UUtente ospiteL'hotel è nuovo, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e il servizio è eccellente. È un po' difficile da trovare in auto, ma arrivarci in macchina è più comodo.

UUtente ospiteHai un buon senso, le strutture sono anche complete, e non c'è bisogno di uscire dall'hotel può dirsi praticamente.Ci sono golf ma senza esperienza, e il spa non ha guadagnato soldi.Oltre a un po'di sollievo nel ristorante cinese, tutti gli altri sono perfetti. Dopo tre giorni di soggiorno, non ho mangiato un buffet di barbecue, e l'altro è davvero perfetto.La piscina è calda, bagno d'acqua gratuito con ghiaccio, davvero molto intimo.Il personale di servizio è molto bello e vale la pena soggiornare in hotel.Raccomandazione

On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice.
We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food.
The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for.
Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience:
- Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness
- Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful
- Rooms didn’t feel clean
- Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast
- Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it)
We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

The views were breathtaking—every glance out the window felt like a postcard come to life. Its location was ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The serene, quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway!

KKamalskiIt’s a little adventurous to get here (only possible with own car or their van on request). But the views from their restaurant and rooms are extremely stunning!!!! The service is a bit slow and if there is something or you need something you have to call the reception with your own phone. Also, wifi connectivity can vary depending on the weather up there. Be aware, no kids allowed and the terrain is difficult for people who have difficulty with walking. At the end of the day you come here for the paradise view, which is just mesmerizing!

SSiddiqAdamIl servizio all'hotel è di 7 stelle. Soprattutto il dipartimento di cibo e bevande - Deven, Kiran, e Ganesh sono usciti dal loro modo per ospitare il nostro 10 anni di giovanotto di sindrome Down. Jay per la zona spiaggia è stato anche eccellente. Manoj e Antish, dall'ufficio di fronte, hanno fatto del loro meglio per risolvere le nostre preoccupazioni e per rispondere alle nostre esigenze.
Ma l'hotel stesso è più come una 4 stelle. La piscina non è riscaldata. Il divertimento a notte è molto stanco e inviabile. Il club dei bambini è anche inviabile e non interattivo affatto. Il personale si sieda e guarda il vostro bambino. Nessuna interazione affatto.

TTarynAn amazing hotel right on the water with every room facing the water. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Beautiful big rooms with lovely balconies. The dinner and breakfast were also really good, with a great variety and a lovely outdoor area to sit at.
I do however think the cleaning staff need to take a bit more care when cleaning. We were there for 6 nights and 3 of the nights we had to phone housekeeping because we did not have towels, or we did not get toilet paper, or we did not get our bath robes… and then housekeeping took at least 20-30minutes to bring the items.
The other thing was that they put a single duvet into a double duvet - so when you are sleeping there are many times when you only have a sheet and no duvet. Maybe change that.
Otherwise I really can’t complain about anything. There are plenty of beach chairs and there were always chairs available and it was an amazing and relaxing place.

RRanoshHo avuto un buon soggiorno al Royal Green Resort. L'hotel è molto pulito, e il personale è amichevole e utile. La posizione è buona se avete un'auto circa 57 minuti dall'aeroporto per auto. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Vadhna; lei è stata professionale e molto gentile in tutte le sue interazioni con me.

Il personale è molto bello, consiglio di rimanere lì se avete una macchina da noleggio, o preferisci rimanere e rilassarsi dalla piscina o dalla spiaggia.
