Hotel con palestra a Mauritius

Come qualcuno che ha viaggiato intorno a Mauritius un po', posso dire sinceramente che Legend Hill Resort e Spa è una delle migliori proprietà nuove dell'isola. È perfetto per le luna di miele, le vacanze familiari, o chiunque abbia bisogno di disconnetti e ricarichi in un bellissimo ambiente. La combinazione di incredibile posizione, alloggi lussuosi, cibo sorprendente, e servizio di alto livello non può essere sconfitta. Abbiamo già pianificato il nostro prossimo viaggio indietro 10/10 sarebbe consigliato! 🌟

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Compare to Lux Belle Mare and Lux Grand Baie, Lux le morne is a disappointment in terms of service level. The structure of the buildings look nostalgic but it’s well maintained. The level of hygiene seems to be high. I love the beach which has the best on the island. But it is a shame they couldn’t utilise this. If you imagine the other two lux hotels I mentioned above are for Waitrose and harrods sippers then this le morne hotel is for Tesco shoppers. They made mistakes in billing and quality of drinks is mediocre. I can do better at home.

Sembrava un nuovo hotel con un servizio meraviglioso e un personale molto gentile e cortese. Prezzo, la qualità che si ottiene in questo hotel supera molti altri che vi costringono due volte più. È in una zona tranquilla, abbastanza, e bella. Certamente un posto per visitare!

Amazing stay at Salt of Palmar!!! Boutique, 16+ Hotel located on the east side of the island, on the first line. Great beach with amazing sunrises. Lots of sea activities are included with your stay. Quiet, spacious rooms. Great spa. Curated menu in the restaurant and opportunity to book a special dinner with a chef. Great wine and international cocktail selection. Professionaly trained staff and the management team lead by Mr. Med will make you stay exceptional

Beautiful location awesome property we loved it. One improvement can be, include Indian food in their breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet so that we don't end up disappointed with food next time with which we were quite disappointed this time. If not authentic Indian food atleast veg pizza will work, as most of the Indians like pizza.

Grande hotel familiare nella parte occidentale della Mauritius. Ci ritroveremo in una casa di proprietà, camere moderne e vista sorprendente! Abbondanti bar e ristoranti a carico di ala da scegliere. 2 grandi piscine con soggiorni confortevoli, eccellente servizio di piscina (bevande, pranzo) La spiaggia è una bella spiaggia, divisa in categorie con bar e ristorante per pranzo. Sicuramente consigliere questo hotel per la famiglia o per il soggiorno di coppie. Il cibo è eccellente! Grande selezione al ristorante principale che gestisce diversi temi per tutta la settimana Se ti piace il massaggio, il Spa Maritim è un dovere di visitare durante il tuo soggiorno. Puli, tranquilli e pittoreschi. Personale professionale e vari servizi! A truly remarkable stay. We are both kicking ourselves for not staying longer but we will be back for sure. From the shuttle drivers to the restaurant workers to the golf staff, they are a real credit to the company. Kind, helpful, proactive and lovely human beings. For golf lovers, this resort really has it all. Both courses are exceptional and the experience is second to none. You don’t have to worry about a thing as it’s all sorted out for you. The resort itself is second to none with facilities in abundance. The breakfast is a real showstopper. I would recommend booking dinner in advance as we struggled to get into the restaurants due to them being fully booked. Room service was exceptional though. An all round 5 staff experience and we can’t wait to come back

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno al Royal Green Resort. L'hotel è molto pulito, e il personale è amichevole e utile. La posizione è buona se avete un'auto circa 57 minuti dall'aeroporto per auto. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Vadhna; lei è stata professionale e molto gentile in tutte le sue interazioni con me.
