⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno indimenticabile a Mauritius Mauritius ci ha regalato emozioni che porteremo sempre con noi, ma ciò che ha reso questa vacanza davvero speciale è stata l'accoglienza e l'eccellenza dell'hotel. Camere eleganti e curate in ogni dettaglio, una cucina raffinata con sapori locali e internazionali, personale sempre sorridente e disponibile, spiagge da cartolina e un'atmosfera di assoluto relax. Ogni momento è stato pensato per farci sentire coccolati: dal servizio impeccabile alle esperienze offerte, tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative. Un luogo che consiglieremmo senza alcun dubbio a chi desidera vivere Mauritius con il massimo del comfort, del lusso e dell'autenticità. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio semplicemente perfetto.

the hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in my life ... it was only 3 nights, but fortunately, it was filled with much joy and many beautiful memories with my wife ... my wife and I were very satisfied, and we were sorry to leave the hotel .. I recommend it to everyone

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Отличный отель, для любителей игры в гольф и системы всё включено. Потрясающая территория, красивая локация, вежливый персонал. В номере есть всё необходимое и даже больше: чай, кофемашина, сумка для пляжа, сланцы. Интерьер в стиле поместья хозяина плантации. Больше подходит тем, кто любит пассивный отдых в отеле, так как есть вся необходимая инфраструктура. Много ресторанов на территории, свой пляж, несколько бассейнов, гамаки. Нам понравилось. Единственное стоит отметить, что это не в городской черте, вокруг есть в пешей доступности только маленькая деревня 15 минут пешком.

Anantara è un resort molto bello. La decorazione è di lusso e confortevole. Il personale offre un servizio eccellente e l'assistenza è sempre disponibile. Il resort è una proprietà frontale della spiaggia con molte attività. Questa proprietà è sorprendente e non si sbaglia se lo scelgono. Yusef, Cintia, Karim, Sharonne, Paul, e molti altri del personale (sono cattivo con i nomi) , vi assisteranno a tutte le vostre esigenze.

An amazing hotel right on the water with every room facing the water. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Beautiful big rooms with lovely balconies. The dinner and breakfast were also really good, with a great variety and a lovely outdoor area to sit at. I do however think the cleaning staff need to take a bit more care when cleaning. We were there for 6 nights and 3 of the nights we had to phone housekeeping because we did not have towels, or we did not get toilet paper, or we did not get our bath robes… and then housekeeping took at least 20-30minutes to bring the items. The other thing was that they put a single duvet into a double duvet - so when you are sleeping there are many times when you only have a sheet and no duvet. Maybe change that. Otherwise I really can’t complain about anything. There are plenty of beach chairs and there were always chairs available and it was an amazing and relaxing place.

Molto soddisfatto dell'hotel, guidare all'hotel senza uscire dall'auto, ci sono i dipendenti che portano alla stanza per occuparsi del soggiorno. La piscina della stanza è sul mare, il paesaggio è molto bello.La stanza è grande, ci sono due camere da letto, e due persone non sono andate in una delle camere. Il panorama dell'hotel è buono e raramente pulito e il servizio è molto buono.Poiché non è abituato a mangiare, il cibo ha scelto l'autoassistenza per giorni.L'hotel ha una spiaggia esclusiva sull'isola di Liu Xiao. Ha una spedizione di autobus particolarmente conveniente. L'hotel ha un bel campo da golf, il nuovo giocatore ha giocato gratis per un po', e mi sento bene.In generale, molto soddisfatto, raccomandato

Le Jadis Mauritius è un resort splendido e appartato, perfetto per le coppie in cerca di pace e privacy. La spiaggia è meravigliosa, con acque cristalline e fantastiche attività acquatiche. È un po' lontano dai luoghi più vivaci, ma questo contribuisce al suo fascino tranquillo. Ideale per una fuga romantica e tranquilla. La spiaggia è perfetta per ammirare il tramonto.
