da non finire per spendere tutto sul cibo lì. Complessivamente 8/10 a causa della privacy del resort e delle dimensioni delle ville. Potrebbe migliorare la varietà del cibo servito nel resort e la manutenzione della sala giochi.

We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices. I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest. They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole. But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

Villa was big enough for a family of 5 adults. It's spacious, staff were friendly too. The hotel upkeeping can be better, although if you do encounter any issue/request, you may contact them through their WA (scan to add WA upon chrlecking in). Some of the breakfast options can be better too.

È tornato da un soggiorno al Holiday Inn Resort, e ho avuto un bel tempo! Il servizio era fantastico, e il personale era super amichevole, mi ha fatto sentire a casa. La piscina e tutte le strutture erano in punto. Mi piaceva stare fuori dalla piscina! E lasciate che vi dica, il cibo indonesiano era fantastico. Non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza! Penso di tornare in futuro.

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Il servizio era buono, il posto era stato mantenuto abbastanza pulito, tranne per i bug occasionali che apparivano qui e là. Il resort è situato in una zona che non ha molto da fare, quindi avrete bisogno di prendere una macchina privata ovunque se si desidera sperimentare qualsiasi delle attività disponibili a Bintan. Le strutture fornite nel resort non sono state mantenute nella migliore condizione (ma è ancora disponibile)

1st time to Bintan and distance from bintan ferry terminal to our hotel is 10-15mins drive Given free upgrade from 1 bedroom. So happy🤩. Room is clean and spacious. breakfast spread is good and has lots of variety. Good place to relax but not for shopping becos there is no mall in Bintan and u need to travel to tanjung pinang if u wanna shop but don't expect it to be like Batam.

Booked the hotel for a one night trip to Bintan for a birthday occasion. The hotel goes out all the way in helping decorating the room when requested and they also prepared a delicious birthday cake ! That is so sweet of them and I really do appreciate it a lot. The room is also very clean and the air conditioning gets cold really fast. It’s an 10/10 experience.
